La ducha no funcionaba correctamente y los grifos del baño estaban oxidados y en muy mal estado. Además, parte de la alfombra de la habitación estaba rota. Por otro lado, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba porque las baterías estaban agotadas. Tardaron varias horas en solucionar el problema, ya que nos informaron de que la recepción solo trabaja hasta las 14:00. Cuando regresamos al hotel después de haber salido, descubrimos que la habitación no había sido limpiada. Nos explicaron que la persona encargada de la limpieza ya se había retirado a las 13:00, por lo que tuvieron que llamarla especialmente para que regresara al hotel y limpiara nuestra habitación.

The location is great, close to the sea promenade and to several restaurants and bakeries.

Tesis Selanik merkeze çok yakındı. Resepsiyondaki karşılama güler yüzlü ve bilgilendirmeler doyurucuydu. Çıkış için 1 saat esneklik gösterilmesi hoş bir jestti.

Kaldığım oda fotoğrafta paylaşılandan çok uzaktı. Mobilyalar eskimiş, eşyaların bazıları nem ya da kötü kullanım nedeniyle şişmiş ve yıpranmıştı. Koridorlardan odamın içine sigara dumanı kokusu sızıyordu.

The reception lady was nice and helpful. Location is good.

I strongly recommend avoiding the Loft!!!!The apartment is located on the rooftop, directly next to the elevator machinery, creating extremely loud mechanical noise every time the elevator moves. It sounds like someone is hitting the walls with a hammer. We barely slept and the stay was unbearable. This is not clearly disclosed in the listing, and I would never have booked it had I known. The apartment also looks significantly better in the photos than in reality. The bathroom and shower are extremely small, poorly ventilated and have visible mold. Water gets everywhere during a shower, the hot water pressure is very weak, and the shower curtain sticks to your body. The walls are peeling, the bed is extremely hard, and the “balcony” has no protection from sun or rain. We paid over €100 per night, which is completely unacceptable for this standard. My main issue is not that the apartment is basic or old, but that critical information that would clearly affect a booking decision is not disclosed. I am writing this so other travelers don’t make the same mistake.

La dame a l acceuil super au top tres souriante aimable et tres reactif a nos message par email. Elle nous a aidé enormement pendant que nous etions a l hotel. Ne parlant que le francais elle a ete super. L hotel tres propre ,chambre nickel. Tres grand lit et comfortable. Je recommande a 100 pourcent. Au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

The location is great, the girl on reception was extremely helpful, so polite, 10/10 for her.

Our experience with the room was extremely disappointing, particularly given that it was advertised as a “Premium Comfort Triple Room.” The air conditioning barely worked, which made the room uncomfortable. There was no plug available at the bathroom sink, and the bathroom drain was completely uncovered. The only window in the room was microscopic, providing very little natural light or ventilation. On arrival, the bed had a bottom sheet that appeared to be closer to a double-bed size, despite being placed on what appeared to be a queen or king-size bed. It didn’t reach over the ends of the mattress at all and looked more like a tiny tablecloth than a properly fitted sheet. The photographs shown for the Comfort Triple Room must be very old, as they do not accurately represent the room we were given and are, in our opinion, quite deceptive. While the room itself is large, it is poorly equipped and lacks many of the basic facilities and comforts we would expect. The word “Premium” in the room description certainly does not reflect the standard of the room. To add insult to injury, our room was located immediately beside the area where the cleaning equipment and laundry are stored. Every time we left the room, we were confronted with bags of laundry, cleaning products and other housekeeping equipment scattered around the area. We actually struggled to manoeuvre our suitcases through the clutter to reach the lift. Overall, the room had plenty of space, but the lack of basic facilities, poor air conditioning, inadequate bedding, tiny window and the housekeeping clutter immediately outside the door made the experience far below what we expected from a room advertised as “Premium.”

Very nice,cozy apartment. Very close to the center of the city,5 min from Aristotelous Square, Tzimiski shops, Perfect place to stay with family(kids 15 and 10). 2 private rooms,clean bathroom and small fridge and coffee machine. I recommend 100%

Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay. The elevator only goes to the 7th floor, while our room was on the 8th, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. There were ants and mold in the room, and the bedding was not comfortable or clean. At €70 per night, we expected much more. Unfortunately doesn’t worth the price.

