Everything

Better breakfast options and bigger size of the room

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Location is fantastic, central to everything , The staff were very good & did provide us with 2 chairs when asked for the balcony

1,We had a Grand View Balcony room , The view from the Balcony was great , but there was no where to sit ? No chairs , table on the Balcony.. which was really disappointing. You expect seating if you have a Balcony . 2, the Shower in the room was very poor , no water pressure when the water was even remotely warm let alone hot !.. But was very good if you wanted a Cold shower ! 3, curtains did not fully close , so room was very light during the night

Local. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis .

Escada na entrada do hotel .

todo

The rooms are clean Reception very helpful lovely bfast location excellent

Nothing to complain

It was in the perfect location in the city

Very nice and friendly staff! Perfect location! We got a room that was not facing Gran Vía so it was also very quiet at night! Very comfortable bed! Absolutely worth the money! Will come back again! Thank you!

Śniadania bardzo pyszne i bardzo duży wybór produktów. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie odpowiedniego.

The hotel is wonderful, all the facilities were absolutely great ! I didn’t like the restaurant staff attitude at breakfast and we just decided to eat outside for the rest of our stay. Also it was a bit confusing to order at the pool because the waiter couldn’t tell what were the ingredients of the cocktails. But the hotel itself is super comfortable and clean! And the reception staff was super nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable, you can’t dream of a better place to be in Madrid

The restaurant hosting staff at breakfast. Didn’t know their work and put us in a disrespectful situation when moved us from the assigned table in favor of a local family. Absolutely ruined the first morning for us. The manager wasn’t really helpful, as she never got back to me with explanation or apology during the next 4 days.

Todo

Location, clean and they provide a transportation to the outlet for free.

All great.

Everything from location to facilities and cleanliness the team and especially Juan very kind and professional

Ubicación amabilidad muy bueno todos

Great location, clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and if they weren’t sure they would ask a colleague.

The size of the pool! Kids were jumping in without any respect for other users, the parent didn’t seem bothered either! Potential for a lifeguard to point out the rules !

Localização, café da manhã muito bom . Funcionários prestativos. Bom tamanho do quarto.

I come in your hotel thirth time and always when I come back again I would be in that hotel. Amazing🤗🤗🤗

Rooms, very clean, everything🥰🥰🥰

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, food good.

Difficult with suitcases up the steps to the lift, security guard helped, but not ideal. Pool much smaller than I thought.

The staff were really friendly & very helpful. The rooms although small were incredibly comfortable & luxurious. The roof top bar was just awesome...the most beautiful view overlooking Gran view. Also the best position right on Gran Via next to the best restaurants & shops.

Not sure if the room windows were insulated as the noise at night - especially the police sirens.

Volvería a ir !

Nada

Tudo perfeito

Precioso, el aire no funcionó muy bien. Y era extremadamente pequeño el inodoro y baño. Bella azotea y muy buen desayuno.

Extremadamente pequeño

The location is great

There was no proper control/security at the main entrance, there’s a person sat there but doesn’t ask to see your proof of room keys or if you’re just guests wanting to explore the hotel , because of the name CR7, many many people come into the hotel which is fine, but there’s people wandering around everywhere. It’s really badly organised. I think a lot of people are expecting lots of Cristiano memorabilia, and there’s very little. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff disorganised and uninterested.

location is good

They took the security deposit and haven’t refunded it yet.

Not clean

Very clean and convenient place.

Just like the sirens from the street. But that is nothing in the hotel could do.

La ubicación es excelente

Nada

Localização , limpeza, quarto muito bom.

The most outstanding thing (apart from the comfy bed, great pillows, clean room and excellent facilities) were the staff. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Nothing

Tamanho do quarto

Great location and staff

The pics of the pool did not show how small it was. Did not mind - was lovely to have somewhere to plunge into during a heatwave

Perfect location Clean Check in was not easy

Ubicación excelente, camas y almohadas confortables 😊

Todo. Excelente habitaciones . Limpias y acogedores.

Nada.

Overall, the hotel is really nice. A special shoutout to the staff - everyone is very polite, nice and smiley. The hotel itself is nice. The location is amazing. We loved the rooftop bar - very nice to spend some relaxing time there with the drinks

Breakfast could be improved - the choice was rather minimal. In terms of hot drinks, you only get the capsuled nespresso coffee.

Si

We booked the hotel because of the location but fell in love with the rooftop bar. It was great being out all day then coming back to our hotel & spending the rest of the evening at the hotel bar having a few drinks & enjoying the view. They also upgraded our rooms to a street view when we checked in which was great.

Nothing we didnt like.

Great location. Staff are helpful anad friendly.

Struttura accogliente, ben posizionata e ottimi servizi
