É stato tutto perfetto! All arrivo in struttura ( molto prima dell orario per il check-in ) veniamo accolti in reception con molta gentilezza e professionalità invitandoci per la colazione in struttura. Una volta pronta la camera e visto la struttura osserviamo quanta cura nei dettagli ha l organizzazione dello staff per offrire la miglior esperienza nel resort. Il bilocale era arredato con gusto , spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort, con giardino e un affaccio magnifico su la Corsica . La colazione é abbondante e spazia dal dolce al salato( caffè buonissimo e torta diversa ogni giorno). La signora che lo gestisce si vede che è del mestiere e fà questo lavoro con grande amore e cura per gli ospiti, disponibilissima e premurosa in tutto,sempre presente ad accoglierci con grande eleganza e capacità . Complimenti a tutto lo staff!! Se ci ritorneremo? Sì assolutamente !

The location and the staff were amazing.

You have to pay extra if you’d like your apartment cleaned.

It was very comfortable. It felt very safe,and secure.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good. We booked last minute and managed to to get a good price on their luxury apartments - I think luxury might be pushing it, and we would have felt differently if we had paid the full price for the accommodation.

Very hard to criticise for the price we paid.

Uitzicht, ontbijt, zwembad en alle lieve medewerkers. Het resort is prachtig en goed onderhouden. Ontbijt is ook heel uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

De bedden zijn echt toe aan vervanging - liggen heel hard. Daarnaast mogen de accomodaties ook wel worden vernieuwd.

Very quite, beautiful view, comfortable, each unit has its own privacy.

Ruim appartement met ligbedden in klein voortuintje. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet. Kofferservice. Zeer goede Wifi-verbinding.

Het zwembad nodigt niet uit om bij te gaan liggen. De weg ernaartoe zit vol gaten. De prijs is te hoog naar verhouding wat ze bieden. Erg veel appartementen op een kluitje.

Nulla, tutto perfetto, anche alcuni disservizi della prima notte, sono stati sistemati repentinamente e la propietà si è resa disponibile e risolutiva.

Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, angenehm ruhig. Schön bepflanzte Anlage.

Die Ausstattung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, Preis zu hoch dafür was geboten wird (wohlgemerkt wir waren im August).

Endroit magnifique avec un personnel aux petits soins

Die Unterkunft hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Besonders schön fand ich die ruhige Lage in der Natur und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft war zudem gut ausgestattet und es war alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Verbesserungswürdig fand ich die Abfallentsorgung. Bei den Abfalleimern war nicht klar gekennzeichnet, welcher Abfall in welchen Behälter gehört, zum Beispiel Plastik, Glas oder Restmüll. Eine Beschriftung mit Bildern könnte dies verständlicher machen. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als sehr hart. Dadurch waren die Betten für uns eher unbequem und unsere Schlafqualität entsprechend beeinträchtigt.

Resort incantevole, immerso nella natura con una vista spettacolare. Appartamenti puliti e confortevoli, piscina splendida e staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta per visitare le spiagge più belle della zona. Consigliatissimo!

Bel ensemble hôtelier bien intégré dans la nature. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié aussi bien en salé qu'en sucré. Le logement était correct. Belle vue sur la corse. Accueil sympa et efficace.

A la piscine quelques incivilités avec des touristes qui ne contrôlent pas leurs enfants . Dommage.

Pridat v ranajkovej ponuke proscuito a syr, zelenina. Poloha dalej od centra

Snídaně je slabou stránkou hotelu, plastové talířky, kelímky a příbory jsou otřesné. Deklarovaný bufet se nekoná, lze si objednat pár věcí podle seznamu, vše jen sladké, žádný sýr apod. Líbila se nám poloha hotelu.

Snídaně včetně plastových příborů, personál na recepci je zmatený, neposkytuje žádné informace, asi to není neochota, jen neprofesionálnost. Apartmány se vůbec neuklízí. Informace jsou jen italsky.

Obiekt kameralny, nie ma tłumów. Bardzo miła obsługa. W poniedziałek kolacja dla wszystkich z lokalną kuchnią i winem. Piękne widoki na morze.

Trzeba mieć auto. Obiekt położony kilkanaście minut od santa Teresa. Ale to właśnie gwarantuje jego kameralność.

Pusryciai vidutiniski, vien tik saldūs, bet mes ta zinojom. Būtu buve puiku nors siek tiek kumpio ar sūrio :)Personalas puikus! Ka paklausi, ta ir gausi. Kambariai erdvūs, vietos pakankamai, gal tik su virtuvele skurdziau,jei kazka paciam gamintis. Nera indaploves ir skalbykles. Karta savaiteje organizuoja nemokama vakariene, sardisku patiekalu ir vyno. Buvo šaunu! Vieta atokesne, rami, butinas automobilis. Puikus baseinas teritorijoje.

Nepatiko tik kova su skruzdemis, jos lindo i kambarius, net i lova. Bet personalas dave išsipurksti, tai problema sumazejo.

