Arrivé de nuit j’ai été super bien reçu et j’ai récupéré la clé très vite. Chambre en rez de chaussée à côté de l’ascenseur . Murs très fins donc sommeil limite . Même si la literie était top .

This property has a lot of misinformation about its quality. It is more like a one star hotel. No regular cleaning and the manager thinks he can yell at customers

Séjour vraiment horrible 😬 Chambre vraiment petite...aucune climatisation...aucun ventilateur...un réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionne pas...de la poussière dans la chambre et pas d'hier .la douche était pas terribles...même pour un deux étoiles..cela doit être mieux tenue..plus jamais

Lovely and safe

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. It was the cheapest place outside of the city but was not worth paying for. Room was constantly boiling hot and was even hotter than outside, barely able to sleep in, no fans or air conditioner but the staff in the lobby had an air con and fan running for their convenience. When asked for a small fan they told us a flat out no and it seemed like it was a common question. Would not recommend for anyone staying during summer, the weather was only 28-32 degrees during our stay.

I would supposedly rate it higher but we had no plug circuit or electricity during or weekend stay that’s the only mishap but the rest of the stay, area is lovely

Hotel was as expected. Walls are very thin, rooms are small but again, expected. Staff was courteous and check in and out was painless. The staff knows a little English which was super helpful since my French leaves a lot to be desired. Wonderful bed! Slept very well!

If you are travelling in cold weather I recommend to not choose this hotel. Their heating is not working my wife got cold in this hotel and the staff will not give you small heater as well. There is no working elevator! If you have heavy bags it would be really hard going up 3-4 levels of tiny stairs. There is no hand washing liquid or soap, no toothpaste or toothbrush, if you booked this hotel prepare to bring everything with yourself except the bed and TV. The fridge is empty not even water. I hope it helps next travellers to have normal trip at least. I booked another 2days with another hotel slightly less price and it’s got everything that I mentioned.

Duvet cover has stain and hole , told receptionist, they didn't change. Room is very small for two person. Only give one cup and one bath towel for two person. And one time left a key on my room door, don't know why? Who responsible if I lost something?

The room had visible dust and dirt on the floors, and in corners, my phone fell under the bed and when I retrieved it was covered with dust. I stayed 3 nights and by the third night I was so disgusted by the condition of the room I couldn’t check out fast enough! And also the rooms are TINY, but my bad for not paying close attention to the size description before booking but it was just ridiculously small. I honestly don’t know how this is even a 3 star hotel it should be 2 star.

Good hotel near Paris city about 20 minutes. Easy transportation

Staff was so kind Close to Stade De 🇫🇷. There for the 2024 Olympics. Stay 7 days housekeeping was good. Clean place yo stay.

Was a lovely place, bit further from the metro than we thought. Was clean and tidy and everything was nice. Staff were nice and friendly. Handing in the keys was slightly strange but it was fine as there was always someone there.

Too expensive for this kind of property. The rooms were really cramped. not much place to keep your stuff. If you have big suitcases, good luck. However, the staff were excellent. Hotel breakfas has limited options, its better to have breakfast elsewhere. At that steep price you would expect at least free breakfast.

Loved our stay here. Lovely restaurants nearby and a local supermarket. It took around 40 mins to get into Paris via Bus/train. Would come again.

Far from the center and very small room. But for a place to crack after a whole day out, it's more than acceptable. Staff is correct, the Clean Lady are Spotless, dedicated and respectful and there are restaurants and boulangeries around.

This property was very nice and clean. Room was a bit small, but I didn’t mind as I was traveling alone, it was everything I needed. There are some stores within the walking distance if you need to buy things like water or food. The staff was very friendly.

The front desk gentleman tried to make us use a debit card. We kept telling them it was a credit card. The fact that a lot of Parisian hotels do not have air conditioning is a problem. And we thought this one had one. It wasn’t bad for me because I travel with a portable fan, but my family sweat all night. We could have paid a little more and went to a hotel that was a chain that I knew had air conditioner, but that was vetoed by my family and they could’ve brought a fan as well so there’s that. But we picked the hotel because in one review someone said that they now had air conditioning that is false. MOST LOCAL PARIS HOTELS DO NOT HAVE AC! Also, FYI, if you use small face cloths, Paris hotels do not offer those either bring your own.

