Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The facilities were nice, the staff were friendly, the breakfast included a wonderful variety of food, and the room was clean and very modern.
The pillows were not supportive enough for my back, so we asked for extra pillows, which solved the problem!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location is directly opposite a small square with several bars. These were all very quiet and respectful in the evening and night. The staff were very friendly, warm, welcoming and spoke very good English. The hotel has a lift to higher floors and individual good air-conditioning to the bedroom. It has the toilet separate from the shower with the sink in a third space inbetween which worked very well for us. Car parking is available in a 24 hour public car park approximately a 4 minute walk away at extra cost.
Due to space limitation in the breakfast area, time slots need to be pre-booked in advance which was never a problem for us. The choice and quality of food at breakfast was very good indeed.

Says it has a parking garage also tells you there is a public garage but there is only a public garage and no parking garage at the hotel This was disappointing as we had planned to put our bikes in the garage There was a place to store them in a court yard but this is different to a garage!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026This was such a classy place. The decor in the room was stunning and made it feel really special. Having a refrigerator was a practical bonus. The reception team were top notch - welcoming and professional. The square over the road with an ancient church and cafes added atmosphere, and when you’d had enough of that, the triple glazed windows cut off all noise.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Idéalement situé dans un joli quartier d'habitation, l'hôtel est entouré de restaurants et de terrasses. Le personnel est très accueillant et prévenant. La chambre est très confortable et calme, et les équipements sont modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, avec un buffet qui permet de satisfaire les envies de sucré ou de salé. Un parking couvert et surveillé se trouve à 5 minutes de l'hôtel (le temps de stationnement sur les places est limité).
Nous étions trois à voyager et le troisième lit pour mon fils, qui mesure 1,96 m, était trop petit (il s'agissait d'un fauteuil convertible) et peu confortable. À noter également que la salle de bains et les WC de notre chambre, bien que séparés de la partie couchage par une cloison, restent ouverts. Cet espace ouvert peut gêner les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de partager un espace habituellement isolé de la chambre et préservant l'intimité.

Number two was the quality for the price but also the location, just across from an open square where there was a farmer's market in the morning. This hotel has the feel of a more upscale hotel despite a more affordable price. Highly reccomend!
Worst two problems is the very weak wifi, the built in channels cut in and out and could not stream netflix. Also the A/C did not appear to work well as the room never cooled below 25/26 celcius even at night with windows closed.

La amabilidad, los detalles de cortesía ( agua, gominolas, 1 bebida en el bar del hotel )… dejaron puesto el aire acondicionado para que cuando llegáramos la habitación estuviera fresca. la zona está relativamente cerca del centro. La habitación tenía vistas preciosas, estaba todo muy limpio, la cama era cómoda. El secador de pelo era bueno. Mini bar con buen funcionamiento. Incluso el aparcamiento que está à unos minutos del alojamiento no nos resultó extremadamente caro en relación a los de otras ciudades.
Quizás el diseño de la puerta del toilet, que no aísla los ruidos hacia la habitación.

De locatie is super, op wandelafstand van het centrum, met een gezellig plein voor de deur met eetgelegenheden en op woemsdag de markt. Bed en douche zijn prima. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Er is geen buitenruimte en de kamer is niet groot. De glazen deuren bij douche en toilet sluiten niet af, waardoor het water makkelijk uit de douche stroomt.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Mooi hotel gelegen aan leuk pleintje met restaurantjes, wijnbar en winkeltjes, en vlakbij winkelstraat en rivier en start van filosofen pad. Vriendelijke ontvangst en fijne kamer met airconditioning (hard nodig aangezien het buiten 35 graden was). Parkeren kon makkelijk, eerste auto even voor deur zetten en daarna naar Parkhaus 16 bij rivier. We waren op doorreis dus helaas maar 1 avond gebleven maar komen zeker terug in Heidelberg!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Super Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt. Wir wurden extra kontaktiert, mit der Nachfrage ob ein Bewegen ohne Rollstuhl im Zimmer möglich sei. Zusätzlich die Telefonnummer des Taxiunternehmens und den Tipp, vorher abends zu bestellen. Die nette junge Frau an der Rezeption hat auch meinen verlorenen Anhänger wiedergefunden, danke für die Mühe. Das Frühstück ist prima, große Auswahl.
Das Badezimmer ohne Tür ist gewöhnungsbedürftig....

