Podczas procesu rejestracji proszę wprowadzać nazwisko gościa do systemu. Bez tego nie jest możliwe późniejsze zalogowanie się do sieci dla osób nie posiadających chińskiego ID lub numeru telefonu. Opisy SZAMPON, MYDŁO, ODŻYWKA są tak małe i nieczytelne, że bardzo trudno je rozpoznać pod prysznicem.

Solidny hotel dobrej sieci. Ale w okolicy pojawiają się nowe równie dobre opcje.

Uprzejma prośba o nie zapominaniu na śniadaniach o: świeżym pieczywie, oliwie z oliwek, czynnych automatach do kawy.

Overall efficiency, comfort and cleanliness of the property. Food on the 2nd floor restaurant was very good.

Location not central enough - too far to walk to town center. Nothing much of interest in the surrounding area. Also, should be stricter and not allow smoking inside the hotel. Could smell smoke in the corridors and saw people smoking in the lobby area (even though there was a "No Smoking" sign on the pillar)

It was very disappointing that this hotel has not re-opened its executive lounge, it makes it lesser of a business hotel. There is nowhere really in the hotel now to hold a business meeting or to sit and have a private chat. The hotel does not even have a bar area or indeed a café area, where one can sit and have a chat or carry out business, so unfortunately my colleagues and I will not be staying there when we next visit the area. It is still a nice hotel, but not ideal for business, (no business facilities) which is a pity as it is right in the middle of a business area!!! Rooms are all of a good size, good linen and decent pillows, the rooms are well appointed and the housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is terms of western guests a bit of a disaster, one star rating maximum. However, if you like a full on Chinese meal for your breakfast then its perfect, coffee is awful. The swimming pool and Spa are nice but have seen better days, its OK value for money but no great shakes. Unfortunately I will not be staying there in the future as it lacks many business attributes, no exec lounge, no bar area, no café unlike nearby hotels.

Shunde is a bustling place, but this hotel is in the quieter part. Hotel is outstanding, if only American Holiday Inn’s could hit this mark. The facilities are great, everything is tidy and exceeds expectations especially for the price. There isn’t a bar in the hotel but there is one in the plaza called SD (Shunde) Home and it’s a great little place.

It is close to many business places I used to work with, but they need to add more European food to the breakfast menu.

The stay was amazing. We were there for a business trip and stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Overall cleanliness and service standards were very good, Staff are welcoming and friendly. Will definitely choose to stay in the hotel again on my next trip.

The room is clean and spacious. Everything is handy. I have a good stay in this hotel.

We took taxi from Guangzhou south train station to the Hotel in just about 40 minutes; the Hotel lobby was bright and contemporary; check in was efficient by well trained staff; guest room was spacious, and I was particularly like the king-size bed and the pillow! Tried Yum-Cha at the Chinese Restaurant the next day morning, the Dim-Sum was so delicious, and we enjoyed all food there! It was a great stay, and we will certainly come back. Thanks to the hotel team looking after us during our stay.

Best quality-price-service hotel in shun de. I have an important factory nearby and frequently stay in this hotel. Its basically the best one. Pushing 5 star ( prob 4.5 star) its a new Holiday Inn with nice pool/gym/sauna clean and everything you need. Hotel is run by Laurence, a Canadian chinese who goes out of his way to make you feel at home. The other options in town is sheraton (old and grotty) and the marriott (nice but overpriced and way too busy/ hetic in that location. Staff here are great, breakfast fantastic and they often have the buffet fri-sunday. They also have a really good chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor which is perfect for supplier dinners. No hesitations in recommending this hotel and team.

Amazing one night stay! The first thing we noticed was the excellent customer service that they showed to us, all of the staff warmly welcomed us. The room is clean and the bed is VERY comfortable. They also serve Western and Chinese cuisine, they’re awesome too! It’s also very convenient to non-mandarin speakers like us to stay here because most of them can speak English well. There’s also an overlooking view from their pool which we greatly enjoyed. It’s located on the 6th floor as well as their gym. Unfortunately, it was just a short trip and we weren’t able to explore much of the area. We will definitely come back!

整体入住和退房手续比较快速，房间整洁舒适，停车免费，车位也足够。酒店位置出行方便，下次还会再次选择假日酒店。

Travelled to Shunde for business purpose. I booked and stayed at a Holiday Inn which is simple but decent. Covid-19 prevention is in placed. The guest room was clean and very nice, the pricing was reasonable and worthy. I enjoyed a dimsum breakfast, the food was great and what I spent was much less expensive than Hong Kong. I definitely will be back and stay there again.

