Reviewed May 11, 2026The room is spacious and clean. For a double bed, they provided 4 pillows which is very good because I love having more pillows! The wifi is strong and they provided in door slippers. The room and corridor is carpeted so you don't hear food steps. The hotel take nonsmoking very seriously so it's good for a non smoker like me. Location is very convenient. 7-11, Maybank and McD is just across the road. Thete are a few notable restaurants around the area too. Overall a very satisfying stay and I had a good rest. The only thing that perhaps the hotel can consider to improve is to have a lift for disable access.
Need lift. It's inconvenient to have to carry luggage up the stairs.

It’s clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, strong hot water with excellent pressure, and fresh towels and slippers. The bed is especially comfortable, making it easy to get a good rest. The front desk staff are warm, polite, and very helpful, which really enhances the overall experience. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit. The location is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and a McDonald’s just right across the street.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Good was a good size. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Easy access and parking out front. Restaurant just next door, 7/11 over the road, petrol station next door but not much else around.
The bed was as hard as a plank of wood, woke up with a sore back. Hot water system did not work so had a cold shower. Breakfast not included but that was not an issue.

Bunyi burung di luar bilik dekat tingkap, agak bising. Jika bukak blinds boleh nampak sarang burung, pemandangan yg agak Kotor diluar. Dlm bilik okay bersih.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Their strict checkout policy. They charge you RM50 even if you are 1 minute late. I had already checked out. I told the reception my family is on the way down. My sister in law has knee problem and she could not walk down the stairs. By the time they came down, and when the clerk punched into the system, he had the audacity to tell me that we were 1 minute late. After I expressed my frustration, the manager made an exception.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025I recently stayed at Hotel Raub with my family and had a pleasant experience. I really appreciated the strategic location, with McDonald’s and 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the street. The bathroom was spacious, neither too small nor too large which made it comfortable for our family’s use.
While I enjoyed the charming bird chirping outside, I was disappointed to find bird droppings all over the window of both the room and bathroom. Additionally, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard-like comforter, which made it hard to rest well. Additionally, the room felt quite bare; adding some wall decor or visuals would make it feel more inviting, rather than resembling a hostel.