Parking on the street was no problem. Wonderful breakfast. The hotel is located next to an historic marketplace that now is a nexus for young family and friends, not intrusive at all on the hotel and adds a lively character to the neighborhood. It is a quick walk to the old town and to the Philosophers Walk.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Location is excellent - in a quieter part of town, yet with a lovely farmer's market and 3 different restaurant/cafe/bar options plus 2 bakeries within 50 meters. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, and also very well maintained. Front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. Less than a 5 minute walk to the tram which will take you to the old town and the main train station.
I would have loved a few more pillows (there were only 2 on a king sized bed).

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, gegenüber von einem hübschen Platz. Es befindet sich ganz in der Nähe von der Haltestelle Brückenstraße. Von hier fahren Busse und Trams zum Hauptbahnhof, zur Altstadt und dem Klinikum. Das Frühstück wahr ausgezeichnet. Es wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber sehr gut durchdacht mit vielen Staumöglichkeiten und einem schönen Bad. Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ein schönes Hotel konzipiert. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und falls es abends von den gegenübergelegenen Restaurants etwas laut sein sollte, sind die Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Ontbijt was zeer lekker. Het is niet altijd mogelijk om vroeg te ontbijten in hotels. Hier was dit geen probleem. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Ik vond het lovenswaardig dat je kon kiezen om niet elke dag de kamer te laten poetsen. Dit spaart energie en is echt niet nodig. Chapeau hiervoor!!
We konden geen koffie meer krijgen na 9-10 s'avonds.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026La gente de la recepcion fue muy amable y generosa durante toda la estadia. La ubicacion es muy linda, enfrente de una plaza con restaurantes, cerca del rio, caminable hasta la ciudad vieja y puente viejo.

Μείναμε 2 βράδια στο κατάλυμα και δυστυχώς χάλασε το ασανσέρ και αναβοκατεβάζαμε το καρότσι του παιδιού στα χέρια.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The staff was very happy and they helped very good. English was also not a problem. The room was clean and big enough, the windows block a lot of outdoor sound which is very good. Beds were good and the location was very good.
If there is one thing.. it will be that you can't park at the hotel, but somewhere nearby.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Nice staff at reception serving guest as well as breakfast that I included in the booking. It is a small boutique type of hotel. A nice little welcoming chocolate in the room as well as welcoming drink and farewell gift is a special touch and appreciated. Room size is decent. Not sure if it was due to assigning us the handicap room due to reason of my last minute booking. It was on basement ground level floor right next to the stairs walking upwards. Passing by guests can see our room. We closed the curtains to get privacy.

Secondly, parking space is extremely limited and nothing available right outside the hotel. Ok to stop and drop luggage only. Luckily it was Sunday and following Monday was public holiday, we managed to find a parking space quite a walk like 15 mins. away, but didn’t have to pay.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten in Heidelberg!wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden defintiv wieder kommen. Vor dem Hotel ist ein belebter Platz mit 2 Restaurants und draußen Plätzen. Für uns war es eine Einladung, dass flanieren zu beobachten. Die Fenster isolieren sehr gut sobald sie zu sind.

J’avais sélectionné des hôtels avec parking et l’hôtel, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, n’en possède pas. Du coup, parking couvert à proximité à plus de 20 € la journée, ce qui augmente de façon significative le prix de la chambre. Erreur de booking ou de l’hôte ? A corriger rapidement.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage, Zentrum nah, nette Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nicht weit entfernt von den Unikliniken. Gemütliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Hat einfach alles gepasst.