This was our 5th stay in Holiday Inn Shunde! The reception was very kind to upgrade us to a deluxe room on the upper floor. The room was very spacious .The staff was all very polite and helpful. Due to covid19 I have found myself in a position where I'm not able to leave from mainland. However, just a short trip from Guangzhou you end up at a perfect Holiday Inn! Warm, Clean, Quiet and most importantly.... Inviting! I felt very happy I found this Hotel and will for sure be returning.

Nice hotel although the location was sort of remote. Breakfast was rather simple and disappointing. Pool and gym were not open during this time period due to coronavirus. Shower was good.

Nice hotel with super good breakfast. Staff is very helpful and make you feel at home. Next time I will use the gym and swimming pool as well! The rooms are simple, though have all what’s needed and are clean. If any negative feedback: view from the hotel is disappointing, though pretty common for South China.

This is my 3rd visit to HI Shunde. Each time they have continued to surprise me. Simon (GM) is doing a great job nurturing his new staff. They go the extra mile to make the customer experience an exceptional one. The hotel is fairly new and the facilities are well kept. The food is great...its Shunde after all however, the cleanliness of the rooms and property, the kind support by every staff member and the extra cushion on the bedding is spot on. As a Spire Elite Member, I highly recommend taking the time to experience this great property.

New, nice and quiet location, With amazingly friendly and helpful stuff, Restaurants have good variety and the taste is very good. The hotel is worthy the price as well. I highly recommend for business trips.

I booked this hotel through booking.com for the purpose of a relaxing weekend by the pool. Check in was fast and friendly, room was nice. Got right into my suit and headed to the pool. Indoor only. Very disappointed. However, I’m actually here to write a nice review because the ladies at the desk were so nice and canceled my reservation and gave me a full refund. They even helped me book a taxi to a replacement hotel that did have an outdoor pool. I hate indoor pools but otherwise it’s a nice hotel.

Very nice rooms, well equipped. A nice 4 star hotel international standard. Nice breakfast for both asian and western. Dim sum restaurant available as well, nice and cheap. Afternoon tea set available.

Shunde is so famous for its Shunde Cuisine and therefore we have a group of 4 persons visited Shunde over the weekend at this Hotel. It took us 30 minutes to arrive this Hotel from Guangzhou South Station; the Hotel has a grand-looking lobby; we were given a spacious guest room with a comfortable king-sized bed, free wi-fi was provided although it was a bit slow; a over 50"" Samsung LED TV with over 50 channels, including BBC and other International stations. During our stay, we visited their Gem Room (6th floor I think?) which was well equipped, the in-door heated pool was not yet open at time of visit. Chinese Dim-Sum breakfast was taken place at their ballroom on 3rd floor (only open during week-ends, otherwise the Chinese Restaurant is operating daily); the food was delicious and the price was not expensive at all. Alternatively, they are promoting a Sunday Brunch (we have no time to try) at their lobby level Coffee Shop at a crazy price of RMB95 per person! Super value! Services overall was very good specially the front desk and restaurant staff, given that the Hotel was new and opened some two months ago; room cleaning was well done with the exception that the used coffee cup was not replaced and the TV remote control was not put back to its original position during the room make up. Check out was very smooth without any complications. We have much enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and certainly we will recommend this Hotel to our friends and anyone visiting Shunde.

This newly opened hotel is nicely furbished with attentive service at reasonable price. Service staff is green but sincere. Only 30 minutes by taxi from high speed train Guangzhou South Station and Shunde ferry terminal. Room is in good size with comfy mattress and bedding, I slept for a consecutive 7 hours for 3 days which I long for. Over 50 TV channels including BBC, Discovery and MTV. Highly secured as lift access with key card control, bump the card and you could only access to your designated floor. Some restaurants, cinema, supermarket, convenience store, pharmacy etc right next to the hotel. A tempting spread from the breakfast buffet. Must try out dim sums from the Chinese restaurant, you will be surprised. Gym with 24 hours access while pool is not ready to open yet. A 8,000 sqft Grand Ballroom which can be divided into 3 separate rooms with a spacious foyer area for cocktails and outdoor for smokers. 5 smaller meeting rooms as break out rooms or small meetings or events. For those photogenic, you must pay a visit to the National Arts Studio which is 45 minutes taxi away, with all the nostalgic movie scenes which sure will keep you entertained for whole day.
