Pesanan makanan terus ke bilik sangat mahal di mana caj per menu yg dihantar ke bilik rm7 per menu adalah sgt mendukacitakan. Kami tidur dlm kelaparan kerana terpaksa batal pesanan kami yg dicaj hampir rm150 utk dinner 2 org. Dan bau hancing kucing yg tengik d tangga naik ke bilik..pindahkan kucing yang suka kencing merata rata

There is nothing to complain about this hotel though it is an old hotel, the toilet and shower are clean.

Tahap kebersihan tandas kurang memuaskan. Mangkuk & dinding dalam tandas sepatutnya perlu bersih kerana kebersihan tandas melambangkan imej dan profesionalisme sesebuah hotel.

First room, when I on the switch, it blackout, request to change with another room. Second room aircon, gas less, need to waiting 2 or 3 hours, air filter blocked by dust. No lift, difficult to old people to climb use staircase

The mattress was so old and badly used over time. The spring curved in the middle and did not support good body posture for sleeping. Toilet bowl was very old with stain from wear and tear. The mattress is really the negative point of this hotel.

Not elderly friendly. it was a 2 floor building with no lift/elevator. imagine bringing your parents to this place. Thank god we only need to climb 1 floor up. imagine a few floor of stair climbing with your parent. Horrible toilet. Too worn out and too old kind of smells too. This is not the kind of toilet i expect from a hotel. Dirty bed, we found hairs on our bed. we were from a very long journey and arrived around 11pm. just wish to have a good bed and shower after a long journey. But truly disappointed. hope your side could improve on this.
