The hosts were actually made us feel at home. This was our second time staying at Gadh Ganesh Homestay. It was as good as the first time. The place is so clean and well maintained. The whole family was kind to us throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience for our family. Sitting in their garden and terrace surrounded by plants was my favorite moments from our stay. We would stay there again if we visit Udaipur next time. Very much recommended for those who like calm and peaceful environment.

There was nothing to dislike to be honest. You would feel the same if you get to stay at Gadh Ganesh Homestay.

The house is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The rooms were bright and well ventilated. The beds and blanket were kept clean. The stay felt homely.

It was a nice stay. Mr Nigam (host) was very informative and helpful. Good hospitality. Nice property.

Exceptional service and amenities. Loved this place felt comfort like home. Suitable for those who seek peaceful and safe stay. Friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended. They take orders for breakfast, breakfast is very delicious home-made breakfast.

The only downside for me was that they don’t have black coffee choice for breakfast.

Very homely and comfortable

The homestay was at a great location. It was not much far from the city at the same time the location was in a residential place so there was a lot of calm.

The property was so neat and clean, they have maintained it so beautifully….it is affordable and a perfect stay ..the owners were so polite and friendly … we were so impressed.Even the staff was helpful. The property is beautiful.

The rooms and the whole place was as exactly as it was in the images. The owner - Avinash Nigam uncle was so welcoming and assisted me and family in everything. It was our first time as a family coming out of our state but we felt it like home away from home as Avinash uncle too mentioned.

The quiet of the place as had stayed more central and the noise and incessant honking plus a bad hotel experience forced me to find another place!

The breakfast was individually priced...found this to be a little over the top! Most homestays, have a set price for a breakfast, which was usually 300 rupees..this included fruit, tea o coffee, toast, butter/jam/ cereal or eggs! Here the breakfast was priced separately. and two pieces of toast that were sent up, with everything spread on them, were charged at 90 rupees..way too much...in my opinion! No where to walk escept one restaurant close which was fairly pricey! If you went into central it was a cost of 600 rupees a day which together with the meals adds up!

Stay is literally another home away from home. Surrounded by birds and plants give next level vibes. Host is quite welcoming and even provided us early checkin. Basic tea milk available anytime for buy. Nearby walking shops for medical, confectionery etc. School at back side gives little nostalgia. Easy taxi access.

The place is amazing and also near the city centre. Rooms are very big with all the amenities and services.

The stay was so neat and cozy with all the facilities and ambience of a typical Homestay which justifies their name. Had a great time at the place. The person working there was so friendly and helpful in all ways.

Wasn’t able to access the hot water at some times which was the only drawback as the climate was so cool.

Nothing

The property is quite far from the old city but not in a good area of new udaipur. It’s very difficult to get transport from there - expect to walk to a main road and wait for a TukTuk and be overcharged. Our room was not clean. The bed sheet was stained and old and we were only given one to cover the mattress, not one to sleep under. We asked for towels and were given one between the two of us. There was no hot water or toilet paper. The door didn’t close properly and you had to bolt it with a padlock. The noise was constant. The family were not friendly or helpful and English was a struggle. You can find far better for far less money.

Everything was exceptional especially the greenery and birds in the property.

Bright, spacious and airy room. We were very comfortable in the Family Room. Very clean and good hot water. Really nice property. Friendly and helpful owners (when I could find them!). Good value.

Location isn’t great - it’s quite far from the old city in a quiet neighbourhood. Patchy Wi-Fi. Owners rarely around.

Centrally located and hence was easy to commute to and fro to the homestay. Large and comfortable rooms with lovely garden area. Overall satisfied with my stay and experience.

Even as the place clean, overall cleanliness can improve. The room cleaning was not done by the staff as requested. Also the Food offered was expensive for what they offer. Eating outside is comparatively cheaper. More so, simple extras like curd offered with Paratha was charged which is normally included.

The bedding and towels had some rad stains and we asked to change and the staff said they don’t have extra to charge.

Greenery’s are simply superb it’s looks good and they are maintaining very clean, we are satisfied with the hotel.

Was provided big room as promised. Lot of open spaces. Different birds at the property is special attraction.

There is a problem in cleanliness in our room. Bad smell in bathroom. Tables in the room are not cleaned. Blankets were not cleaned and provided without covers. Towels are not in good condition. Dinner facility was not there. Breakfast is too costly for a homestay.

Centally located yet a village Palace with lots of chirping birds around. Entire home is a garden. Pleasant and helpful host. Value for money. Made our family trip to Udaipur a memorable one. No guest can ever forget their stay at this home. 😊

I liked everything about the property..specifically the host ..just exceptional.Both uncle and aunty are very polite. This was one of my best stay.

The house is excellent. The room is spacious and excellent for two kids.

Hospitality

location

Clean room and beds ,tasty food, beautiful roof paintings and bird houses -an initiative to save birds. Its attracts many birds that the ambiance becomes so beautiful especially in the morning and evening when we have a cup of tea in the terrace.

Early check in -you will need to pay previous day cost but

Intercom is needed only . Rest of the arrangements were very nice.