Ήταν όλα πολύ καθαρά και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρίζεται καθημερινά και η κυρία κάτω στη ρεσεψιόν είναι ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετικότατη! Μπράβο πραγματικά! Το δωμάτιο είχε αυτά που χρειάζεσαι για να μπορείς να ξεκουραστείς για λίγο και να κοιμηθείς. Όποιος απαιτεί πολυτέλειες θα πρέπει να κοιτάξει αλλού. Για εμάς που θέλαμε απλά έναν χώρο ξεκούρασης και για ύπνο ήταν ότι καλύτερο!

Very good location and staff were very nice and kind:) the room was spacious with small kitchen, AC & wardrobe .

The only negative thing I have to say is that when someone takes the elevator you can hear it all the way to the room which can be noisy at nights.

Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral gelegen und ideal, um Thessaloniki zu Fuß zu erkunden

Für den Preis hätten wir eine modernere Ausstattung erwartet. Die Möbel wirkten teilweise etwas alter. Auch die Zimmertür machte keinen ganz sicheren Eindruck, wodurch wir uns etwas unwohl gefühlt haben.

Klima iyi çalışıyordu. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Oda ve otel temizdi.

odadaki pencerlerde sineklik yoktu. Bu nedenle hava sıcak olmasına rağmen pencere açamadık. Aynı şekilde banyo penceresinde de sineklik yoktu. Otel bölgesinde sivrisinek ve sair böcekler bulunması nedeniyle sineklik faydalı olacaktır.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e in posizione logisticamente molto buona per poter raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi i punti di interesse principali e il lungomare. Procedure di check-in e check-out molto snelle (l’accesso all’edificio e alla camera si fanno attraverso codici numerici). La ragazza in reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio a pagamento disponibile a poche decine di metri.

Unico appunto che si può fare riguarda le tende non sufficientemente oscuranti.

Air conditioning functioning, bathroom very nice, confortable bed. The location has many facilities around and is very close to turistic atractions. We have used the parcking that is at 100 m.

Prima locatie als je de stad wil verkennen. Centraal gelegen in levendige buurt met veel restaurantjes. Kamer was ruim en licht ingericht.

Het is wat gehorig. In de nacht vertrokken er gasten en dat hoor je goed. Geen last gehad van geluiden van buiten. Doucheslang kwam van onderen en was te kort om onder de douche te kunnen staan ;)

De locatie, vriendelijk personeel en het bed.

Muggen in de kamer, stroom dat 1x uitviel en het alarm van de kamerdeur ging in de avond en in de midden van de nacht af

Odayı üç kişilik tuttuk ama kahvemiz 3 kişilik değildi☺️ Uzun vadede kalmak için ve mutfak beklentisi olanlar için mini bir mutfak mevcut değildi bizim odamızda ama Diğer odaları bilemem... Bu yönüyle de otel odası konseptine bürünmüş oldu...

Konum olarak iyiydi. Bir gece dinlenmek için ideal.

Banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu. Onun dışında gayet iyiydi.

It was excellent value for money. A great choice for a one-night stay.

The hotel is at the center of Thessaloniki and close to many attractions in walking distance. They don't have their own Parking but they are cooperating with a Private Parking (Karavan Serai) which was safe and close to Luxor. They charge 18 € overnight.

Actually Luxor is not a hotel and you should not expect a proper service as in a hotel. But we knew this in advance and took the advantage of location and price. However, as the rooms were converted from an apartment, the noise insulation was poor and we were many times disturbed by our noisy! neighbors. Also I agree with the comments that the rooms are not like as shown on Booking.com but still enough yet for an overnight stay or 2.

Genel itibariyle şehir içinde kalınacak bir oda diyebilirim. Suit şeklinde diyayn edilmiş. Bizim odamız yeni ve kullanışlıydı fakat iki yan odada kalan arkadaşlarımız çok memnun kalmadı bazı eksiklikleri varmış. Ayrıca odalar biraz ses geçiyor, yan odadaki tüm sesleri gecenin bir yarısı duyduk malesef. arka sokakta anlaşmalı otopark mevcut. günlüğü 20 Euro, fakat önündeki caddede ya da arka sokaklarda yer bulmanız da mümkün. Dikkat edin yerde beyaz çizgi olan yerlere park edin. Diğer yerler (mavi-sarı) tahsis edilmiş yerlerdir, plakanızı sökerler ve ceza yersiniz.

Odalar arası yalıtım daha iyi olmalıydı.

Location and staff is good. Excellent value for money hotel. There's a good car park on the street below. The roof space is quite suitable for cars with roof racks.

It’s second time in 2 years we are booking this property, the apartment we got now on the 6th floor was not at the level of our previous stay. There was a smell of mold in the room, and near one of the beds we saw ants nest - they were all over the wall! The staff is super friendly, but owner has to consider some renovations.

