Pool outdoor decor

Recently updated, hard floors (so no trapped allergens in old carpet, yay!), very comfy beds and bedding, GREAT water pressure, and very well-kept grounds. Beautiful huge manicured lawn descending down a lovely slope to a small creek. Several quaint fire pits/conversation areas, outdoor games, 2 nice pools, and a large spa. Good location.

The first room we were assigned had a broken AC and a view of a double staircase instead of the pool courtyard view we had selected through Booking.com. We called the office about the AC-the guy wanted us to wait for maintenance, but we had a tasting scheduled soon, so we requested another room. He made us reload our luggage into the car and drive back up front to the office- then he had us wait in line again behind several families who arrived after us to change rooms. We would have overlooked this for all the good reasons listed above, except then we woke up to a large roach crawling up the bathroom wall on morning 2.

Everything was excellent.

The breakfast and outdoor areas were nice. The location of the hotel was great. The room stayed cold.

It had a few roaches and the floors were extremely dirty. My daughters feet were black after running around in the room for a little while. There was little to no parking, i got back to the room late one afternoon and had to park across the property. With all that being said, paying $211 for a hotel with no parking, roaches, and dirty floors was not worth it.

The pool was beautiful. The location was great. The rooms were nice and clean.

En general todo bien. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia, la zona de la piscina estaba muy bien y el desayuno era bueno. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que te permite ir paseando a la calle principal. Buena relación calidad-precio.

El baño de la habitación está bastante viejo, aunque limpio.

El area de la piscina, esta super espectacular, y los patios hermosos. Nos encanto nuestra habitacion y la ubicacion esta super. Nos permitio ir a caminando a los restaurantes y sitios de interes.

El wifi, necesitan mejorar, porque no hay señal en la habitacion. Fue bueno porque nos desconectamos totalmente. Pero es importante por detalles de compromisos que cumplir con el trabajo que este disponible el wifi

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel. Waren als Famile mit 2 Kindern 11 und 3 Jahre alt. Der Pool, Jacuzzi und die Feuerstellen haben uns besonders gut gefallen! Wir wollen aufjedenfall nochmal wieder kommen, die Kinder haben den Pool so sehr genossen. Zimmer war auch toll und sauber. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist ideal, man geht ca. 4-5 min. und ist in der Hauptstrasse von Fredericksburg. Frühstück ist auch super lecker und die Kartoffeln haben mir besonders gut geschmeckt.

The hot water for the shower wasn't working properly (it was lukewarm). We also had people talking loudly outside our room at 11:30p (yes, I realize the hotel isn't responsible for that).

This location is close to Main Street and easy to walk there.

A szobánkra ráfért volna egy kisbb felújítás - ami egyèbként a szálloda egyes részein èpp folyamatban volt. Ez okozott egy kis kellemtlenséget, de összességében egy rövid tartózkodásra megfelelt a szállás. A környèk nagyon kellemes.

I loved how pretty it was and that it was right in the middle of town, but looked like being in the woods.

I did not like getting woken up by Jack hammers early Saturday morning. They should do that kind of construction on the slow days and not when you're fully booked as parking lot was completely full.

It was a really nice place and was a great location for walking to Main Street.

Fantastic hotel. This is my second time there, after a lot of years and everything remain perfect. Rooms big and modern, good wifi and amazing pool and spa. Maintenance is great, so all seems to be new. Very good breakfast. I miss a gym in the installations but there is an external one very close, so this is the place to stay when in Fredericksburg.

The location is awesome, the staff at the front desk was super nice but not as knowledgeable about fredericksburg as I'd expect for a tourist town, the pool area was so cute... great for families!

Our room didn't have towels in it when we arrived and we weren't sure that the bedding had actually been changed out. Since they don't have a large staff on duty, we had to go back to the office to get our own towels and bedding, as opposed to someone bringing them to us- as it was an inconvenience to not have those provided.

Room was very comfortable. The pool is fabulous. Breakfast offerings were excellent.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. We had to wait for coffee the first day, and for hot water the second day. Perhaps staff could have paid better attention to these amenities.

Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, breakfast and friendly staff.

There were some areas taped off that made me have to walk a little extra to get to my room.

At about 10 till 11 pm the pool was packed and super noisy. We were 2nd level poolside and could.t sleep. Should close pool at least by 10 pm.

Location is great, with outstanding value for money. The outdoor pool is great, especially with kids in the middle of the summer when it can be really hot outside. Good breakfast too!