Les oreillers sont jaunes et très salles. J’avais des boutons rouges sur le coup et les épaules. C’était une mauvaise expérience et problème d’hygiène..

This hotel is very clean. It is an extremely small hotel and that includes the room. The bathroom bearly fits one person. We stayed one night so it was fine. It is in a residential area so not many touristy things to do. Had to take the metro (about 8 blocks) to go anywhere we wanted. About 30 mins to CDG. Our biggest complaint was no air conditioning, it was hot and opening the windows caused mosquitos to come in. We asked for a fan and they did not have one. They were very nice but no actual amenities like ice, however there was a safe and mini fridge.

Great hotel

Pros: 1. Very well equiped room for the price with mini fridge, electric kettle, locker, hair dryer 2. Located in a very safe place near city center..we travelled at 1 am and faced no issues 3. Very courteous and helpful staff 4. Value for money Cons: 1. 10 min away from the nearest metro station or bus stop so lots of walking needed 2. Bathroom is very small and cramped 3. Room is not sound proof, you can hear what others are talking in the adjoining rooms

Price worth

Room was bit small but nothing terrible. Employees were all kind and friendly. I left my bags for 3hrs after check out and it was perfect for rest of my trip. Elevator was small but it’s Paris thing. Location was 6-7km departed from center of Paris but alright level with Uber and metro. If i come to Paris with tight budget again, i will check availability of this hotel.

Room was small but clean and about a ten minute walk to two subway lines. Some good little bakeries and shops in the area too.

Paris Hotel is a compact but smart hotel. If you need an inexpensive hotel to put your head down for a night or two, this could be the one for you. We stayed there 2 night for the Rugby World Cup final in 2023 and used it well just to sleep. However, if you need a big room or relaxing communal areas you may find better options available.

Dieses kleine Hotel ist ein echter Geheimtip. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer immer sauber, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig, wobei der Frühstücksraum nie laut und überfüllt ist wie in anderen Hotels.Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris ist dieses Hotel wieder meine erste Wahl.

The Paris hotel was clean and quiet.

Le séjour a été horrible. La douche était bouché, les draps avec des taches et la house trouée. Sur les murs encore des insectes écrasés. Et pour couronner le tout l’isolation phonique inexistante. Résultat on ne dort pas de la nuit car on entend les autres résidents de l’hôtel comme s’ils étaient dans la même chambre. A fuir !

Un hôtel avec un accueil très pro, une chambre simple mais confortable. Une propreté irréprochable. Un petit déjeuner sans beaucoup de choix mais des produits frais. Et le tarif est très raisonnable.

Good hotel in a nice area of Paris. About 10 minutes from metro but some nice restaurants/bakeries nearby. Friendly staff. Hotel is relatively modern. Comfortable bed. As you expect in Paris, rooms are small. Place could do with aircon. However would stay here again.

Es solo para dormir y estar poco tiempo en el hotel, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y debe mejorar la limpieza, dejar café y hasta papel higiénico faltó. Pero el personal súper querido y amable

This is an excellent affordable little hotel with very small rooms and bathroom, but extremely clean. The front desk were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Hôtel de ville, chambre petite sans climatisation ou ventilation possible. (chambre Italie) La salle de bain est minuscule (rugbyman), porte de douche qui ferme pas complètement, la pomme de douche est bouchée à de multiple endroit, ce qui fait que les jets sortant dans les trous dispo, sont ultra fin et piquant. Pas agréable et loin d'être relaxant la douche. Prochain besoin hôtelier dans ce secteur, se fera dans un autre hôtel.

It is nice place near subway station, lots of restaurants nearby.

This hotel was good for a few night stay. The neighbourhood was nice, walkable to restaurants, the metro and close to an elementary school. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and were available 24/7. However, the room itself was very small, it was hard for 2 people to move around. The bathroom door was just a sliding door and there was a space between the sliding door and the wall so you could see into the room/bathroom on the sides which was strange. The fitted sheet was a little yellowed so we ended up sleeping on top of the flat sheet. It also could get a little noisy and we could hear the neighbours and cleaning staff in the hallway/other rooms. Despite these things, the hotel overall was completely fine for a few nights in Paris!

Very helpful and friendly staff to greet and book you in. Room was clean and comfortable, just right for one person but would have been on the small side for 2 people. Bathroom was a bit tired looking hence why not rated as excellent but was small and adequate.overall a good experience.
