The cleanliness was not perfect. There was dust in the room, and it was not cleaned properly. There were also black stains in the shower area of the bathroom. In addition, room service requests were not delivered to the room as expected. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness

نظافه الغرف خصوصا الحمامات وايضاً كرسي الحمام كان ملاصق للبانيو مم يصعب الجلسه عليه - ايضاً الناموس كان منتشر أرجو الاهتمام بذلك

Very friendly very nice people beautiful hotel, great location. They are very easy to deal with.

I have been to other movenpick hotels around the world, Bangkok one was up to standard, but this one in Patong was very poor. Completely agree with one of the previous reviews that this was a 3 star hotel at most, definitely not 5 star. VERY Poor room conditions, from shower, toilet bed sheets to air conditioning. BUT Credit to the food and beverage team, they were the best! Good job!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Our passports were handed over to other guests without our knowledge, and we spent two days trying to locate them. The staff member responsible, Beanz, gave our passports to other guests, which is a serious security and privacy issue. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the reception staff, who were extremely rude. When we complained, we were simply told to “call the police,” as if the hotel’s mistake was not their responsibility. Housekeeping was also very poor. Toiletries and towels were only provided on the day of check-in and were not properly replenished during the rest of our stay. Even basic items such as cotton buds and other essentials were not replaced. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Lovely Stay in the Heart of Patong A lovely and comfortable stay at Mövenpick Patong. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to be close to the beach and everything Patong has to offer. The team was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was pleasant. The resort itself can feel quite busy and crowded at times, so the atmosphere may not suit those looking for a quiet or secluded Phuket escape. That said, for a lively Patong stay with a convenient location, good facilities and friendly service, it was an enjoyable experience.

I can’t express how incredible my family’s stay was at this hotel. Every moment, every detail, and every meal exceeded our expectations. While the entire staff provided award-winning service, a few employees truly stood out. First, Kam 😊. I lost my phone, and she went above and beyond to help me track it down. She contacted the taxi company, coordinated everything, and made sure it was returned to me. Beyond that, she gave us amazing recommendations for dinner, shopping, and local attractions. Every time she saw my family, she checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Next, Nana and Honey! They made our stay so much fun. Even when some guests were rude to them and refused to control their unruly children, they remained professional, gracious, and continued to provide exceptional service with a smile. I’m not sure of the names of the bellmen and security staff, but they were equally outstanding. They ensured we crossed the street safely, welcomed us warmly, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we never had to touch our luggage. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome—they treated us like family. I have traveled to many places, but I have never experienced hospitality quite like this anywhere else in the world. Thank you all for making our family’s stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

הגישה לבריכה פחות נוחה , לא השתמשנו. למי שזה חשוב שייקח חדר על המים.

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה . הצוות נענה לכל בקשה שלנו. לא להחמיץ את הפסקת השוקולד בצהריים . פינוק בחינם.

להאריך את שעות הרחצה בבריכה . לשפר אל השאטלים לים ולקניון . אין מספיק .

We liked the pool and the staff were nice.

Some of the guests were loud and would play music loudly in the night.

Very pleasant stay here at movenpick, kam at the reception was very helpful and kind, very easy and straightforward check in and check out, may at the massage was very professional and gave me a great massage, i really enjoyed the late nights chatting with my friends at the swimming pool, and the late night workouts in the gym, i definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

אהבנו מאוד את הבריכה, החדרים נקיים מאוד וממוזגים. במיוחד אהבתי שביום העזיבה הסכימו לי להישאר עוד כמה שעות, הטיסה הייתה אחרי צהריים וזה ממש עזר לי.

השיפוע במקלחת לא טוב, המים נשארים לעמוד הרבה זמן אחרי המקלחת. כמו"כ המעבר מהלובי לחדרים לא ממוזג

Beautiful hotel, pool access room was great as was the jacuzzi. The staff were exceptional, very accommodating and friendly, they made you feel as not just a guest but someone special.

Breakfast choices were limited for western style foods.

