Amazing property

Staff and policy needs to be more flexible. Should allow early checkins / late checkouts with nominal charge.

Dear Management Team, I recently stayed at your property and found most aspects of my visit to be excellent. The service and facilities met my expectations perfectly. However, I must express my disappointment with the WiFi. The connection was incredibly weak and unstable, making it impossible to download crucial work documents. This was quite embarrassing and disruptive. Unfortunately, due to the unreliable internet, I do not feel comfortable booking future stays here. I hope you address this infrastructure issue soon.

Restaurant and room service was good.

I booked for myself and my daughter 17 yrs old.Unfortunately my daughter couldn't join me.But I have paid the amount for 1 adult and 1child. When I asked for compensation,the front desk staffs told the age of my daughter has been entered as 0 to 1 Yr.They told it is from booking.com. How could this happen? Kindly solve this issue. I am not happy about the money I have spent.

Room had a strong odor ,moldy. The size of the room was small. Bedsheet and comforter had to be changed as they had stains.

The reception staff Karthik, Moses and Kumaresan were very helpful, informative and professional. Housekeeping Bikas was also very helpful. Food was excellent at La Cabana Bar/Restaurant and staff Subham and Vasuli helped make our meals an enjoyable experience!

I would be hard pressed to find any fault with any department of the hotel!

The room was fine and clean. but hospitality needs to be improved . At first I have to wait at the lobby for such a long time for checkin that spoiled my mood. Well the food was good but the water was quite overrated.

Staff behaviour, room cleanliness and comfort of stay was A1 🫶🏽

Hotel is really close to the Chennai VAC centre for the biometric. The staff are really nice offers welcome drink at checkin and gave a tour to the room. Tow restaurants are available but mainly North Indian foods. Overall experience was really good

Breakfast was lovely ,local and continent food

1 or 2 Staff asking for foreign currency ,making ask feel very uncomfortable.

Room was outdated. Was rusty and bathroom tile edges were dirty/stained

Rooms are good and staffs are very supportive .Best location for the people going for US visa Biometric and its very near .

The manager Mr Karthik didn't support at all for helping out me as I had death in my family and had to check out early. He was very adamant without making any efforts at all to find out any way out to help me. Very bad experience without any humanitarian behaviour.

The hotel was good and was a very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean.

The indifferent attitude of the reception staff. Had booked for 3 nights and by the second day there was some change of plans and we had to travel back after 2 nights. When asked to conceal the third night stay, the staff initially said will speak to manager and have it cancelled. But the manager was adamant and refused to do so. So we had to pay for 3 nights (for a 2 night stay). Need to be compassionate.

Staff doesn’t adjust at all

Pros: 1.) Located near US VISA consulate and Chennai VAC Biometric easily for access to people related to VISA process. 2.) Well maintained hotel with 24/7 services available. 3.) Late check out option is available ( till 4pm & 6 pm they allow late checkout with additional fare included ) 4.) Highly recommended for Family. Cons: 1.) Too costly compared to the size of the room. 2.) Complimentary breakfast is available ( Ok only ) 3.) They wont allow food from outside, even if it is for children below 3 years they will argue saying outside food not allowed, you should order only within our restaurant. ( Cost of food inside premises is too costly - not that great also ) 4.) Valet parking available but they park the car outside the premises ( outdoor ) in chennai valluvar kottam main road.

The staff was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The room was good, very spacious, lovely shower and a comfy bed.

Very noisy nightclub above our room, with base pumping right through you when trying to sleep. I had earplugs (an absolute must) but still struggled to sleep one night due to the noise.

Great location and good accommodation facilities with a nice restaurant and breakfast options.

Somehow i am getting very questionable environemnt ,, my suggestions is try to address guest issues in more polite way . they openly asking tips which is more weird .

The manager is wonderful person in front desk and cleaners are very helpful

Size of the room and room facilities

The place is well maintained and easy to access. I have stayed here over the weekend and into Monday. There was quite a bit of loud music on Sunday night (till midnight) I felt uncomfortable and didn’t find a way around. The outlet has a restaurant but only a few other options in the area. The front staff was responsive both online and in person. I found it helpful to communicate my arrival time and travel plan before hand as they had made the arrangements to receive me appropriately.

I stayed with my family on 4th february 2025. We took 4 rooms. My special Thanks to Mr. Nelson for accomodating to our special request and we truly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Good set up and the ambiance was great. We truly reccomend and prefer to stay on our next trip. Regards, Mr. Nooka

The location is good

Overpriced and not so well maintained rooms. Noise disturbance was also continuous throughout the day.

Had a good stay at Park Elanza. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the trip comfortable. Thanks to Moses at the reception desk for hassle-free check-in and hospitality.

The rooms could use better soundproofing.

They didn't accept visitors and booked the room for two people and they ask married certificate.. and the manager so rude with me.. I am a 15 years of booking.com customer I never have this kind of experience and I don't know why booking.com have this kind of properties

The clean pool although nowhere to lie to relax and enjoy the sun. Pool towels available on demand

Staff very tip oriented always waiting after a job. Nowhere to lie down by pool side or shade If sleeping on 4th floor noise from restaurant above can be very noisy in the evening
