Excellent hôtel !

Fantastic staff and facilities. We went there with bikes and the garage area and wash was brilliant with cleaning products and tools available. Hotel and Spa were lovely and breakfast was great each day. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times.

From start to finish the staff, service, facilities and food was excellent. The bike garage and associated facilities were the best we’ve come across anywhere. 100% recommend.

I misplaced a ring in my hotel room. I spoke to someone who was meant to respond when it was found via what's app but never heard back.any help is appreciated.

This place is faultless. Facilities in and out of rooms really have been fully thought through and implemented impeccably. Staff are friendly, helpful and very professional and but maintain a relaxed approach. Mtb storage and maintenance facilities superb. Will look no where else in future for stays in Morzine.

Me and my 9 yr old son had an excellent stay. We loved the room, facilities, breakfast, games and the view from our balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to return next year for end of season skiiing.

Amazing Hotel in tyhe centre of Morzine just a 20min walk from lifts (or a Hotel bus that will take you to whichever lift you like). Friendly & helpful staff, great spa, 10/10.

A clean and modern twist on the classic French ski hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. In house restaurant was one of the best in town.

My new favourite hotel. Fantastic service, relaxed atmosphere, high quality accommodation and an excellent restaurant. Simply perfect. Great for skiers - Super Morzine lift 4 mins walk or a bus stop (10 minute frequency to Prodains) directly outside hotel.

I was a returning guest to this hotel (after a brief stay last March. From the moment you arrive, the experience is excellent from start to finish. Very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, superb breakfast and lovely sitting area. It’s also all super smart.

Absolutely great stay. Easy to park, staff are incredibly helpful, the pool and hot tub are a massive bonus, the rooms are clean, breakfast is great and the bike garage well-appointed and secure - what more could you want!? Just spot on.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Hotel Neve. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It has fantastic facilities including a pool, spa and gaming room (which our 2 boys aged 13 and 18 years really enjoyed). All in all, it is an exceptional hotel and we look forward to returning next year.

Probably the best hotels in Morzine. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back again!

Wow just wow, staff the breakfast and so so well done

We had planned on staying only 1 night because we were heading somewhere else, but it made a big impression on us! The staff is very friendly and super accommodating. Also, it was the best, most diverse breakfast buffet we ever had!! Lastly, the dining area, bar, and lounge area are beautifully decorated. Highly recommend Neve!!

Great stay at a friendly hotel

This is the second time we have stayed here and absolutely loved it again! We can thank hotel neve enough for our stay. We were on our honeymoon and we were given a little upgrade. We are always well looked after when we stay here. All of the facilities are well maintained and everything is very clean. The food is always amazing! You have to try the restaurant - best food in town!! Thank you again for our stay, we will be back soon!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Room lovely, really clean, fabulous shower and nice products. Breakfast was great and replenished constantly. The view from breakfast is spectacular We are in the restaurant one evening and all had a great meal. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast, heated ski room, good location, just 5 mins to Super Morzine, 10 mins to Pleney lifts, bus stop just outside. Restaurant and staff both of high quality. Highly recommended place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Névé. We have an 8 year old son and having a spacious room with a really comfortable sofa bed was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi after a fun day skiing is really enjoyable. The game rooms were a hit as well. Customer service was excellent, although the service at the restaurant can be improved upon. That was really my only little con. We ate at Bertine twice for dinner and the first time out service was excellent and the second time it was the complete opposite. That did not take anything away from a wonderful stay. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. The hotel facilities are great, we particularly enjoyed the newly renovated pool and spa. The location is about 10-15 minutes to the ski lifts, and we made use of ski storage at our ski hire to avoid carrying back our skis.

A lovely hotel, immaculate throughout. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a good buzz in the bar and the free pool table and downstairs games room are a great touch. Good location for the ski lifts and town centre. Lovely room with hot , powerful shower and very clean. Free parking right outside too.

Fantastic stay for our family skiing trip. Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest of staff. 5 minute walk into the centre of town and 4 minutes to the super Morzine ski lift. I’d highly recommend

Great for families - you can get rooms with two bedrooms and there's a kids playroom and indoor pool. Staff were very helpful.

Great hotel. Recently refurbished in a stylish way. Good food and drink, nice staff, lovely pool and spa. No AC in rooms which is a little hot in August at night, but wouldn’t stop me returning.

We had an amazing weekend at this newly renovated family hotel. Very modern, clean with all the necessary amenities (pool, spa, kids room, restaurant, bar, arcade, etc). The rooms are confortable and the breakfast is good. The spa area is excellent. Our 3 year old son also really enjoyed the pool and the kids room

Great family hotel. Excellent friendly servie, clean modern rooms and excellent food. No air conditioning (nowhere has it in Morzine as it is not often needed) so was hot overnight as there was a heatwave. Fans would have been great but apart from that it was a lovely stay and decent value.

Great place to stay, near to town and lifts. Bus stop across the road if needed. Pictures on the site were mainly CGI before we stayed. the reality is bang on. Poole and Jacuzzi were great after a days swim. Lovely room, all brand new. Great shower, which is always a winner. Breakfast was continental with pastries and fruit with the added bonus of bacon and egg! We were really pleased with it as a group and will return with the family.

I arrived much earlier than check-in time but the room was already ready and a kind staff let me check in the room :) It would have been very informative if there was some general info in the room about the hotel but there was no info, I was not sure what time the breakfast starts, what time the sauna opens/closes, if the towels are needed to bring from the room or not, etc.. anyway, the room was very clean and comfortable to stay!

A great alpine hotel, well furnished and located in Morzine. Breakfast was a little basic but good enough. Staff are super friendly and the bar area is nice. Definitely stay here again.
