Staff were very good. They tried to be as helpful as possible. Location was fine, easy to find. Clean. Free drinking water. Safe. Cheap.

Air conditioner was incredibly noisy so I didn't get much sleep. Like, really noisy. If you are not a sensitive sleeper it won't be an issue for you but for me it felt like trying to sleep in an airport or next to a buzzing fridge.

ショッピングセンターが近い。 宿泊中にスタッフに相談したらサポートをしてくれて助かった。 値段が安い割には綺麗ではあった。

Friendly staff, nice size room, and a close drive to the main areas of town.

For me, it felt a bit difficult/ too busy of an area to walk around. We would take a grab instead.

Blind does not block out the light. States air con on the advertisement but is more of a fan blowing the warm air around.

The room is very clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful and frindly. Filtered water is available. Despite the location is a little further from the centre, the public transport is only 2 mins walk.

Stray dogs can be a bit noisy at early morning. Also there were people, either the cleaning staff or some guests, were making noise in the hallway at 2am during one of the nights on the second floor.

徒歩5分のところに大き目のスーパーとショッピングセンターがあること。スタッフが多く、治安面も安心を感じた。部屋は清潔、とても使いやすかった。

シャワーがもう少し熱いといいなと思った。

Clean room, kind personnel and a safe neighborhood. Room was big enough and the bed slept nice. Good experience overall.

Bathroom was a bit old and there was not really a lobby to relax. But nothing to complain about overall, great option for a night in Cebu. Going to the airport takes 35-40 minutes by motorbike, just keep in mind.

Mucho ruido…perros (de 3 a 4 de madrugada)ladrando cada noche..…el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso..empleadas limpieza hablando a gritos en los pasillos a las 7:30..y después se ponen a cantar sobre las 8..parece que NO quieren que nos quedemos en la cama…

I had a great stay at 18 Suites Cebu. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious. The bathroom and toilet were very clean, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and places to eat. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

I liked everything.

The reception called us a taxi who had no meter and who scammed us out of 2,700PHP (£33GBP) for a taxi ride to the airport which should have been less than 1,000PHP, very angry about this

Humble and accommodating staff

Front Office associate were very approachable and friendly. they exert effort to start conversations with guests and establish rapport with them. And she was also a fellow boholana.

Personal war nicht sehr hilfreich. Wir mussten immer 3x nach allem fragen. Letztendlich hat es dann geklappt aber es hätte sich heim ersten Mal klappen können. WLAN war auf 2 Geräte begrenzt!! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Extrem strikt mit Check in. Ich versteh wenn es wirklich erst ab 14h möglich ist aber man kann den Prozess ja schon mal 5 Minuten früher starten und unsere Daten aufnehmen, bezahlen etc

I don’t like the way they put mugs in the room but there is no coffee or tea. I suggest that you to put coffee,tea and a kettle in the room,most guest love it!

Well maintained property with comfortable bed and refillable drinking water at every floor as part of sustainability efforts. Safety wise, they sent alarm notice during the Cebu earthquake .

They forgot to send my requested wake up call.

At det var umuligt at få morgenmad og aftensmad, de havde lukket næsten alle dage om morgenen, og flere af dagene, var der events om aften som fødselsdage osv. Det er ikke optimalt, at man ikke kan gå ned om morgenen og få morgenmad. Og skulle være nød til, at tage ud i byen for at finde et sted og spise. Meget frustrende.

ITパーク付近に用事があったので立地はとても良かった。コネクティングルームがあり、事前にそのことを知らなかったのだが、子供連れ2部屋での予約をお願いしていたところ、コネクティングルームを用意してくださり、とてもありがたかった。スタッフはフロント、ドアマン、清掃の方々みんな感じ良く、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごすことができた！

特になかった。あえて言えばシャワーの水流が弱かったけど、使用には問題なく想定範囲内。

I want a place that is not too busy but not too far away from basic necessities like public transportation, food, pharmacies, and a place that is reasonably priced but clean and comfortable enough for a busy person like me. 18 Suites has met those expectations.

The location is very accessible. It is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The staffs are very nice.

Fantastic value for money! Super friendly staff and even a fella on the door ready to open it for you. The location is great as there's plenty of restaurants and shops around and it felt safe at night. The room was a great size with really comfy beds and the bathroom was lush. There was even a mini fridge in the room and a water dispenser by the fridge with ice cold, room temperature and hot water in. Would definitely stay here again!

I like the fact that it is just a few meters away from a main road so it is not noisy. The room is clean and comfortable.

Decent place to stay for a night, they even let us store our luggage there for a few hours after checking out.

1 block away from public transportation, supermarket, food, and laundry. The staff was very professional and courteous.

The room was nice, but needed an electronic key card in a slot to operate the electricity for the room. When you leave and pull the card out, it turns off the air con. When you came back, the room was hot and took a long time to cool down but still wasn't enough to keep the room cool.

I LIKE HOW ACCOMODATING THE STAFF, ROOM IS SUPERB WE HAD FUN AND THEY JUST LET US EXTEND FOR HALF HOUR FOR US TO LET US USE THE SHOWER BECAUSE WE JUST GOT HOME FROM EXAMINATION AND THEY JUST GENUINELY LET USE THE ROOM TO FRESHEN UP AND RELAX WE HAD A GREAT STAY AND STAFF ARE SO NICE I BOOKED ONLINE AND WAS HAPPY THAT ALL MY CLASSMATES IS HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE OF HOTEL THEY HAD GREAT TIME TOO AND WANTED TO COMEBACK AGAIN NOT FOR EXAM OF COURSE <3 BUT SOME RELAXING TIMES..

Location was fine since I lived in that place during my college days.

If you place more than one dispenser in the hallway and a heater inside the room.

We like how affordable in the budget. We stay here last year too, still nice, clean, and spacious, room. Even tho it’s just 2 star hotel, it’s still better than some 3 or 4 star hotels I had been to. Maybe because this hotel is still new too. The location is also kinda ok, it’s just you need to walk a little to go to the main road and get a vehicle to ride.

As usually there water pressure in there shower. Still very weak, also the drain design in the shower. It’s may take time to drain the water.

Restaurants and groceries are very accessible, nice / safe neighborhood, very secure parking area, very helpful staff and very wholesome ambiance. Excellent stay!!!

Price is so affordable and comfort as well as safety worth more than anything else!!! I hope there's elevator access at the parking area to save my knees and railings in the stair to support when climbing the stair to ground level.

Clean very simple rooms for minimum amount of time with an outstanding staff. Located in a pretty strange area but it is safe with quite a few stores to get something to eat.
