Fascinantna stara građevina je prilagođena savremenim potrebama na način da pre liči na muzej nego na hotel. Domaćini preljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Pravo je uživanje ovde boraviti.

Das Frühstück war klein aber fein und das Personal war äußerst freundlich!

Im Erdgeschoss etwas Wasserrückstau in der Dusche und den Waschbecken.

Prima kamer en een zeer goed ontbijt. De kamer is precies goed voor één persoon. Verder heeft het personeel mij prima geholpen nadat ik voedselvergiftiging heb opgelopen. Erg zorgzaam personeel.

Leuk appartement in een fantastisch mooie tuin: voelt echt als n stukje paradijs op aarde! Warm welkom met een drankje en heel leuk dat de mogelijkheid wordt aangeboden om aan te schuiven voor een gezamenlijk diner, wat ook nog eens heel erg lekker was! Het was Super! Dank Jérémy, Anne-Lise & staf

Wonderful, gorgeous, historic building with lots of unique personality and decor. Fabulous location conveniently near many tourist attractions. Given the opportunity (a return trip to Ponta Delgada), this would be our first choice of location to stay. Great hosts, great included breakfast.

Casa do Campo de Sao Francisco is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. The historic character and personality of the building and decor of the many common areas were magical. Our hosts, David and his partner, were very attentive and quickly responded to any requests. Excellent included breakfasts with our stay. The location was very conveniently located in old town Ponta Delgada on an historic square near the Sao Bras Fort, Church of St Joseph, Our Lady of Hope Convent and the Lagarta Tourist Train. We could not have asked for a better location or more gorgeous views. We would definitely stay here again.

The only drawback is no elevator due to the historic nature of the hotel.

absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and the breakfasts were fantastic. The homemade cakes every day were especially amazing — such a lovely touch!

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. The only thing I would recommend is following their request to let them know your arrival time in advance. I completely forgot to do this, and when we arrived there wasn’t a doorbell, so I had to call and disturb the hosts. They answered and opened the door within seconds, though, so even that wasn’t really an issue!

Piękny stary budynek z historią.Gospodarz i personel byli niezwykle serdeczni i gościnni, a śniadania były fantastyczne. Pokoje były czyste a pościel pachniała świeżością ,codzienne sprzątanie pokoi i wymiana ręczników.Świetna lokalizacja.

El "Hotel" es muy bonito, las camas eran ruidosas (madera) . Nuestro lavabo, perdía un poco de agua y quedaba el suelo mojado a las pocas horas ( lo vimos cuando nos levantamos a la madrugada). Teníamos el avión a las 07:00 AM y pedimos un almuerzo.. eso fue penoso, un panecillo con queso ( sin aceite ni tomate...), una manzana y un trocito de bizcocho seco. Por el precio que se paga una noche, al menos, un zumo o agua... una pena..

La cama muy ruidosa y el desayuno para llevar, que fue penoso.

The location. Very central. Although it is very centrally located, the street and the square in front of the hotel are very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Street parking right below the hotel. Εasy and very cheap. Free from 7:00 PM until the next morning. The owner and the staff.

I wish there were a fridge in the room. The small garden outside the breakfast room could have been better maintained for the guests.

Lugar bonito en una ubicación súper céntrica. Si que se paga el aparcamiento pero ha 5-10’ caminando tienes parking gratis. El desayuno súper bueno. Personal súper atento. Si que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y en nuestro caso nos tocó abajo y era algo incómodo porque al abrir la ventana nos veían desde la calle. Pero la verdad que por lo general muy recomendable. Estuvimos muy cómodos

Es un edificio histórico en el centro de Ponta Delgada. 8 minutos en taxi hasta el aeropuerto . Tiene encanto el sitio. Es muy tranquilo, las ventanas protegen del ruido de la calle perfectamente, hay contraventanas para protegerse del sol también. Hay el aire acondicionado y presión del agua es muy buena. Se puede encontrar muchos citios guapos para comer durante todo el día. El recepcionista es muy amable. El desayuno continental preparado y servido con alma. Recomiendo a todos para estancia en la capital

Everything was great

Beautiful old building. We got upgraded to a suite which had a lot of space. Beds were comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast was very delicious, I even got oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant. If you have any wishes they will probably fulfill it when possible. There also was a cute and friendly dog in the garden whom we loved to pet. All in all we had a great experience.

WiFi didn't work but maybe we did something wrong? Didn't really need it anyway. There is no one to speak to a lot of times at front desk but the host quickly writes back when you have questions.

Sa situation au centre de Ponta Delgada, en face d’un magnifique parc. Y être pendant les Fêtes de l’Esprit Saint!

