I don’t like see hair in the bed for the other person, when we try to sleep, feel the some sand, we try to clean it and see hair from other’s guess, fortunately we bring our own sheets and we used, but I’m thinking housekeeping need to put in extra eyes on it, and we are two on the room and only we have one towel, we call front desk and they brought two more, the answer was faster, we love they don’t have waste time to bring them faster, thank you for that!, the breakfast no to good, continental? Mmm 1/2 continental, 🍳 eggs and hotcakes 🥞 , and some other stuff need to pay for extra cost, if you offer continental breakfast included eggs not only carbs, protein need to be paying for it! So be prepared to pay extra for good breakfast

The staff was very rude and didn’t show any hospitality! The breakfast buffet definitely isn’t equipped to serve the whole hotel! And the pictures provided in the app are not the same as what it is in person. The hotel is still under construction!

Que me cobraron dos veces, la primera vez un día antes de llegar, con la tarjeta de garantía que dejé al hacer la reserva. Y la segunda con una tarjeta al hacer el check in. Since we were driving UTVs, the initial parking setup was a bit uncomfortable for us. Thankfully, on the second day, we were offered spaces in the underground parking lot, which was perfect.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We chose this hotel largely because the pool was one of the main amenities we wanted our children to enjoy. The way this situation was handled borders on fraudulent conduct. I received an email only a couple of hours before check-in—when it was no longer possible to cancel my reservation—informing me that the pool was closed for maintenance and that my children would not be able to use it. I believe situations like this should be communicated well in advance, not at a point when guests no longer have the opportunity to cancel and choose another hotel.

No beach access. You will have to get in your car and drive to where there is beach access; I do not believe it is within walking distance. No balcony. Staff somewhat friendly. The whole experience was okay.

El edificio está como a medio construir, el estacionamiento hasta peligroso, porque hay varillas expuestas. El baño súper pequeño y no tiene puerta que cierre de verdad. La ubicación no es ideal si quieres visitar el centro de Ensenada.

The hotel did not match the photos on Booking.com. The listing was misleading. My room overlooked an active construction site that was not shown in the advertisement. The pool area was poorly maintained, with damaged and uneven decking that appeared unsafe. The staff was also rude, especially during breakfast, and they were not welcoming or helpful. I contacted Booking.com during my stay, but the responses took about 24 hours each, making it impossible to resolve the issue before my check-out.

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia (habia restos de otros clientes en el suelo) y en el piso que nos alojaron siempre habia un olor a drenaje.

No me gusto la actitud ni la atención de la bar tender de la alberca (Alondra), pésima actitud. Uno va a relajarse y pasársela bien aún hotel de costo elevado como para que te traten así, deberían de cambiar el personal de ahí arriba ya que si te amargan el día con las actitudes :/

Su estacionamiento podría mejorar. Tuve que salir a comprar una medicina para mi esposa , y cuando regrese , ya no me permitieron ingresar de nuevo y tuve que estacionarme en frente del hotel. esto fue a las 9pm. solo recomiendo que se avise el horario del estacionamiento al hacer el check-in.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026tuvimos que cancelar la segunda noche por que la habitacion olia a baño, cuando intenta bañarme el agua salió verde, nos dijeron que era el sedimento de la tubería. el estacionamiento no esta en el hotel. el ruido en la noche era mucho, se escucha todo lo que la gente dice en los pasillos, no tiene alfonmbra y las pisadas del cuarto de arriba se esuchaba mucho.

La comida es muy cara para la calidad y las porciones. pedí un avocado toast y me dieron un pan muy pequeño parecía como de Sara lee de las pequeñas, el aguacate se veía negro en unas partes, a mi esposo le dieron sus huevos y las tortillas llegaron cuando ya casi había terminado. No vale la pena consumir ahí, es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen. Pero la bebida y los meseros bien!

King bed was too hard not comfortable at all. Room only had 1 shampoo and I booked room for me and kids. I had to ask for bedding for them as well. At breakfast waiters ignored us even after asking for napkins or coffee seemed more interested in guests who bought food of menus not guess who’s meals where including with room. However room was not cheap. Pool was not warm enough asked about it and was told they had to ask about it below. Hora later guest who stay there often asked and it was warmed up more. I booked place for my son’s birthday wish to use warm pool.
