Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Breakfast was good. Location to walking trails nice.
Too much chlorine in the pool it ruined my swimsuit. Extra $ for parking is a bit much on top of room rate.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Room didn’t have a pleasant smell, assuming it was from the air quality. Jacuzzi had bugs floating in it when the jets were turned on.
Excellent customer service from desk staff to food/beverage staff to housekeepers
Pool was too cold and could use some updating
The location on the Columbia. The breakfast service. Our server Morgan. And the next door Pybus Public Market. Guest services made a great restaurant recommendation- Visconti's!!
The wildfire smoke was unpleasant and in the red zone. This is factor so look at the AQI before you go.
Didn't have breakfast as not part of package. No faukt of the hotels smoke was 500+ so no walking or river view which we paid for. Hall smelled strong of smoke and it would have been goid of them to have masks for guests to protect lungs. No cookies a disappointment.
Beds fine but not great. Location by the river path, the Market building next door and ability to walk into town all wonderful.
Nice newer hotel near bars restaurants and shops. Near a large riverfront park.
The shower had black hairs on the floor
Fabulous location! Next to the river and close to places to eat both within walking & driving distance. Very clean, beautiful room.
The ONLY negative was the very loud group in the room next door that woke us up at midnight! We contacted the front desk and they promptly took care of the issue.
River behind the hotel
Friendly staff. Wonderful location and view.
Barman was inept . Hopeless. He lets the hotel down.
The room was clean and the hotel was close to everything.
The room smell like a hospital room. I am not sure if they use the same cleaners as the hospital. I also did not like the fact they charge for outdoor parking ($10) and charge for using my visa to pay for the room.
Everything
Nothing
Good location.
We have stayed at this hotel and most of the others in this area many times. The Hilton garden inn this time felt way over priced. They had a $33 upcharge on a “better” room which was right across from the elevators. They do not offer free breakfast and now charge for parking (the only hotel in Wenatchee that charges for parking). The staff was rude. I will be saving myself money, frustration and get better sleep by next time staying at the equally well situated Marriot Residence Inn.
Clean, great location and friendly employees
Rooms were great
Expensive
mediocre but the fruit was good.
The location is exceptional, amenities at the hotel and nearby made our stay comfortable.
The buffet breakfast in the morning was not great.
Property was brand new and rooms were light and extremely clean. The lobby had a wonderful snack area and was spacious and warm. The receptionist welcomed us upon arrival and we’re extremely helpful.
No available restaurants.
View of river and close public market with interesting shopping ideas as well as close to hospital for test etc as that was my reason for my visit
Everything was great
great clean spacious rooms.
Not a continental breakfast
Definitely would stay here again, staff is really friendly, Sherri and Kay the front desk agents are really professional and helpful
Nice and clean
parking fee $10
I have rent meeting rooms at Hotels for the past 30 years. I have never been unhappy until December 2025, when I rented a meeting room from the Wenatchee Hilton Garden Inn. The sales and catering associate was difficult to work with from the beginning. I was charged for services I did not use. The food server did not communicate with us and was disruptive to our meeting.
The location was great and the hotel was well decorated.
Paying for parking and breakfast ontop of the expensive stay. On top of that paying for the waters inside the room. I think it should be complimentary.
Quit, great views
Nothing to complain about
The location is great, few cafes and restaurants near by, as well as walk by the river
Shower barely had any water coming out plus the temperature was always changing, also the pool was closed which we were really looking forward to.
Excellent location to downtown Wenatchee and Pybus Market. Right next to the trail on the Columbia River. Easy walking for exercise and daytime/evening activities. Spacious, clean room. Large lobby area. Friendly staff.
An additional $10 parking charge. Very bare bones room amenities considering the price.
Great breakfast. Fantastic staff all around. Especially the young lady doing breakfast.
Room was very clean. Facilities were very nice as expected for a new facility.
I am old school and prefer written information in the room and do not like having to scan everything onto my phone in order to get menus, operate TV etc. The NO NO was charging $10 so I could park my car in the parking lot. Wenatchee is a nice town but it is not a big city. Next time I'll stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
That is was close to the venue of my event
The AC was broken, there was no maintenance available. I was transferred to a different room late night. It was hard to sleep before I was transferred to a different room.
Noisy room by the elevator so that was lame. No glass cups-just two cheap paper cups in room. Unremarkable and ok.
The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were great. I was shocked that you have to PAY a daily fee to park there, and you have to pay for breakfast.
We had confirmed reservations secured with our credit card. We recieved a call the day of saying they overbooked and don't have a room for us. We were traveling and this was completely unacceptable and made our travels stressfull. We will never book again.
Such a relaxing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! A great place to feel comfortable and rested. Will certainly stay again!
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and very clean rooms
The hotel is in a great location and looks onto a beautiful lawn and the Columbia River. It is walking distance to the Public Market.
Liked the restaurant and breakfast. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast. The dislikes.... shower head has no real pressure and the hot water not that hot. The beds are hard and lumpy. The $18 dollars for 2 bottles of water is ridiculous. I understand a upxcharge... but come on. I thought my booking said I was overlooking the river. I was overlooking the parking lot. Other than the couple of minor issues, we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay again.
:)
The staff were great. Beautiful views and hotel.
