The staff were absolutely lovely always happy. Good location you can walk to most places.. There’s an ATM and currency exchange place just outside the hotel which is very handy .

Really bad wifi . We stayed here for 8days and the wifi Never worked even for a single day despite calling to get the issue fixed .

קרוב לבית חב"ד, לצערי הם מנצלים את זה.

השירותים והמקלחת שקופים בלי אפשרות לסגירה ארמטית - לא מתאים למשפחות. חדרים קטנים מאוד. הפקידה הראשית ממש צעקה עליי כי לא הבאתי לה את הכסף ביד. שירות גרוע ולא מכבד!

חדיש ונקי.

הפקידה הראשית התנהגה מאוד לא יפה בשתי הפעמים שהייתי שם, היא לא צריכה לעבוד במלון.

The first impression was not good at all.

Wifi service is very pathetic and very bad, even hotels which are in lower standard than Zenseana have good wifi service, when i told the manager about it, she just opened her phone and show me the youtube video is working, internet speed was less than 1mb up/down both

موقع المكان ممتاز بعيد عن الزحمة والصخب ومناسب للعوائل، قريب من شاطيء باتونغ مشي تقريبا 7 دقائق جنبة محل صرافة ومحلات تنسيق الرحلات وكذلك قريب منه سفن إلفن وكذلك مطعم تركي ومطعم مروش ، الموظفين جدا ودودين ومتعاونين ولطيفين مع الاطفال وفي كثير عوائل خليجية تسكن الفندق

الفندق قريب من السنتر وقريب من كل الخدمات الي المسافر يحتاجها بوفية الافطار ممتازه اعجبت بها النوظفين متساعدين

באנו בעיקר בגלל חדר הכושר שהיה טוב אך היה בו חם מידי. הצוות בכללי נחמד מאוד אך לא יוצא מגדרו המיקום סבבה והבריכה יפה בקומה 7

מזגן לא מספק בחדר כושר חם מאוד ומחניק, אין מגבות ואין מים. חדר קטן מידי מיטה מוגזמת באופן יחסי לחדר, מזגן בחדר אוכל לא עובד או לא קיים רק מאווררים

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון ושהיה מישהו שעזר לחצות את הכביש ועזר עם המזוודות.

רמת הניקיון לא טובה. היו הרבה תקלות בחדר. הטלוויזיה בקושי עבדה, לא היו מעצורים לדלתות. כל בקשה חיכינו הרבה זמן עד שמומשה.

לצערי כמעט ולא היה משהו חיובי לציין. המיקום סביר, אבל זה לא פיצה על שאר הבעיות

התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון. התארחנו במשך 7 לילות והחוויה הייתה רחוקה מאוד ממה שמצופה ממלון שמדורג כמלון 5 כוכבים. רמת הניקיון הייתה נמוכה לאורך כל השהות. במשך 2 ימים מתוך 7 כלל לא ניקו את החדר שלנו, למרות שציפינו לשירות בסיסי. שירות החדרים היה מאכזב, והמגבות לא הוחלפו באופן קבוע גם לאחר שביקשנו. בנוסף, הזמנו 3 חדרים אחד עבורנו ועוד 2 חדרים עבור הילדים ולצערנו בכל שלושת החדרים הייתה בדיוק אותה רמת שירות ירודה, כך שלא מדובר במקרה חד-פעמי אלא בבעיה כללית של המלון. באחד הלילות גם המזגן התקלקל, ונאלצנו להעביר לילה שלם ללא מיזוג, דבר שפגע מאוד בחוויית השהייה. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה מאוד, עם מבחר מצומצם ופשוט, ובוודאי לא ברמה שמצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים. בסיכומו של דבר, לדעתנו המלון אינו ראוי לדירוג של 5 כוכבים. אם היינו צריכים לדרג אותו בעצמנו, לא היינו נותנים לו יותר מ-3 כוכבים. זו הייתה אכזבה גדולה מאוד, ולצערנו לא נחזור למלון הזה ולא נמליץ עליו. משפט קצר שמסכם את השהייה שלכם אכזבה גדולה מאוד. מלון שמציג את עצמו כ-5 כוכבים, אך בפועל מרגיש כמו מלון 3 כוכבים שירות, ניקיון ותחזוקה ברמה נמוכה שלא עומדת בציפיות

The staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful, managers were always coming up asking how your stay was going, the hotel was very clean and organized, the breakfast buffet is very large with tonnes of options and variety that changed daily over my 2 week stay. You can order room service pretty late. The showers are exceptional with the many features, waterfall, horizontal jets, vertical jets, and wand. The pool is fantastic with the bartender always available to set e you drinks or food, and the special features of the jetted sun seats was a nice touch .... Waking up and getting your day started is a breath of fresh air every morning with this hotel and spa. I can't even begin to tell you about the ease of everything. Truly a relaxing holiday, made perfect by this wonderful, clean and very friendly hotel and staff. I highly recommend staying here.

Technische problemen worden in eerste instantie overgelaten aan een receptionist of bellboy. Pas na inschakeling engineer of mecanic werden problemen opgelost.