Perfekt für eine Nacht. Sind auf Durchreise und die Stadt Ist toll. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, fussläufig alles zu erreichen. Sauber, bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher vorhanden. Alles bestens

Відносно зручне розташування. Кодовий доступ, в номері є все, що необхідно для ночівлі, зручна постіль, кондиціонер, кавоварка, кава, чай. Нас зустріла гостинна дівчина на рецепції.

Ми приїхали о 22:00, тому найближчий платний паркінг був вже закритий. Але чемний чоловік по телефону підказав, де недалеко є цілодобовий паркінг. Він був дорожчий, але так ми вирішили проблему з парковкою

Mmm das Gebäude war heruntergekommen. Und der „Lagerraum“ für fie Koffer war eine alte Toilette wo die Schmutzwäsche aufbewahrt wurde…(bisschen eklig)

Slike na bookingu su verovatno kad je smestaj bio nov. Sad nije ni blizu toga. Slikan je jedan ili dva apartmana a ima ih vise. Tako da se ne zna sta ce vam zapasti. Prvo kada sam rezervisao trazio sam odvojenu spavacu sobu, naravno da je nisam dobio. Vidi se da su apartmani prepravljani, kupatilo je od gipsa i zidove je uhvatila vlaga. Dosta je bucno, cuju se vrata od drugih apartmana, cuje se lift. Posteljina je bila cista ali neki prekrivaci koji su na krevetima ko zna kad su oprani. Prozor je mali i gleda na zgradu preko puta, ne vidi se nista, tj pogleda bez. U principu veoma lose u odnosu na slike sa bookinga i na cenu.

Nu este deloc ceea ce se prezinta in poze. Am fost cazati intr-un apartament slab, cu multe defecte. Cel mai deranjant a fost ca geamul avea sistemul de inchidere rupt si pe langa ca auzeai toata zarva de afara noaptea, am stat si cu emotii ca ajungeau copii la el, el fiind un geam inalt cu parapet destul de mic. Parcarea intradevar este la o strada distanta si este in regula, pozitia este buna(distanta mica fata de port, parc si forumul roman) in schimb la parterul blocului vecin este o cafenea unde seara/noaptea e plin de tineri galagiosi si putin dubiosi, dar despre cazare nu pot spune nimic bun. Cu siguranta nu ne vom intoarce niciodata.

It was clean and everything was working. The location of property is great and very central. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

In the room we stayed, there were gaps at the top and bottom of the door to the room, so you can hear everything from the corridor including the elevator. It was a bit annoying during night. I hope they fix that soon.

Iz is not an apartment it's a room, with no chairs. Sitting on the bed is not an option. Carpet on the step to bathroom is stained and torn. The fridge is so small that not even 2 bottles of water would fit. Very loud especially early in the morning. Talking, laughing, pulling stuff. We complained at the reception. The lady at the front desk is super, made our stay better

The location is central and with a lot of shops and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful.

Otopark yok, ücretli bir otoparkla anlaşmamız var diyorlar fakat otoparkın normal ücreti ile aynı ücreti istiyorlar. 18 euro otopark ücreti verdik gecelik. Otel odalarının içinde ve koridorlarda basamaklar var, ağır eşya taşımakta zorlanılabilir.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was erg prettig. We verbleven in een familiekamer die ruim, schoon en goed verzorgd was. De kamer bood voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin, wat we als erg fijn hebben ervaren.

De badkamer rook erg muf, denk vocht of schimmel. Omdat het toilet zich ook in de badkamer bevond, was de geur erg storend. We moesten de badkamerdeur daarom steeds gesloten houden. Parkeren is best lastig. Voor hotel heb je ook niet een plekje waar je even kan in of uit kan laden.

Apartamentul este in centru. Este o parcare cu plata foarte aproape. Dra de la receptie a fost foarte draguta. Camerele sunt mari. Pentru o noapte a fost ce aveam noi nevoie.

Ar fi bine daca ar pune plase de tantari la geamuri.

Fiyat performans açısından ideal bir yer. Merkezi konum, temiz bir oda.

Staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Location is perfect. You can walk to city cendere (Aristo Square) in 5 minutes and to Ana Poli in 20minutes. One Selonica is 10 minutes by bus. If ı come to Selonica alan, ı will definitely stay here.

Konumu güzeldi. Resepsiyon 2den gece 10a kadar açık. Görevli çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü.