Staff were all friendly, only issue i had was the shower dripped and was very loud. Bothered my sleep a little
Found bug in the room. Other than that, all good
Located in the apple capitol of the world. Beautiful scenery all around. We loved the farmers market that was in walking distance of the hotel.
Clean rooms, service has been fantastic nd the rooms on the backside facing the river are quiet and pretty. Close to dinning and easy to walk. Smoky when fires are burning and would like to come back when it’s not so Smokey.
Clean
We stayed for two nights - first night was problematic due to a very noisy AC system - couldn't sleep hardly at all. It sounded like a helicopter was hovering in the room even when it was on low. Our only alternative was to turn it off which meant it was too hot to sleep. When it was brought to the attention of management the next morning, they offered to send maintenance up. Maintenance was able to fix it and night two was fine. $10/night for parking in Wenatchee feels expensive and out of place.
I have stayed here multiple times and am so disappointed and moving my business stays to Marriott. Your desk manager Karissa should not be in customer service let alone a manager. I have witnessed her berating guests and being extremely condescending while I was eating breakfast. She speaks very loud and can be heard over the breakfast noise. I asked for the managers information because I wanted to write an email about my "great stay" and she told me she is the manager and thanked my for letting her know, never offered and email address. I stopped calling to ask for 30 minute late check out even though I'm a diamond member as she always has a snarky remark. It's nice the days she isn't there. I cannot believe the way I've overheard her speaking to other workers. How do you have employees? One very short young lady was almost in tears after she berated her at the desk. Last week was my last week EVER staying here!
Breakfast was great. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was exemplary.
Nice hotel with very convenient location near Columbia River. Clean and well maintained place. Many restaurants near by. Avoid ground floor, very busy/noisy hallways as well as the parking lot with car beams brightening your room…
Clean nice location
It was overpriced and noisy !
Was surprised how decent this hotel was! Loved the area next door for the Saturday market too. Was overall please with Wenatchee.
Location along river
Bathroom sink stopper did not work and shower leaked to floor. Breakfast buffet only fair and over priced.
Clean, good location, friendly reception staff.
We stayed in room 231, bed was hard and you could feel the springs move when you moved. We did not sleep well at all. We paid $243 for the night, to sleep in a Hilton that was highly rated and we didn’t sleep.
Love the location, cleanliness and The Shop for grab n go for and drink items.
Did not like the new $10.00/day parking charge, that was insane. Also only providing one kurig cup of regular coffee in the room for 2 people and charging $2.00 for bottles of water in the room.
Staff was very friendly. Check-in through the app was very easy. We got into town late had no problems, we’d already checked in. Room was nice and clean. Restaurant was nice we eat breakfast and dinner there. Had dinner on the patio and was served outside on the patio it was very nice. Beautiful view.
Location
In adittion to being 100.00 more in less than a year, they are the only hotel in wenatchee that now charged our bill for parking and $16.00 per person for breakfast. GREEDY I GIVE IT A 6 DUE TO THAT.
Location and cleanliness
Nothing
Disappointed with the spa and pool. We tried to use it at 9pm and both were full of kids. Also, being charged for breakfast seems non-competitive with other places I could have stayed in the same area.
Safe. Clean. Quite. Kind staff.
Beautiful hotel, great patio to sit on and have drinks and relax
Eggs, Sauage and potatoes were almost empty. Had a let them know this. He went right in and started cooking.
Check in was a disaster. I used your Hilton app to check in and select a room and bypass the front desk. Went to my room that we selected 217 and the app did not work. Tried various times. Went to the front desk and they stated the room was already taken. They did not see in the system that we had an assigned room. We wanted a conner room. They found us a room 2 doors down. They had to check to see if it was ready (this was 8:30PM). This took over 30 minutes until we could get this different room. There were no luggage carts available, the people next to us and above us must of had kids, there was a lot of running round. Your staff trying their best but not what I accepted from a Hilton Property. We were there for my wife's Aunt memorial service.
Very pleased with room and cleanliness of hotel. All staff were incredibly polite.
Will definitely return & highly recommend!
Great location. Right next to good restaurants and markets. Also right next to the Wenatchee river and the walking trail.
If I have to nit-pick, there was an occasional sound of train from the nearby tracks.
None
Overall good.they just need to have AC in elevators and hallways activated.
Easy access to restaurants over the bridge. You can walk along the water and go down to a dock. Theres a marketplace next door with food court. Rooms were super clean. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor with a little snack and drink area which are convenient if you dont want to leave.
Minor inconvenience, but Hilton has to figure something out with their smart tvs. Whatever they use sucks
It’s quite and there’s a nice trail to enjoy a nice stroll.
Location by the river is nice
Excellent location next door to the Pybus Market. Several shops inside with a great Pizza place called "Fire". There is a farmers market on Saturdays that was fun with local produce and and vendors. Beautiful view of the river, excellent walking trail directly in front of the hotel. Location was near the historic downtown( 2 blocks up) with many eateries and shops. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We will definelty stay here again.
I was not planning a stop and it was a Saturday night. I was fortunate to have found this location on line and book a room. There was a restaurant with some very simple dinner ideas which was perfect as I was pretty tired. Very nice place to stay.