Some details can be improved: staff was not always aware of what was going on (did not know the gluten free offer at breakfast - that was actually really good instead, towels by the pool were not there on one day and after asking the reception they told us someone was going to take care of it but nobody did). Better communication can help. Also, if you take one of the pool side rooms, be aware that the pool is open until 10pm so it gets really noisy with all the kids and young adults playing if you have little ones that you are trying to put to bed earlier. Next time we will ask for a different room

I booked 2 queen bedroom and they gave us 1 king bed. We were 3 adults. We payed 300.00 and after complaining, just after complaining, they gave us a 2 queen bedroom. The bedroom was fine, but the shower tub was clogged.

Very clean , walking distance to Main Street and all main entertainment.Very good breakfast.Nice large room and large property. Lot of parking lot of outdoor stuff to do including pool. Very good sitting areas with lot of shade and birds.Property had lot of plants and flowers with big breakfast area outdoor and indoor.also have a nice big fire place during winter season.

The place looked like a glorified motel from outside but when you go in room it’s great so nothing bad about it. Very nice staff too.

The pool area was clean and inviting. The manager Dylan Ottmers did an excellent job to fix a few problems with the booking and room accommodation. The breakfast was a nice hot meal. Again the manager Dylan was very professional and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again

Nice location just block of Main street with very pretty landscaping and pools.. Breakfast was a surprise-great waffles, very nice staff.

The only thing that was surprising smokers are allowed in pool areas. So there were people everywhere smoking, even inside hot tub, families with kids were around. I was very surprised that was allowed. Not fun and had to move around to avoid smoke many times.

This is a motel with doors facing outside and window unit type AC. It is fine but way overpriced.Rooms decent but very average.

It’s a pretty community. It’s close to a lot of restaurants a lot of sightseeing so that area was a pretty good rating.

Your staff is not knowledgeable about the service animal. I have a service animal and one that is in training. I’ve had my service animal for 10 years and it’s trying to train another one because mine is getting older so we’re in the process of training one and your staff wasn’t aware that training was at service animal which I explained it’s not yet a service animal however he is a service animal in training so he needs to understand that in order to train your service animal he the animal needs to go to the areas that you frequent travel, restaurants everywhere practically that I go he wasn’t very courteous. He made me feel like my animals and I were dirty. He told us not to go to the kitchen area so I told him where am I supposed to eat? My husband was there on business and he said well you can eat outside it’s humid hot so I was very disappointed that somebody saw me different and I am no different than anybody else. I also requested a lower level due to my condition and he said we don’t have any. We just have two rooms available. I saw other rooms available he didn’t even try to look in the system and see if there was a possibility he could accommodate me and he didn’t. We were literally arguing while other visitors were behind me and that was extremely embarrassing. We also notified him that there was the body wash. I believe someone pulled it out from the wall when we got into our room. My husband made him aware that same day and he said he would send someone to fix it after two days we left, but still not fixed. FYI: Because you are located in El Paso, you are governed by Texas law.Access rights: Texas law (Human Resources Code Sec. 121.003) does recognize service dogs in training. An SDIT is granted the exact same public access rights as a fully trained service dog, meaning they are allowed in public facilities like restaurants, stores, and on public transportation.

The free breakfast is really good but the real fun is the pool/hot tub. There are multiple fire pits also that are lit nightly.

Didn’t tell us housekeeping was only on request. Found trash behind armchair when I moved it away from the a/c unit. Had a funky sulfur smell when the a/c fan came on. Actual room was not represented well in the site photos. Expected something different.

Die Lage war perfekt ! Direkt Fuß läufig in die Stadt also den Ort direkt ! Pool war schön jedoch hatte ein Pool zu und der zweite war dementsprechend voller Kinder !! Allgemein waren in dem Hotel unglaublich viele Familien und Kinder - es wirkte wie ein Ferien Camp für Kinder ! Parkplatz war kostenlos und Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung ! Liegen am Pool waren sehr schön ! Es hatte irgendwie etwas cooles - also es wirkte wie Urlaub in dem Hotel zu sein ! Preis ist etwas zu hoch aber ansonsten war es schon besonders!

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - der Boden war wirklich schmutzig und hat beim gehen geklebt sodass wir nochmals darum bitten mussten dass gereinigt wird ! Das Bad war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber und auch zum Teil kaputt und alt ! Klima war unfassbar laut !