L’enveloppe des oreillers qui donne l’impression de dormir sur un sac de plastique… Devoir sortir à 8h, le matin pour mettre de l’argent dans le parcomètre mais ça ne dépend plus de l’hôtel. Relativement à l’hôtel même, c’est dommage que la personne qui nous ait reçus ne parle pas d’autre langue que le portugais malgré qu’il ait été très serviable et gentil!

Position centrale, bâtiment historique, du potentiel mais ne pas s’attendre à un 4 étoiles. Chambre adulte au rdc, sur rue donc pas forcément calme, des détails à améliorer. Chambre enfants spacieuse.

Chambres enfants et adultes séparées d’un étage, pas fonctionnel du tout malgré une réservation très anticipée. Accueil correct mais sans plus, et visiblement ne souhaitant pas se prolonger Envoi par virement direct d’arrhes, j’ai été obligée de contacter Booking pour vérifier qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’une arnaque. Procédé pas clair Aucune réponse rapportée dans la messagerie booking quand le problème a été soulevé.

Cudowny 8-dniowy pobyt. Nasz lot miał 4 godzinne opóźnienie i lądowaliśmy o 1 w nocy, ale mimo to zostaliśmy mile powitani w recepcji tego butikowego hotelu z bogatą i żywą historią. Pan przygotowujący śniadania przemiły, pani sprzątająca również. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Śniadania rewelacyjne! Fajne wysokie sufity.

Trochę nieprzyjemny zapach w recepcji przy wchodzeniu z zewnątrz - może jakieś kadzidełka by pomogły albo wietrzenie? Gdyby ktoś chciał spać przy otwartych oknach, to hałas z zewnątrz mógłby przeszkadzać, ale zamknięcie okien skutecznie go niweluje, jest zresztą klimatyzacja.

Everything was great. Great location in the city center, close to the seaport. Close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Very helpful staff. Clean, and the hotel is located in a historic building, which adds to its charm.

Beautiful old building with character and history. Great location in the middle of town but on a large square that was quiet and peaceful. Staff were so friendly and helpful to me! And the breakfast was better than I imagined.

This is a 17th century building, part of which has been converted into a hotel. Therefore, the stairs and rooms are a bit creaky.

The building is beautiful and in an excellent location. The rooms are also good. The breakfast is good. The manager is a lovely guy who was very helpful to us. Definitely recommended.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Wir wurden um 24 Uhr sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl die Check in Zeit spätestens 21 Uhr wäre. Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig vor der Unterkunft. Autovermietung Ilha Verde gleich eine Türe weiter, sehr praktisch.

Todo. Limpio, cómodo, con magnífica ubicación, el personal super amable y atento, el desayuno buenísimo y completo. Muy muy recomendable.

Por poner un pero, de lunes a sábado tienes que buscar aparcamiento fuera de la zona si no quiere pagar parking aunque el horario es bastante reducido y el parking es barato. La ubicación no está correctamente ubicada en Google Maps y nos costó un poco encontrar el hotel. La almohada era baja, pero es cuestión de gustos.

Fantastiske historiske rammer lige midt i Santa Cruz. Personalet er meget hjælpsomt og venligt. Lækker morgenmad.

Indretningen på værelset er det eneste som ikke er helt optimalt. Fx var der to enkeltsenge, som ikke kunne rykkes sammen.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring both the city and the island. Everything felt centrally located, which made getting around incredibly easy. There was plenty of street parking available, and we never once had to deal with parking garages. The building itself was gorgeous and added so much to the overall experience. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer questions. They were especially wonderful when the weather took a turn for the worse for several days in a row and helped us make the most of our stay. Highly recommend!

Tolle Atmosphäre mit Liebe für das Detail in der stilechten Einrichtung. Kaffee/Kuchen am Nachmittag. Exzellenter, sehr sympathischer und fürsorglicher Gastgeber/Manager, der uns von Buchung bis Abreise wirklich perfekt betreut hat. Hervorragende Lage, zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Bei der Buchung hatte ich nicht mit der Übernachtung in einem ehemaligen Kloster aus dem 17. Jahrhundert gerechnet! Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten auch schon früher einchecken. Das Frühstück ist gut und alles sehr persönlich. Die Lage ist super zentral mit Blick auf die Wallfahrtskirche.

Suite in historischem Gebäude, stilvoll renoviert. Lage, freundliches Personal. Bei schwächelndem Internet wurde umgehend reagiert. Gutes Frühstück.

Die eigentlich sehr gute Heizung erfasste ausgerechnet nicht das Bad, das demzufolge eher kühl rüber kam. Allerdings ist eine Änderung bauseits kaum zu realisieren.
