Vi booker til værelser til 5 personer, men der var kun reddet senge op for 4 personer. Fik at vide efterfølgende at de gøre os en tjeneste ved at redde en ekstra seng, hvilket var uprofessionelt. Vi var 5 personer men fik kun 2 kort til værelset. Der mangler basaler ting som ansigtservice. Udcheckning var uprofessionelt, de har kun givet os 4 vandflasker på værelset men sagde at der var 5, og beskyldte os at tage den 5. Det føles ubehageligt at blive beskyldt for noget man ikke har gjort.

Excellent location, close to markets but still quiet at night

The floor at the breakfast restaurant, very oily and slippery. Also the floor at the lobby, dont know why they had to mop it in the middle of the afternoon and made it slippery too.

Nice room , good location, free fruit and bottle of wine on arrival

No water pressure in the bathroom for shower , I will give this hotel 10 but for the water pressure issue I will reduce to 8

It’s not the cheapest but you really get what you pay for. Top class ambience that appeal to your senses! The staff was really helpful too! Kudos to the night manager that helped us book a room at 50% off just so we can bathe after arriving on a sleeper bus!

I recently stayed at Colline, Da Lat and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just steps from the vibrant night market, yet tucked away enough to feel comfortable. The rooms are a highlight: incredibly spacious, modern, and very clean. The ambiance throughout the hotel is fantastic, blending stylish design with a welcoming, cozy vibe. The staff here truly make the experience, as they are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile.

The room was as shown in the pictures. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast was not suitable for vegetarians. Except bread and butter there were no other options. There should be vegetarian continental dishes served or the chef should step up and cook suitable options for the guest. The services at the restaurant was not at par.

Our stay at Colin Dalat was truly wonderful! The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and explore the neighbouring shops and marketplace. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the exceptional service! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay—especially Mr Nguyen, who was utmost helpful with all our requests and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. A special thank you as well for the thoughtful gesture of preparing a small cake for my son’s birthday when we checked out. It was such a sweet and unexpected surprise, and it meant a lot to us as a family. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would definitely recommend Colin Dalat to anyone visiting Dalat.

Breakfast was great. It was a a spread of local selections. The best part was that the soup station rotated every day, so we always had some variety.

It was all good. Very happy with this location. The only negative (very small) was that the included gym required a 100, 000k day pass. I only used it once - not expensive, but surely this should be included.

The hotel looks expensive and nice. It is located near to the Da Lat night market. The staff were very friendly especially Duy. He helped us to book a motorcycle and etc.

The hotel is near to the night club, hence its a bit noisy at night.

We loved our stay here. Everything was excellent, the staff was exceptional in every way. Very professional, went out of their way for us. Service in the Cafe was great. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The service and location was amazing!

The bed was too hard.

It was near the night market

I thought this was a nonsmoking hotel but some guests are smoking in their rooms. Cigarette smoke comes through the air conditioning and into your room. When we complained we were told to open the windows. Not a good solution since that same night the smoke got worse. Bathroom has mold and drain backs up. The room does not have any sound proofing so guests shouting down the halls early in the mornings can be heard in your room. This happens every morning.

위치는 최고 였습니다. 시장, 야시장, 호수길, 마트, 번화가 등 걸어서 8분내 위치해 있습니다. 조식은 훌륭했으며 가성비 또한 최고였습니다.

화장실과 샤워실이 반투명유리벽으로 되어 있는데 3대이상 가족이나 가족외 투숙객은 좀 불편해 보입니다.