The staff from the Azure pool made our stay amazing! Hafiz, Ton, Nana, and Honey, all contributed to us feeling welcome in the morning and once we got back in the afternoon. We hope to come back and see you all again :)

We recently stayed at Mövenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket and overall had a very pleasant experience. The biggest strengths of this hotel are definitely its rooms and location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, and deserve full marks. The location is excellent as well. Patong Beach is within comfortable walking distance, and we enjoyed walking there every day. Having a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel gate was also extremely convenient. The property feels safe, clean, and well looked after, making it a comfortable base for exploring Patong. However, the service experience was inconsistent. We had just come from Pullman Phuket Panwa, where the staff were exceptionally attentive and proactive. In comparison, the service here felt quite average. The breakfast selection was also fairly limited for a hotel of this category. What disappointed us most was the checkout process. After completing the formalities, we were asked to wait at reception for 5 to 10 minutes while the staff checked our room. Considering it took us only a few minutes to come down from our room, this check could have easily been initiated while we were on our way to reception. Being asked to wait after checkout felt awkward and, honestly, a little uncomfortable as it gave the impression that guests are not fully trusted. The breakfast staff also appeared disengaged and were not particularly interested in assisting guests. That said, the excellent rooms, great location, safety, and overall comfort of the property still make it a good choice for a stay in Patong. With some improvements in service standards and guest handling, this hotel could easily deliver a true five-star experience.

We loved the style of the building, the room & bed size, styling, the free chocolate treats each afternoon, the staff friendliness, & attention to detail.

We didn’t like the atmosphere by the pool. We had a very noisy group of friends, infact several groups, that were inconsiderate of other guests who were wanting to enjoy some rest & relaxation by the pool. Unfortunately the acoustics by the pool are extremely loud.

Staff was amazing rofen miki and other staff Members were amazing went out of the way to help us when our 3 yr old son got sick on our trip. They even let us stay 3 hours extras to get extra rest before our flight as our son was sick. Overall experience was amazing food clean environment and service was exceptional.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I was given a room that was way too far from the hotel entrance / reception. The view from the outside was like facing a jungle. And while walking to my room, you pass by views from surrounding areas that were totally unpleasant. My reservation was for a suite. Their suite is basically two bedrooms. The second room did not have a phone in it. The way the rooms are designed was very outdated. I doubt I’ll ever return again.

The location is absolutely excellent. Everything we needed was nearby, and we could walk to the restaurants along Patong Beach in about 15–30 minutes. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very kind. The pool-access rooms had a lovely view. Their welcome drink, along with the sweet dessert plate and beautifully decorated bed for our anniversary, was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture from them.

* The furniture is somewhat outdated. * The breakfast buffet had limited variety throughout our stay.

Very disappointing experience at Movenpick Myth Hotel Patong Phuket. We had an unnecessary issue during check-in because of ONE letter difference in the surname on the booking, even though it was clearly the same passport and same guest. The hotel kept bothering us about it every single day and even held our passports over such a small issue. On top of that, the AC in both rooms was not cold at all. We couldn’t sleep properly the whole night because the rooms were hot. They sent someone twice to “fix” it, but nothing changed. Then very late at night, after we were already exhausted and had a flight, they asked us to pack and move to another room on another floor. Completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level. The whole experience was stressful and exhausting instead of relaxing.

Terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel! First, the reception was extremely unprofessional. Due to a single-letter typo in the name on our Wego booking, the hotel confiscated our passports! Despite Wego’s support team contacting them and our continuous attempts throughout our entire vacation, the hotel management completely refused to cooperate or help. Second, the AC broke down and started blowing hot air. They moved us to another room that was extremely far away, which was exhausting. Third, the smell throughout the hotel and the lobby was consistently awful. Poor service and bad management. Never again.

This hotel always delights us. The facilities are great. Our room has pool access and the pool is marvelous. There are many restaurants and massage salons within walking distance. We also want to thank the staff for making us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Baimint, Yoon, Phoebe, Risa and Owen. And thank you to the concierge and drivers who took us to Patong beach and Jung Ceylon. And thanks to the staff who manage the chocolate hour! Even their housekeeping staff are polite and cheerful. I hope all the staff continue to be happy at Movenpick. 🥰