Klantvriedelijke benadering, steeds vriendelijk personeel met extra aandacht voor de immervriendelijke Christohr. Een meerwaarde voor dit resort. Het uitzicht op Bonafacia straat gewelidig.

Otoczenie i komfortowy apartament

Śniadania typowo włoskie, obfite ale tylko na słodko. Przyjmując gości z całego świata można by było rozważyć urozmaicenie śniadania aby każdy znalazł coś dla siebie . Kanapka z regionalną wędliną, czy serem , jakieś warzywa. Owoców na śniadanie było bardzo dużo.

What a wonderful stay we had at Punta Falcone Resort! From the breathtaking location to the warmth of the staff, every detail contributed to an unforgettable holiday. The setting is simply stunning — peaceful, scenic, and just a short distance from the charming village of Santa Teresa, which made it the perfect base for exploring the area while still enjoying a true sense of retreat. The resort itself is impeccably maintained. The apartments are spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a true home away from home. We travelled with our baby, and the comfort and practicality of the accommodation made a real difference to our stay. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention must go to Geanina and Raffaela at reception — both were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. Travelling with a little one can sometimes feel daunting, but they made us feel so welcomed and looked after that we could truly relax and enjoy our time. If you’re looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort in northern Sardinia with staff that genuinely care, Punta Falcone Resort is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

We can’t find anything that we didn’t like, everything was perfect. if I had to point to something it would be small insignificant details like for example we were missing a shower holder to put our soaps.

Śniadania smaczne wszystko na słodko. Lokalizacja pod względem widokowym piękna, konieczność poruszania się autem, do miasteczka daleko na pieszo.

La location e la posizione eccellenti

Colazione deludente e povera , sarebbe meglio non averla , se si deve fare un pasto del genere con prodotti industriali meglio niente .

Excellent accueil, petit déjeuner royal et un emplacement géographique stratégique pour découvrir la région.

La présence de taches d'humidité sur les murs (probablement dues au fait que les chambres restent fermées en basse saison) et une literie qui manque de confort.

Das Plastikbesteck und die winzigen Plastik/Pappteller dazu. Egal ob biologisch abbaubar, aber das gehört einfach nicht zu einem Resort/ Hotel und schon gar nicht zu einem 4Sterne-Hotel.

Die Lage war Top , sehr schön! Super Lage, in der nähe von Santa Teresa Gallura und nicht weit von den schönen Strände ! Wir kommen sicher wieder !

Das Badezimmer könnte besser sein ! Vor allem die Dusche war nicht sehr schön !

Swimming pool was very nice, we could also take umbrellas to the beach and were given towels for the pool. Breakfast was nice. We really appreciated the free monday evening tasting and drinks! Christoffer was the most helpful within a very nice staff.

Great place, very nice location removed from the main touristy spots but with very strong accessibility to a lot of things to do in a few minutes by car. The resort is lovely, not too big and not too small, great swimming pool, a lovely breakfast and really charming staff. This was a perfect choice for a first place to stay in Sardinia for our family.

The only little thing feels like the amount of disposable plates, cutlery and everything at breakfast and during the lovely aperitif organised by the team. It did feel like very wasteful and I would have preferred more attention to limiting the amount of waste created.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z widokiem na morze, pokoje przestronne i czyste, ładnie urządzone. Każdy apartament miał mały ogródek z leżakami.

W naszym ogródku trawa była bardzo przerzedzona, głównie ziemia. Na śniadania nie było opcji niesłodkich. Cena trochę wygórowana.

L’hôtel est bien placé même s’il faut une voiture pour aller à Santa Teresa Gallura (5 min). La vue sur la Corse est splendide.

Les installations de la piscine sont vieillissantes (matelas tachés et liner de la piscine qui gondole). Le petit déjeuner dans des assiettes en carton et des couverts en plastique. Les appartements sont standard mais sans charme.

Large rooms. The Asian guy and the very young lady from reception are very nice, willing to help and always smiling. Unfortunately, the only ones. Small terrace outside the room, with nice view. If you can't afford more, is a good option because you have a small and dirty kitchen where you can cook something.

Room - very old everything, old amenities, smelly, rusted fridge, dirty details like: glasses, corners, toilet etc. If you leave your staff outside overnight, the water sprinklers for grass will wet everything. Confort - very very hard mattress. Cleaning - staff ask you to buy your own soap or shampoo. They clean the room once at 3 days. They come in the morning and leave a huge bag with sheets and towels in front of your door. Breakfast - just poor quality croissants and pain au chocolat, coffee, and some fruits and jam. All these served in carton plates and "to go" plastic cutlery. The breakfast is just for 2 hours. Pool - old and dirty, pilled liner. Staff - poor communication and bad attitude of most management and front desk staff. Hospitality - very bad, they will give you an old and dirty plastic envelope with 3-4 remote controls and 10 pages of rules. If they want to tell you something like "come and make the checkout with one day before leaving" (why!?) they'll stick an A4 page on your door, like you did something bad. If you'll checkin after 10 pm they will charge 50euro, even though the man who is waiting you is there, he's not coming for you. We felt very very unwelcome with all these, the management is against you, they will just tell you what you're not allowed to.

