Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach and lovely swimming pool.

The breakfast was nice but we expected a little more given the price! Only hot options were scrambled eggs and bacon.

The location near beach and town, comfortable beds, nice pool and a very good breakfast. The breakfast can be taken to the pool terrace, you don’t have to eat inside. We loved that.

Pool Hours, it opens after breakfast I usually like to take a swim before breakfast, that was not possible and it closes for the lunch time as well.

La habitaciòn que reservè para mi hermano daba a la cocina y los dos dìas que estuvieron alojados tuvieron mucho ruido. Mi habitaciòn tambièn daba a la cocina, por suerte pagando un adicional la pude cambiar por una suite muy confortable!!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Sie sind detailliert und hübsch eingerichtet, Bett sehr bequem. Grosser Parkplatz beim Hotel (nicht überdacht aber hat viele Schattenplätze). Lage fussläufig zum Meer und der Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Grosser Frühstücksbereich.

Die Tür ist leider nicht schallisoliert und sehr dünn, man hört alles vom Gang.

La posizione vicina al centro città e contemporaneamente vicina al mare. Staff sempre disponibile. Camera accogliente e bagno con doccia super.

La spiaggia molto affollata seppur riservata agli ospiti dell'albergo ad un prezzo un po' alto.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dal mare, personale gentile e attento nell'accogliere e soddisfare le esigenze dei propri clienti. Cucina con piatti straordinari, preparati con prodotti di ottima qualità. Location silenziosa e tranquilla.

Consiglierei una copertura sulle auto nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel che le ripari dal sole o da qualsiasi evento atmosferico .

The hotel is very well located just down the hill from Santa Teresa Gallura and only a couple of minutes walk from beautiful Rena Bianca beach. The staff are all very friendly and incredibly helpful with any enquiry. Nice area to have a drink/play cards as a family. Lovely pool.

Breakfast was ok. Even as a hotel guest you have to pay 50euro to rent one umbrella and two sunbeds in the reserved hotel area on the beach (so family of four it was 100euro for the day) which seems a lot in addition

Un ringramento particolare al maitre Antonio, che con la sua professionalita' e simpatia ha reso davvero speciale.la.nostra vacanza facendocii sentire coccolati per tutta la permanenza. Cibo ottimo e di alta qualita'...anche per chi come me ha intolleranze. Dimemticavo la spiaggia Rena bianca e' uno.spettacolo a pochi passi dalla.struttura.con la.sua acqua limpida e cristallina dal chiaro al celeste al turchese intenso. Speriamo di tornare presto. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Sveva greeted us and already knew about my room upgrade request. She upgraded us to a fourth-floor deluxe room with a balcony facing Rena Bianca beach. Instead of just handing us the keys, Sveva walked us straight to the room. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the linens of excellent quality. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location is amazing and withing walking distance of beautiful Rena Bianca beach as well as Santa Theresa Gallura town. The hotel itself was immaculate. Every area was spotless and beautifully maintained. There was a nice pool with plenty of loungers, bar service available, and the breakfast had an abundance of choices, both Italian and American. Free parking was an added plus!

(Note this is part of what I liked) On a personal note, my husband became quite ill on our second night at the hotel requiring paramedics to take him to the hospital. Carine and Ellen called the paramedics and packed a bag of snacks and bottled water for him. This simple act of kindness had lifesaving effects as he was not seen by a doctor for 20 hours and received no food or drink for two days. When the paramedics had to transport my husband from our hotel room to the ambulance a number of hotel staff (sorry I did not get their names) helped transport the stretcher down three flights of stairs. We were only supposed to stay at this hotel for two nights, but they graciously extended my stay to four more nights. Every day, someone or everyone from reception would reach out to me asking if I needed anything and was I OK. When it was time for me to check out and move to a hospital closer to the hospital two things happened: (1) Sveva and Mariangela asked me to write up a list of questions for the hospital and doctors in English. They translated this to Italian. I was able to hand this letter to the security people at the hospital who in turn took me directly to my husband’s attending doctor. (2) We had rented a standard transmission car which I needed to drive twenty-six miles through winding roads to get to the hospital. Edoardo carried all my luggage to the car and then proceeded to give me a refresher course in driving a standard transmission car. He even had me practice a couple of times before he would let me leave. This was invaluable and I made it to the hospital safely. The staff followed up with me via WhatsApp for the following days. The staff at this hotel earn the highest praise for their warm service, friendly smiles, and fast help. They went far beyond standard hospitality, providing critical, life-saving support for my husband during a terrifying medical emergency. A special thank you to Carine, Ellen, Sveva, Mariangela, Edoardo, and Giovanni.

