The cleanliness of the hotel is disappointing. The first room that we were checked in was found no shower hose and shower head. Despite the staff changed another room for us, the cleanliness of both rooms was still under the par. Besides, the inconsistency of the water supply also affecting the comfortable level.

The parking is very very limited. The staff at first don't want to entertaint us for check in (maybe because of our appereance. ofc, we're from south malaysia with almost 8 hours stayed in the car...). But after second times talk with him, he actually nice.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024The place is petite and has an elevator. There is a big mirror in the room. They also supply coffee, tea and croissont bread. There is a water filter just outside the room with hot and cold water for drinking. Ironing facilities is also available outside the room.
Its a triple room with no window and only has 2 plugs for charging. The soap holder is broken and has sharp edges . The shower hose is leaking

Reviewed May 30, 2024Suitable for couple or individual stay for a night. Longer than that and with more than 2 pax, the room is too small for comfort. Overall the stay was okay and the room are clean, which is a plus.
Too small for a family of adult children. Should have book extra room but room was not available. The bad side of having no one manning the receptions (all checking in/ out using kiosk), we cannot change or upgrade our room if the room is not available online.

The security deposit will require cash. Not even the staff (the Indian lady) has cash, nor helpful in helping us with the check in process, we had to walk to other shops to change cash for the check in.

They provide refreshments (water, bread, Vico) which very rare for a budget hotel. The room also have fan and aircond. Free shower gel and shampoo. Clean room, clean toilet, clean bedsheet and towel
