requested 1 more extra pillow for a child (8yrs old) , a bit reluctant to give, the staff said its not their responsibility for the 3rd person to have it. but she give at last after insisted.( for your info only 2 pillows in one room. ) we occupying 2 rooms. 4 adults & 1 child. at least hv some consideration . other hotel can provide 3-4 pillows even for 2 persons 😊

When i booked it had 7+ rating - not warranted. Noisy. Cleaning poor - floor dirty and sticky, bathroom dirty. Towels threadbare. Sheets smelt clean but were discoloured. - covers worn. Cups cracked and discoloured. Pool is a public pool - ASRC = Alor Setar Recreation Centre. Much better options in Alor Setar - which is lovely place to visit.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Ich habe hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Nach einem kompetenten und freundlichen Empfang bezog ich ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Es war sehr geräumig, sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hatte ein großes Fenter, welches sich öffnen ließ. Dadurch war Frischluft und viel natürliches Licht gesichert. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel. Alles funktionierte. In der Nähe der Rezeption gibt es einen richtigen kleinen Laden, wo man verschiedenste Sachen zu nicht überteuerten Preisen kaufen kann. Soweit noch Plätze frei sind, können Fahrzeuge wettergeschützt in einem hoteleigenen kleienen Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Ansonsten kann in dieser ruhigen Sackgasse auch am Straßenrand geparkt werden.

No hairdryer. TV was not working but they fixed it. Only few channels. No internet tv. Shower head should be replaced with new and bigger one. Shampoo and bath soap should be in bottles.

No lift. When I completed my booking through booking.com and paid the amount after that the hotel messaged me about no lift in old building. When I said that There was no mention about old and new building on booking.com, they said it’s mentioned in their website. But it should mentioned on booking.con as well as we are booking through it only. Swimming pool - not allowed without swimming cap. You have to pay ₹69 or 3 Ringgit for one time swimming… so we managed with kids pool only. Toilet not clean Blanket very old and torn Third floor room would be tiring to get up

Kemudahan cerek elektrik dan nescafe 3 in 1 disediakan di dalam bilik. 5. Untuk yang mahu menggosok baju seterika ada disediakan di corridor luar bilik jenis sharing. 6. Kalau book bilik di new building ada lif. Untuk Old building harga murah sikit tetapi tiada lif. 7. Parking kereta dan motor juga senang.
1. Cerek elektrik di dalam bilik sudah uzur dan penutupnya juga sudah patah. Boleh ganti yang baru rasanya. 2. Tempat penyangkut di dalam toilet juga hampir tercabut dan longgar. Boleh kemaskini kan semula. 3. Suasana persekitaran waktu malam agak bising sedikit sebab ada dewan indoor untuk futsal dan badminton. Orang ramai keluar masuk.

L'endroit dégage une ambiance assez lugubre. La piscine est occupée par les enfants à cause des groupes scolaires donc dès que vous vous baigner vous êtes constamment observer et il faut un bonnet de bain.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025The location was convenience, room was spacious and well air conditioned. Swimming access was good and water stations provided at each floor.
Toilet have black stained in many parts, tv have very bad signal close to not watchable. The lighting in room was poor, no light near bed. I have made complaint in the first day but no action was taken to addressed our complaint. Toilet flush was not well maintained. I wish the hotel are more willing to accomate their guests.