Lovely authentic place with great sweet staff. Appartment was nice with sea view, all is a little dated. Only sweet breakfast, we craved Some more healthy options. And please use real forks/knives and plates instead of the throw away alternatives. But the staff and the super warm atmosphere is beyond nice and made the stay memorable

Lugar tranquilo, con bonitas vistas y habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas para cocinar unas pastas. Nos gustó el brindis de bienvenida que hacen una vez a la semana.

El horario de servicios es muy reducido. Si llegas más tarde de cierto horario te cobran penalidad. El horario de la piscina en verano es hasta las 19 hs (se podría extender un par de horas). El desayuno es bueno pero si llegas después de las 10 puede no encuentres mucho y no reponen. Las habitaciones se limpian cada 3 días.

De prijs van het appartement ten opzichte van de faciliteiten in het huisje is absurd. Slechts 2 kookplaten, ouderwets electrisch. Te kleine douchecabine. Geen parasol en stoelen op het dakterras. Föhn hing los aan de kant, bak koelkast was stuk, terrasje achter het huis onbruikbaar vanwege de buitenunit van de airco. Snoer lampje nachtkastje lag bloot bij de stekker (gevaarlijk), tuin niet onderhouden!

La literie était confortable. L’amabilité du personnel. La vue de l’hôtel est très belle.

Le petit déjeuné est servi à table et non en buffet. Il y a peu de choix et uniquement du sucré. Il est dommage pour un établissement 4 étoiles de servir le petit déjeuné avec un service de table intégralement en plastique. Il y avait dans l’appartement lors de notre arrivée une odeur de renfermé qui ne nous a pas quitté du séjour. La salle de bain manquait de propreté à mon goût. La piscine est appréciable cependant les transats ne sont pas confortables et le tissu des matelas est taché ainsi que les serviettes fournis. Le service de chambre n’a jamais été effectué. Cet établissement m’a plus fait penser à un camping qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Bardzo ładny ośrodek wypoczynkowy w przepięknym miejscu, z widokiem na Korsykę. Zadbany, z dużą ilością zieleni, z przecudnym basenem. Personel bardzo uprzejmy, właścicielka przemiła. Do tego kolacja z lokalnymi przekąskami i winem w cenie. Polecamy.

Fin udsigt, hyggelige omgivelser. Rart med et lille køkken. Venligt personale. Tæt på en super hyggelig by Santa Teresa

Sovesofaen var ikke god at sove på.

L'amabilité du personnel à la réception Serviettes de piscine tachées (même après avoir demandé des nouvelles ...) La literie Le petit déjeuner servi dans tes assiettes et couverts en plastique Pas de choix de petit déjeuner salé (uniquement croissants, pains...) Attention photos trompeuses, oui la vue sur mer est très jolie mais nous n'avions pas du tout le même jardin que sur les photos publiées sur Booking. D'ailleurs à notre arrivée, nous avions du plastique partout dans notre mini jardin.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer schone en mooie accommodatie. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de huisjes en een heerlijk zwembad.

De bedden waren vrij hard,maar dat is maar net wat je gewend bent.

De locatie, omgeving en zeer vriendelijke personeel was top!

De verouderde huisjes, vooral de smerige badkamer en vieze geur die in de huisjes heerst. Daarbij waren wij zeer teleurgesteld omdat de foto’s op Booking niet overeenkwamen met de werkelijkheid. Op Booking staat niet duidelijk vermeld welk huisje je boekt. Pas op locatie kwamen wij erachter dat we een Classic huisje hadden gereserveerd. Op de foto’s zagen wij een beter huisje. Helaas was het toen niet meer mogelijk om te veranderen. Ik vind de prijs-kwaliteit zeer uitverhouding. Voor dit bedrag kan je veel luxer verblijven op Sardinië! Op basis van mijn ervaring, is het niet waard om hier te boeken.

Un resort incroyable, par son aménagement, son environnement magnifique, sa piscine, son petit déjeuner ! ... Une déco magnifique dans les appartements. Et le plus vraiment, c'est le personnel de l'hôtel, incroyablement généreux, gentil et souriant à tout moment de la journée...!! Toujours disponible et prévenant ! Nous y reviendrons si nous revenons en Sardaigne à coup sûr, un vrai coup de coeur pour nous !!!

Rien, un état d’esprit de caserne militaire ou seul le règlement intérieur compte, aucune attention pour les clients, si ce n’est pour les faire consommer un maximum.

Fruits moisis au petit déjeuner, pas de salé. En pleine canicule , piscine fermée à 18h sans dérogation possible, pour privilégier l’happy Hour en plein soleil ! Humidité dans les placards et salle de bain . Les sols mal nettoyés. Personnel stressé et stressant .
