Este confortabil, curat, spatios, complet utilat. Aproape de metrou, promenada, cu acces facil la obiective turistice si terase cu mancare buna. Personalul foarte săritor. Am stat 3 nopti anul acesta, pe parcursul verii, ca popas.

Mobilierul de baie usor invechit, la ultima vizita, in apartamentul in care am stat, usa de la baie scartaie.

For us was the third time when we come at this accommodation but for first time when we’ve received such poor studio, the sheets was not so white and not so soft, the walls was dirty and the bathroom was very small

Location was great. walking distance from Ladadika and shopping locations. Host was very responsive and nice.

Her şeyi çok beğendik. Tertemiz ev konforu sunan harika bir yer. Yine gitsem yine Polis’i tercih ederim.

Η τοποθεσία καταρχήν είναι προνομιακή για όσους σχεδιάζουν να κινηθούν στο κέντρο, ευρύχωρο το διαμέρισμα, καθαρό , εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα...Η βεράντα με το τραπέζι έξω καλή... Γενικά από τά καλύτερα βάσει και της τιμής βέβαια που έχουμε μείνει Θεσσαλονίκη...

Ένα γενικό θέμα της περιοχής, που δεν αφορά αμιγώς το ξενοδοχείο, είναι το πρόβλημα του παρκαρίσματος... Είναι δύσκολο αρκετά να βρεις θέση πριν αναγκαστείς εντός εισαγωγικων να καταφύγεις στα οργανωμένα πάρκινγκ... Και μια μικρή λεπτομέρεια ακόμη... Θα μπορούσαν τα δωμάτια να είναι εξοπλισμένα και με λεπτά μαξιλάρια, να υπάρχει δηλαδή η επιλογή για αυτούς που δεν συμπαθούν ιδιαίτερα τα φουσκωτά και ογκώδη μαξιλάρια...

Stan je prelep,ogroman. 2 velike spavace sobe,velika dnevna soba sa prelepom kuhinjom i trpezarijom ,gaming room,prostorija za odmaranje sa lezaljkama,ogromna terasa sa namestajem,cisto,uredno,klimatizovano,sredjeno sa ukusom.Par minuta hoda do Aristotelovog trga,do crkve svetog Dimitrija. Preko puta stana shop&go market,kafici…Prijavljivanje/odjavljivanje krajnje jednostavno. Privatni parking u blizini. 17evra 24h. Stan za svaku preporuku.

Este un apartament deosebit, foarte ingrijit. Intrarea, scara, liftul, receptia toate excelente. Daca vrei sa dormi pana târziu există rulouri la toate geamurile, nu mai auzi si nu mai vezi nimic pana te saturi de somn. Personalul foarte amabil, am ajuns târziu în noapte, ne-au înțeles și îndrumat corect. Este aproape de port, de biserica veche Sf Dumitru, de metrou, ești liber sa te duci rapid oriunde. Parcarea păzită la 50 metri după colț, 20 euro și stai de seara până a doua zi seara, ai timp destul sa vizitezi orașul fără grija altei parcări. Nu vă speriați dacă mai sunt gunoaie sau oamenii străzii, aia e, mai e și lume necăjită, vedeți partea frumoasă că merită. Mulțumiri deosebite gazdei pentru toata munca depusă la acest apartament.

Το Polis Apartments είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή κάθε φορά που ταξιδεύω/ταξιδεύουμε στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Ένας όμορφος χώρος, καθαρός, εύκολα προσβάσιμος.

Καλή τοποθεσία, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο, με σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς απέναντι! Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και σχετικά ευρύχωρο.

Το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό και το ψυγείο έκανε θόρυβο.

Η ύπαρξη reception, η τοποθεσί, ή καθαριότητα. Γενικά τα πάντα ηταν τέλεια

Personall sehr nett, die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage war gut, Balkon ist auch sehr schön.

Sehr unbequeme Betten und auch die Sofa war sehr unbequem zum schlafen. Kissen sehr hart. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte bald erneuert werden.

Park the car is really complicated. Underground parking not cheap - 20-25 euros, usually full so you have to leave the car and the key. Or it is so small entrance not enough for a big car. Also, some things in apartments are old, though still working fine. Don’t expect it to be fresh and modern, but still nothing to complain about.

Fiyatına göre çok iyi. Merkezi konumda. Karşısında herşeyi bulabileceğiniz market var. Otopark yok. Yakınında ücretli kapalı otopark var. Motosikletimi otoparka çektim. Ben memnun kaldım. Su ısıtıcı dahil herşey var.

Balkon baktığı yer eski bir bina. Küçük bir balkon. Sigara içilebilir.

Temiz ve düzenli. Hızlı giriş mevcut.

La propreté ++, la qualité des équipements et aménagements comme neufs, le confort, facilité d’accès à la location, le calme, l’accueil avec tous les lits faits et les serviettes de toilettes disponibles. Et la victoire de la France en 1/4 de finale! 😉

L’ascenseur était en panne à notre départ.

Temiz ve bakımlı bir yerdi.