אני וחברה חגגנו יום הולדת והעובדים שמו לנו 2 עוגות במקרר וקישטו לנו את המיטה!! השירות מצויין העובדים באמת נחמדים המחיר מאוד זול!! וקרוב מאוד לבית חב״ד ממש 2 דקות הליכה, אם אתם רוצים מלון רק לישון ושאר היום לטייל הוא מצויין לזה

החדר קטן הוצאנו את הכסא למרפסת שגם היא ממש מטר על מטר, המיטה לא הכי נוחה אבל בסדר בשביל המחיר זה הגיוני מאוד

The staff was reasonably polite but not with the typical Thai charm I’ve known to love over the years of visiting the land of smiles

There is no pavement/sidewalk outside the hotel so when you’re away from the hotel front you’re straight into a busy road which you can also hear from your room which is very frustrating There is no A/C in the hotel reception which can be quite uncomfortable due to the heat of Thailand, the hotel is also is situated right next to a mosque and every single morning at around 5am I was woken up by the LOUD call to prayer for the Muslims The room was not as described on the website and was dated and dirty in places mainly the shower room and the A/C is incredibly loud and the lock on the door was very tatty and looked like a careless job had been done to repair The bed was made upon request which was good but the bedding was dated and sometimes had holes in (see photo attached) The room service was very disappointing with no pork available on the menu which ruled out many nice thai dishes Breakfast was POOR and not worth the extra and again no pork which was disappointing The pool area was small and very congested If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience you will be greatly disappointed If you stay in room 5010 you will not enjoy your stay

Nada, está anunciado como 5 estrellas y es de 4, muy mal todo, no nos quisimos quedar y aún así nos cobraron 3 noches 2 habitaciones cuando acabábamos de hacer la reserva allí mismo.

He realizado una reserva en este Hotel en el dia de hoy a la llegada al hotel en la misma recepcion , y hemos preferido reservar a traves de Booking porque soy Genius nivel 3 VIP. Nos han asignado las habitaciones hemos subido a verlas , y hemos bajado inmediatamente a cancelar la reserva . Este Hotel esta anunciado en Booking como un 5 Estrellas . eso es falso , me siento engañado. La habitacion que nos han asignado , daba a un patio interior , no vistas ciudad como ponia en la descripcion habitacion muy calurosa y el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y habitacion muy pequeña . Nada corresponde con la descrpicion anunciada en este Hotel. Hemos solicitado en recepcion la cancelacion y devolucion , y nos han dicho que habia que solicitar por Booking. Solicitamos que nos hagan el reembolso de las 3 noches de 2 habitaciones doble puesto que es un engaño como esta anunciado este hotel en su portal . Lo primero que te llama la atención es la amabilidad del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La ubicación del hotel está a 300 metros de la playa. Buena relación calidad-precio. Volveremos seguro a este hotel.

Algo que sí deberían de mejorar es el acceso a la piscina que hay en la sexta planta, ya que las escaleras son muy incómodas para gente mayor o con discapacidad les es prácticamente imposible salir de la piscina.

La cama era dos colchones y en la noche se separan. Por lo que es incómodo. La otra situación no es como tal del hotel, pero a las 4 am hay un canto de la mezquita que nos despertó las 3 noches

Walk from room to lift is like a maze takes 4 mins to reach if u didn't miss turn. Pool only open from 10am to 2pm Room had no space to keep bags. Incontinently place PowerPoint's. Hard to work

It was clean, the staff was friendly.

They ddnt fill up like shampoos and body wash when they clean the room the next day, also we kept all our dirt in a bag to be removed the time they freshen the room, when we return from our day the dirt will still be there… the hairdryer plugs ddnt work some plugs in the room also ddnt work, the bathroom tap was broken so we couldn’t use the cold water tap.

Nothing, I wish I listened to the negative comments about this property than the biased good ones. This is probably one of my worst experiences throughout my years of travel. The hotel calls themselves 5-star, when you arrive, you realize this is really nothing more than a 2 stars at most. I initially booked 7 nights thinking it’s a 5star hotel, when I saw the room, it was disappointing and didn’t even want to spend a single night at this property! The room was old, dirty and with damaged floor in almost all the rooms that we checked(they offered us to change the room the next day). Not to mention how loud it is at the hotel. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. You hear your neighbors like you share the same room. Cars are driving right in your eardrums. The gym is a disaster, very old and broken equipment that almost will hurt you. When we mentioned it to the staff, they were rude and unhelpful, apart from the luggage guy. I took the issue to the receptionist and requested an early checkout, they refused and asked me to contact booking.com. I contacted booking they asked hotel for permission, the hotel never responded so I was stuck without a place to stay and my money in this hotels hands. I talked with their manager, she lied at first that they had replied to the email from booking.com but when I called booking while the manager is there they confirmed she had not replied. I then asked her to reply while am on call with booking. Which she did. She then told me they had authorized a refund for the unused nights. And that it would take 45 days. When I called booking a week after they said the hotel had yet not refunded or modified my booking in order for me to be eligible for the refund. I went back to the hotel and talked again with the manager who later said they had not yet authorized the refund but earlier she had said she already did. So it seems like they were just waiting for me to leave the country and never receive my money back.

Everything, there is nothing to like.

המיקום היה מצוין רצינו ליד חבד וזה ממש 2 דקות הליכה הצוות גם מאוד נחמד ומתיחסים יפה בשבת הם פותחים את הדלתות הם כבר יודעים לבד הבריכה במלון נהדרת הילדים נהנו מאוד

המזגן לא כל כך חזק וגם הwifi לא כל כך טוב לרוב נתקע ולא נותנים לרדת מהבריכה עם המגבת לחדר
