Hotel is very run down. Plumbing leaked and poor water pressure. Everything was dated. When we asked for an extra pillow, we were charged.

Everything are good enough but there are some requirement to be solve at the 1st we come in. That is television as you look at pic enclose, the screen are quiet broken and its difficult to watch it well. However, we just ignore and eyes it ad we can. Hopefully the staff can take note on it well. We accept all the services that provide with holy respected. Thanks

No parking at the basement or in the building, which is difficult for a family with small children and so many baggages to carry into the hotel.

Bedsheets dirty, towel with stain like blood, tv no signal (even the basic channel), some lightbulbs not functioning, door seems insecure, toilet door can’t locked, and got a smell like a wet carpet.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Stayed for night during festive season. Location is excellent. walking distance near to aman central and masjid zahir. 80s hotel vintage and has seen better days. Friendly staff. Delicious cafe . Hotel has very good potential. I wish a very profitable year ahead.
Cleanup hotel surrounding. Noticed a lot trash at the back while we looking for parking. Cover with lots green plants definitely will elevate hotel surrounding

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The room was quite good for resting as it was quiet, and it was also spacious. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but the cabinet inside the room was dusty when we check in.
The hotel is quite old, and many of the facilities really need refurbishment. The toilet in the room needs attention—it’s hard to flush and you have to hold it down for about a minute. The shower also takes a few minutes to get hot. For breakfast, it would be better if the hotel could at least serve eggs, as it’s a very basic breakfast item.
