We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel was not clean, the taps were rusty, and the towels were of poor quality. There was not even any shampoo provided. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. We do not recommend this hotel.

My grandparents recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share their experience. Overall, it was a very positive stay, though there are a few areas regarding the facilities that could use some attention. The Highlights: Exceptional Staff and Atmosphere First and foremost, I want to commend your staff. From the moment they checked in, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their hospitality truly defines the character of the hotel and made them feel right at home. Additionally, the common areas and dining facilities were impeccably clean and offered a wonderful ambiance.

While the bedroom was comfortable, the toilet facilities in their room are in need of improvement. Upgrades: Modernizing the fixtures and ensuring better ventilation would greatly enhance the guest experience and bring the bathrooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.

I got attacked by what I think was bed bugs. I’ve never experienced this before. I had a good look through the bed and couldn’t see anything moving but my body is covered in bites which is quite unpleasant

The room was fairly small but for the price and the location it was pretty good deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A/C was cold, TV was huge, overall not a bad price for what you get. Decent room for a short and budget friendly stay.

The staff are inconsiderate. They called us 4:00am in the morning just to move our car, when it was their fault in the first place for placing their motorcycle behind our car! We asked for 2 additional comforter but only one arrived. We asked for additional towels, also only 1 arrived.

Dirty, no window in room, outdated. Leaving the hotel during check out felt like military exercise if you’d stolen or broken anything in the room

The room is average. Clean and the bed is comfortable. There are no toothbrushes, slippers, or blowers. Cleaning of room is free of charge. They will change the towels and bedsheet too. Location is perfect. Fast food, ATM machines, bank, Robinsons mall, coffee shop, laundry shop, and hospital are walking distance and near to Hotel Stella. The Staff are accommodating. Called for breakfast and they delivered it to our room. Requested an extra bed but it is not available at the time we checked in. The receptionist offered an upgrade with lower price. Which is I am grateful.

The mini fridge in one of our room is not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. The door is not opening but they fixed it. Even though their window type AC is loud, I was able to sleep because I am tired from all day tour.

The staff were friendly. Value for money and location is good.

The room was okay, but the bathroom/toilet needs to be looked into and cleaned. Internet connection/wifi not working in our room.

It's extremely cheap. Staff very nice. It's really close to a lot of places. I just stayed as I arrived at 3am and check out is at 12pm so handy for late night arrivals.

Hotel seen better days, so could do with major upgrades.

All the hotel staff were very accommodating. Although there was a typhoon during the time I stayed, everything still went well the hotel had its own generators and there was no power and water interruption. Prices of the foods are affordable and the location was very easy for transportation.

Theres no service thermos in the room. Lack of amenities and The skirting of the bed is to much stain and dusty.... need to deep clean all over the room. Shower curtain is to much filthy. shower,is not working and no bidet...we only use pail and dipper. there's a television but it's not working.. aircon is not much cool Hall ways and elevator are to much dusty. Only location is good.

The hotel's location is very convenient for my transaction in Cebu.

The room posted online was not the room I got. The Hot shower was not functioning. and the curtains were dusty.

Old bathroom. The ac from the first room didn't work well or not in good condition. Luckily they transferred us to different room.

The location it is within the city, malls are nearby you can easily walk it, coffee shops and other fast food restaurants are also accessible in this hotel.

The ventilation of the room is not that good. In pictures, rooms look like spacious but its not. Towels smells clean but looks old already. But for the price it is ok.

The hotel's location is good. It's accessible from many places. It's also easy to hail a cab, either via Grab or a regular taxi. The hotel staff is okay; they are accommodating, though some are nicer than others. The shower was old, but at least the heater was functioning. The toilet had no bidet, but it's okay. The A/C is good...it's cold.

What shocked me the most was discovering that this hotel doesn't provide a kettle in each room. The guests have to go down or request water. I had booked many 3-star hotels in the past, and even condotels, and all would provide a kettle inside the room. Some would even provide bottled water for the first night of stay, or coffee and tea in sachets. Never mind the coffee and tea, but I think the provision of a kettle is essential, especially when the guest is fond of drinking hot water. We also had to request towels because there were none. It's good that we brought our toiletries because the hotel does not provide them either, except for a small sachet of shampoo and 2 pieces of tiny soap bars, which look like half the size of those we usually see in other hotels. Never mind that, too. I was disappointed with having no kettle inside the room, and we had to go down every morning just to get our hot water. Water is very essential, so I guess there should be a kettle in each room. The food is average. The breakfast we ordered should have had fried rice (SILOG), but what was served was plain rice. I am not trying to degrade the hotel, I just want them to know how I and maybe some of the guests felt during our stay there.

Poor facilities No hair dryer and if you request for it, you will be charge 90 pesos per day No flat iron even if you are willing to pay for it. The toilet bowl keep getting clogged Shower is not getting hot nor functioning The room has no window. The aircon is not cooling especially on our 1st night. No wifi/ internet.

It is very accesible. A lot of restaurants nearby. It’s near the Capitol as well.
