Everything is just too basic, I don't like the bathroom's door. I booked a total of 5 rooms, one room not ready yet, room still messy, I think staff forgot to clean up. Another room air-conditioning got an issue, not cold. Midnight around 3am electricity suddenly cut-off, no electricity supply for more than one hour, lift was out of service ...

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025I’ve stayed at Hotel Agro Raub many times when sending my children back to UiTM. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and one of the better options in Raub. The staff are also trustworthy—once I left my Mac adapter behind, and they kept it safely for me until I collected it.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025The room is spacious and have ample parking. There is a lift which is very convenient for people with many bags. The hotel is near to one of the exit of the new east coast highway so no need to go through traffic in Raub town.
To find halal food, you need to drive a bit further towards Raub town.

First, gave us a room which had not been cleaned. Then transferred to a room which could see ants everywhere. The 2nd day when I checked the booking record, we booked King Room with extra large bed, the room gave to us was a standard room with Queen size bed. Writing to hotel had no reply at all!
