Kamers zijn wat oudbollig en de douche zat in een bad. Verder was de kamer ook niet helemaal schoon.

Desde que he estado en este hotel no dejo de recibir intentos de estafa por teléfono y WhatsApp referentes a la reserva y al hotel. Esta claro que tienen una brecha de seguridad y han incumplido la protección de datos. Solo por eso recomiendo evitarlo a toda costa.

Bed was quite small, shower leaked but was fixed by maintenance after reporting the problem. Main issue was the room wasn’t cleaned very well, dust on all surfaces and glasses left without cleaning.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Localização ótima para quem quer ficar no Centro de Madrid, mas que dessa vez achei muito cheio e barulhento. Nada que atrapalhe o sono, as janelas são antirruído. O café eh maravilhoso e a opção de estar perto de tudo a pé, também. Mas, pra quem gosta de andar, porque Madrid eh uma cidade cheia de coisas a grandes distâncias, mas o metrô está na porta.
Não tem nada a ver com o Hotel, mas em uma próxima vez me hospedaria em outro bairro.

The room was very “sad”, old built in closets, no carpeting at all. No tiles in bathroom instead a bath-tapestry. An overall feeling of used and old. On top of that due to thin walls, every single movement and sound came through. The breakfast had an ok variety, some pastry and bread, fruits and charcuterie. The breakfast area felt similar to the rooms - have seen better days.

The bedroom sometimes stank of sewer, quite bad. It had a water leak, I waited some hours outside before being able to use it but it was fixed. Water pressure not so good, uncomfortable bed, shower handle not fixed kept moving, overall it is all quite old. At the end of the stay I paid with a staff that was talking over the phone so didn’t even ask if I had something to say.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours - 2 nuits et la chambre n'a pas été faite par le service de ménage (pas de changement de serviettes, poubelles ni lits faits) Vue de la chambre sur un mur donc pas de luminosité extérieur. La piscine était glaciale. Pas de possibilité de connecter son téléphone à la télé donc pas possible de regarder netflix ou autre.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο τέλος Αυγούστου για 4 ημέρες. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες και καμία σχέση τιμής για τις παροχές του. Αρχικά η τουαλέτα μύριζε συνέχεια, δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε συνέχεια ανοιχτό το παράθυρο, το οποίο ήταν στον ακάλυπτο χωρίς καμία ασφάλεια. Η πισίνα κάτω ήταν κίτρινη και μύριζε καθόλη την διάρκεια. Επιπλέον, η καθαρίστρια μαζί με τα σεντόνια "μπερδεύτηκε" και πήρε τις πιτζάμες της φίλης μου, οι οποίες ήταν ακριβές και μεγάλης συναισθηματικής αξίας. Έπειτα από επικοινωνίας μας μαζί τους μας είπαν θα το διευθετήσουν, ωστόσο δεν τις βρήκαν ποτέ και μας έστειλαν απλώς ένα "so sorry for your loss"! Λυπάμαι πολύ για την επιλογή μας και το μετανιώνω! Διαβάζω κι όλα παλαιότερες κριτικές που είχαν παρόμοιες εμπειρίες με τις δικές μας.

Nessuna critica. Tutto perfetto! Se proprio devo trovare un appunto ma è solo una piccola osservazione direi che forse c’è troppa gente sdraiata vicino alla piscina che si trova in terrazza. Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Takterrassen med poolen, enastående utsikt precis som på bilderna & mycket god service hos personalen 👌🏼 trevligt bemötande rakt igenom, välstädat, god frukost, superbra läge i stan verkligen - shopping precis utanför, Retiroparken 15 min promenad bort, palatset 10 min bort. Vackra byggnader utanför fönstret - toppstålle!!!
Ena dörren på balkongen gick inte att öppna och dom löste inte det på tre dagar. Frukostens matsal var trevlig men inget "wow' kanske..

Limited loungers directly at the pool and it could be difficult to get a space.

Odeur fortes d’égouts dans la chambre. La temperature de l’eau de la douche variait sans arrêt ainsi que la pression de l’eau, impossible de prendre une douche correcte. L’eau de la piscine extrêmement froide malgré la chaleur, impossible pour moi de m’y baigner. Rapport qualité prix très décevant.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The location was brilliant, very central and could walk to most places. Staff were nice. Bathrooms in the rooms were good and shower was brilliant and strong.
The rooms were extremely dated. The decor, beds, tv…it could all do with modernisation. The plug points are so slow to charge. Breakfasts was disappointing - not a huge selection

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit einer sehr großen Auswahl, Frühstücksachen wurden stetig bis Schluß nachgefüllt, Wir wohnten im 9. Stock und hatten eine super Aussicht. Lage war für uns zur Stadterkundung perfekt. Pool war der Hammer. Haben auch die Gastro am Pool genutzt. Sehr lecker gegessen.

Todas las mañana a las 9 hs el personal de limpieza golpeaba las puertas de los cuartos y hablaban fuerte entre ellos Paso todas las mañanas Se notaba que quería despertar a los huéspedes para hacer la limpieza Vinimos a descansar y siempre 9 hs éramos despertados

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026We got an upgrade due to birthday which was lovely . Staff were lovely . Despite being on a main road soubd proofing was really good !!
There was a warning regarding a scam of being contacted for bank details. I was contacted twice which was concerning . Also we were given a tolm with 2 double beds which was not ideal