Great place to stay - near the main street, rooms have been nicely updated. The best thing was their outdoor area, we loved sitting by the fire pit in the evening.

The towel rack in the bathroom was SO rusty. Please replace it.

I wish I had something positive to say about my recent stay, but unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never experienced any issues, which makes this visit even more frustrating. I traveled with my son and mother for the weekend to pick up my daughter from camp, and what should have been a relaxing trip turned into a very unpleasant experience. After a six-hour drive, we checked in and headed to the pool to unwind. We immediately noticed that every pool chair appeared to be reserved with towels, bags, and personal belongings, despite very few people actually using them. During the entire time we were at the pool, no one returned to many of these chairs. When I asked the front desk if chairs could be reserved or if they knew who the belongings belonged to, I was told there was a large gathering at the hotel and that the owners of the items would likely return. As a result, we had very limited seating options and simply had to make do. The following morning, before the pool had even opened, the chairs were once again "claimed" with coolers, life jackets, towels, and other belongings. After spending the day shopping and picking up my daughter from camp in Hunt, we returned to the hotel and planned to enjoy the pool while waiting for a pizza delivery. Unfortunately, the atmosphere at the pool was chaotic. A large group of children, approximately 10 to 15 years old, were playing aggressively, throwing each other around, using profanity, and behaving inappropriately. I instructed my children to keep their distance, but wherever they swam, the group would move closer. At one point, one of the boys struck my daughter while she was swimming and then swam away. When I calmly asked him to be more careful, he responded by mocking me and using profanity. I reported the incident to the front desk. Once again, the response centered on the large gathering at the hotel. I was told someone would come speak to the group's organizer. While an employee did come to the pool area, the disruptive behavior continued. The children kept roughhousing, following my children around the pool, and using inappropriate language. When I politely asked them to watch their language around younger children, they laughed, mocked me further, and continued their behavior. Eventually, my children became upset and no longer wanted to swim because they felt uncomfortable and unable to enjoy the pool. We ended our evening early and returned to our room while waiting for our food delivery. I informed the front desk that we had to leave the pool because of the ongoing situation. The most disappointing part of this experience occurred at checkout. I explained everything to the employee working that morning, hoping for at least an acknowledgment or apology. Instead, I was told that because I had prepaid for the weekend and there was a large gathering at the hotel, this was essentially part of the experience. I found that response incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. What upsets me most is not simply the behavior of the guests, but the hotel's lack of action and concern. Large groups and events happen, but that should not prevent other paying guests from safely and comfortably enjoying the hotel's amenities. A sincere apology and more proactive management could have made a significant difference. Sadly, after this experience, I do not see myself staying here again. I genuinely hope the hotel reevaluates how it manages large group events so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

The property is beautiful and a great location

They put us in a room next to men working on the stairs with loud machinery which continued all day until 5pm. Also the controller for the yv didn’t work. I went back 4 times and they exchanged controllers. None ever worked. I got tired of going back to the office. Frustrating, couldn’t relax or nap

Schöne Zimmer zur Poolseite, der Pool und Whirlpool sind sehr schön nach einem Tag in der texanischen Hitze. Gutes Frühstück, kann man draußen am offenen Kamin auf der Terrasse genießen. Man kann bequem Downtown, Restaurants und kleine Läden zu Fuß erreichen.

Leider wurden tagsüber Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, die etwas laut waren.

The hotel was comfortable and updated tastefully. The outdoor pools were well-frequented and breakfast good. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, only a few blocks to walk.

De lokatie was mooier en beter dan verwacht. De ligging was perfect in het centrum, maar wel met een mooie tuin aan een rivier. Er was een prettig zwembad en leuke zitjes met haardvuur op verschillende plekken. De kamer was erg fijn. Goede bedden en fijne douche. Zowel het hotel als de omgeving hadden we achteraf nog wel langer willen blijven.

Located a short 5 min walk from Main Street. We stayed there for a quick getaway. The staff was courteous and attentive, Lay presented a nice quick breakfast buffet and Ervin was very helpful at the front desk. The room was clean and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, using mostly native plants. The pool (with a slide for kids), hot tub and fireplace were lovely amenities. Had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend!

It has a bit of a motel vibe, but with incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and both the swimming pool and the terrace are lovely. It’s a great place to unwind after a busy day on Main Street and exploring the vineyards. The breakfast is good, with plenty of choice. I would have liked a bit more fruit, but that’s just a minor criticism.