Odlicna lokacija, prelep stan, cisto, preudobni kreveti, kadtuci, sve je odlicno! Blizu ima garaza sa 24h obezbedjenjem. Odoblje na recepciji izuzetno ljubazno, jako su nam pomogli kad nam je bila potrebana bolnica, taxi. Sve pohvale!

Konumu çok güzel tertemiz bir odaydı. Mutfağını kullanmasam da içinde bütün küçük ev aletleri mevcuttu. Otelin Otoparkı yok fakat hemen arka caddesindeki otoparka yönlendiriyorlar ve günlük fiyatı 14 euro.

Tertemiz, konforlu, buzdolabinda su vardı. Kahve vardı. Çok memnun kaldık. 5 kişilik aile olarak 1 gece kaldık. Resepsiyon da ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

Karşısında 1 tane market var. Yakınında lokanta vs bulamadık. Bu eksiklik de bu işletme ile ilgili değil tabii ki. Yolum Selanik e düşerse yine burada kalırım.

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη διαμονή μας και πεντακάθαρο. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Everything was excellent - the reception, the apartment and central location. The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped. We especially liked the balcony and the toaster :) The staff is very nice and friendly, they even let us check-in early and lended us a hairdryer once the one in the apartment stopped working.

The only downside of this accommodation is tied to its central location. Yes, you are near the bus station and all the sights, but that also means lots of noise from the traffic outside. I'm sure it's better if you can close all the windows, but since it's summer, that wasn't really an option. If you're a light sleeper, don't go without earplugs or headphones.

Wow, es war wirklich eine schöne grosse executive Wohnung und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Hotel je v centru, v okolí řada menších podniků nabízejících slušnou kávu, gyros, pečivo..... Interiér hotelu je velmi vkusně zrekonstruován. Pokoj byl prostorný. Hotel je umístěn ve vedlejší poměrně rušné ulici, nicméně v horních patrech ruch z ulice neuslyšíte.

Hotel nemá ideální vnitřní odhlučnění, protože veselá skupinka turistů o patro výš nás v noci opakovaně budila. Obsluha na recepci při check-in požadovala úhradu místního poplatku v hotovosti. Když jsem si vyžádala potvrzení o platbě, byly mi peníze ihned vráceny s omluvou, že došlo k chybě a místní poplatek byl již vlastně uhrazen. Nebyl to příjemný start pobytu, měla jsem nepříjemný pocit, že se jednalo o pokus o malý podvod, přestože částka nebyla nijak závratná. Výhled z oken pokoje do vnitřního dvora je příšerný. Nepořádek, oprýskané omítky, hrozné balkóny, špína. Hotel také chybně uvádí, že na pokoji je zařízení na frenchpress. Není. Pouze levný přístroj na výrobu překapávané kávy.

Appartamento davvero eccellente! È stato molto facile da trovare e, appena arrivati, siamo rimasti colpiti da quanto fosse carino e accogliente. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la pulizia: per me è un aspetto fondamentale quando viaggio, e questo appartamento era impeccabile, davvero molto molto pulito. Si vede chiaramente la cura e l’attenzione dei proprietari. Se dovessi tornare a Salonicco, sceglierei sicuramente di soggiornare qui di nuovo. Lo consiglio senza esitazione!

First of all this is a building which is managed like kind of a hotel. So there is some reception next to the main entrance, but It is not working 24/7. I collect my key from a box for late check-out guests. Saying that means that everything is very professionally run and you shouldn't miss anything. Cleanliness and comfort. You can rely on complimentary water and slippers, safe was also available. It is not far away from the center. Around you can find many taverns for local people. Supermarket just opposite is also in hand. I especially liked that there is a paid parking nearby, but for a short stop to unload the luggages you can use a stop -slot allocated for the place.

Big apartment

They don't have enough parking spots.They recomend to customers to choose the private parkings nearby, but the prices are minimum 17 euro per night.On the street is impossible to find a parking spot available.

The bed was comfortable, and despite the outdated and unattractive condition of the room, it was cleaned thoroughly. The location is also very good and convenient for getting around the city.

If this apartment was ever luxurious, it was probably back in 2010, because it doesn’t seem to have been renovated since then. The experience started with an unfriendly receptionist who appeared more interested in getting rid of us as quickly as possible than welcoming guests. The room itself was disappointing. There were visible signs of dampness and mold on the walls, which is unacceptable for any accommodation claiming to be “luxury.” The furniture layout made no sense either—the sofa was positioned directly in front of the balcony door, making access to the balcony extremely inconvenient. We even had to move the bed ourselves because the air conditioner was blowing directly onto us all night. The bathroom was incredibly small. Anyone with a larger build would struggle to take a proper shower comfortably. The lack of space was very noticeable and far below expectations. The biggest issue, however, is the gap between what is advertised and what is actually offered. The word “Luxury” in the property’s name is seriously misleading and should be removed until significant renovations and improvements are made. Better maintenance, a complete refresh of the rooms, and a more welcoming attitude toward guests are urgently needed.

This was our second stay at Polis Apartments, and everything was perfect. Everything you'll need is in the apartment, the location is ideal, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. AB Market is just 10 meters away. The area is very safe. The staff is very polite and happy to help. Thank you Polis Team for another memorable experience!
