Hotel Yac Paris Clichy, A Member Of Radisson Individuals

The hotel was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as an avid traveller. The hotel was clean (the cleaners need a raise as they did a great job ensuring the hotel and rooms were clean), beautifully decorated, with a great aesthetic. It was walking distance to restaurants, markets, parks and the metro and it had a fabulous spa fully equipped with a sauna, pool and jacuzzi which was luxurious. The only negative was the staff was not friendly or inviting upon arrival or throughout our stay and the shower in our room kept leaking water onto the floor since the shower door couldn't close shut. It was very inconvenient.

Not a lot of caffe around

The hospitality of the staff is much below expectations. The receptionist who checked us in was simply arrogant towards us. Towards another guest who walked in during our check-in process, he threw a condescending look which we could clearly notice. This is totally unacceptable. As our flight arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early - agreed that this is a gesture of goodwill - but the receptionist refused but we understood. When we later went to pick up the key, the staff at the reception were all acting very busy, with the same receptionist, without saying hello or anything, just handed us the cardkey while saying: "this is exceptional that we grant you already the cardkey at 14h00, check-in time is 15h00". An earlier simply asked question, whether I could use my Radisson status was rejected saying "the room was booked through the "competition" Expedia - and a mail was sent by Radisson that no gifts could be granted anymore as they are not making any profit on these bookings". Unacceptable remarks. We checked out early with another receptionist, who came across as 100% not interested, he did not even bother to ask why we checked out early or how our stay was... Overall, the room was very small, the shower door was leaking and the room privacy was below expectations with the entire hotel able to look into the room when the courtains are open. For this money, there are better hotels in the same area that do value their guests.

Havde bestilt superior værelse og fil et værelse på max 20m2 lige under køkkenet. Vi blev vækket kl 06 af køkkenpersonalet der lavede morgenmad. Flyttede til nyt superior værelse der lige pludselig var på 30m2. Hvorfor skal man have et lille dårligt værelse når et større med samme pris er tilgængeligt? Rengøring er kritisabelt med manglende opfyldning af alt lige fra toiletpapir, kleenex til vand og fjernelse af brugte glas og tomme flasker.

A lot more effort has to be put in to cleaning the rooms while the room is occupied. On my first day the room was superbly clean, however subsequent cleaning while I occupied the room was very lazily and poorly done. The staff are exceptional and helpful.

we had a lovely stay, the staff were very polite, the service was good and the hotel was clean and kept well, I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ayacucho, and would recommend and come back next time. Family friendly

Lovely pool and spa!

Nice hotel, friendly staff but disappointed that we werent informed of the potential security issues in Paris due to the football which we ( 2 women) walked straight into the middle of. Also was upsetting to be asked to refrain from eating a pasty in the outside garden area & do so on our bedroom.

As a first time in Paris I felt comfortable, safe , and loved.

YAC hotel is immaculately presented, with well thought out and high quality interiors. You can see a clear intention to choose premium options throughout the room and wider facilities.

Check in staff were super friendly. Bartenders need serious training. They will only make what’s on their menu even if they have everything to make your drink. Pool is cute but very tiny. Neighborhood is a little run down but convenient to walk to the metro.

Établissement agréable Réception du soir plutôt moyenne. Cependant Éric le chef de service le matin est très agréable.

Très bonne expérience, l’accueil très chaleureux l’hôtel incroyable rien à dire vraiment que se soit au niveau de la chambre du spa ect nickels.

The hotel was very nice. The employees were excellent courteous helpful. It was safe. It was convenient. I loved it. It was in just the right space I could’ve stayed there another month.

A great location in the suburbs for the Olympic Games. I saw many coaches and some athletes , that were staying at the hotel. There were plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Definitely, would book again.

L’hôtel est très propre à l’extérieur mais le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, vous leur parlez et ils ne te regardent même pas les yeux. Dans notre chambre y’avait des taches de café par terre à coter des lits (pensez bien a prendre des photos dès votre arrivée a l’hôtel) de plus notre tele elle ne marchait pas, il s’éteint tout temps on avait fait la remarqué plusieurs fois mais vu qu’on restait que 2 nuits ils n’ont pas voulu nous regler les problèmes. Limite si vous faites pas plus de 3 nuit ils ne vous respecteront pas. Pour le prix qu’on à payer je m’y attendais a plus.

Staff was extremely rude in accommodating us. Dirty bathrooms and the hotel was in an unsafe and very iffy part of town.

There was a smoking odour in the room. The smoke detector was covered. Room did not have storage space Gel and shampoo were missing

YAC is new and clean with a great staff and friendly service. The price is a good value. However, it is definitely no frills place very low on in room amenities. Small rooms, no work space and not even a chair to sit to get work done. Only paper cups, they did not provide clean towels and no power outlets in the bathroom area. Having said that, the breakfast was nice but not great and they do have adequate work space in the lobby and breakfast area. the exercise room was small with only one treadmill but it was clean. One morning, my shower did not work and I had to rush down to shower in the exercise room shower. We never did figure out why the shower dis not work and when I got back to the room the shower was on. The hotel is one year old and the staff were tremendously friendly. The location in Clichy is not convenient to many Paris attractions and restaurants but Uber was very easy for me. My airport Uber was about 55 Euros. I would definitely stay again.

Very professional and good customer service

Even though we only spoke a little French, it was easy to communicate with the staff. It felt like such a luxury experience. The breakfast alone we still talk about. It was unlike any other hotel we've been to. The pool and the sauna were terrific, too. I hope that if I get to come back to France, we can stay here—10/10 experience.

It's brand new hotel with good location only 5 min walk from the station. Excellent price compare the other hotels in Paris. Rooms are comfortable size.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. Firstly very unfriendly staff and unprofessional. Secondly, we were simply tortured by the clearing service. A couple mornings they woke us up and every half an hour they came and knocked on the room and literally demanded that the room be vacated for cleaning. When I went down to the reception to complain about them, I was invited from the boss who apologized with a disgruntled face. Cleaning service is terrible, they do not understand a word of English and it seems that they are in a hurry to clean all the rooms in the morning and leave quickly. We also had an issue with the shower in the room as it was leaking all over the floor, the door wasn’t closing properly. The hotel has few employees and they combine different tasks. Receptionist and bartender are the same person. On Sunday they do not work and there are almost no employees in the hotel. The reception office made the worst impression: their workplace is messy, the check out was different every time, the invoice is different every time. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Noisy at night. On the last night, we hardly slept because the fire alarm went off twice and we had to go outside literally in our pajamas.

Overall our stay was good - the hotel was brand new and the lobby was spacious. However, some of the staff in the night shifts were not the most welcoming, the toilet paper and tissue box were not replaced in our room, the floor of the wellness area (pool) was at times dirty and there were no clean towels replaced. There are a number of different means of transport which are convenient to get you directly to Paris du Nord and Arc de Triomphe by bus.

Séjour magique au Yac hotel. Une experience client au petits soins. Des attentions bien réalisées dans le cadre d'un anniversaire. Et puis la chambre douche italienne, lit super confortable grande tv et le plus une terrasse! Ma copine et moi avons passé un excellent séjour nous vous en remercions :-)

The room is a bit small (per North American standards) but it was very clean and bed was perfect.

Bel endroit, superbe décoration, lieu calme et discret. Mais personnel très peu formé, beaucoup de difficultés durant notre check-in et notre check-out