La colazione è un po’ scarsa e poco variegata, nessuna opzione vegana se non il latte vegetale/ pane e marmellata. Anche la frutta era da aumentare un po’… la pulizia in camera (capelli al nostro arrivo e sporcizia a terra) e nei teli mare (spesso macchiati) è da migliorare

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à la fois proche de la plage et du centre ville ainsi que la disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était excellent aussi.

Good location friendly staff good breakfast choices

As the hotel only had a small pool it seemed to be off limits at strange times of the day didn’t open until 10am after cleaning the pool. Closed at midday hottest time of the day for lunch then closed again about 6.30 . Pool also had very little shade provided. Beach sun beds were nice but at 25 euros a day expensive if you don’t book the day before you may not get a place.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, everyone is clean, room comfortable & well-kept, location is amazing & close to beautiful Rena Bianca beach with clear turquoise water, as well as close to Santa Theresa Gallura town with many restaurants, stores & amazing gelaterias. Staff was great, especially everyone at reception & Max from bar/restaurant. Pool clean & beautiful, big rooftop terrace (solarium) for chilling in the evenings, everything was great! Hotel helped us with transfer to & from airport, as well to the port for out boat tour, booked a tour for us to la Maddalena island, which was amazing, you can even loan umbrella & beach towels at reception for that tour. Great service!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und der Aufenthalt war okay; super Lage, schöner Pool, freundlicher Empfang und jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und Ausstattung eher basic; die wenigen Liegen am Pool waren schnell belegt und das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich (Kaffee aus einem Automaten und viel abgepacktes Essen); Für den recht hohen Preis Erwartung an Preis-/Leistung nicht erfüllt (ist aber leider ein generelles Thema für Juli in Sardinien)

Ottima accoglienza e cura per i dettagli. Il personale e' preparato ed educato. Ho notato molta.attenzione nei confronti dei piccoli ospiti che vengono messi a loro agio con pazienza e premura. Ottimo il servizio in spiaggia e l'assistenza dei bagnini. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi compresa una comoda doccia con spogliatoio.

Affirmer que cet établissement est un hôtel 4 étoiles relève soit de la plaisanterie, soit de la tromperie. À 250 € la nuit pour une chambre standard dite “économique” avec vue sur le parking, proposer un tel niveau de prestation est tout simplement incompréhensible. La chambre est clairement d’un autre temps, avec un mobilier vieillissant qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de rénovation. La salle de bain est dans le même état, sans aucun effort de modernisation ni de confort. On est très loin des standards actuels attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Je voyage régulièrement et je constate rarement un tel décalage entre le prix affiché et la réalité sur place. Ici, tout semble figé dans le passé, comme si l’établissement n’avait jamais été remis au goût du jour. On a vraiment l’impression que l’hôtel profite de l’afflux touristique pour maintenir des tarifs élevés sans se remettre en question. Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement mauvais. À ce niveau de prix, on est en droit d’attendre bien mieux. Ici, c’est une vraie déception. Je parle pas du petit déjeuner bas de gamme

Pulizia ottima ovunque. Vicino alla spiaggia e al centro del paese con tutti i servizi che si possano desiderare. Super consigliato: ci torneremo di sicuro!!!

Staff ..molto professionale gentile e pronti a soddisfare le richieste dell cliente. Il buffet ben servito. La posizione si trova a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro.

Si rischia di non trovare sdraia in piscina per il spazio non tanto grande. Avrebbe bisogno di un leggero restauro moderno nella hall. La hall è il primo contatto con l'albergo un vero e propio biglietto da visita che definisce lo stile e atmosfera.Il costo aggiuntivo dell l'ombrellone in spiaggia non dovrebbe esserci o almeno piu basso.

- персонал очень старается, очень дружелюбный - ну в целом расположение неплохое, хотя как по мне лучше дальше от пляжа и без всех недостатков за меньшие деньги, не стоит расположение того.

- нас поселили в номер в видом на стену и проход около нее по которому видимо возят все тележки с грязным бельем, может мусором - грохот такой ужасный что Спать просто невозможно . И вид на эту страшную стену , соотвественно почти никакого естественного света , тем более мы должны были держать шторы закрытыми чтобы гости и персонал которые ходят по этому проходу не смотрели нам в номер - вай фай НЕ РАБОТАЛ у нас в номере . Окей. Есть мобильный интернет, но даже его сигнал не доходил и мы не могли даже купить себе билеты на обратный путь. Были очень расстроены - заявленная двуспальная кровать - это два односпальных матраса которые сдвинули к себе , когда вы с партнером будете спать по центру в обнимку - они разъедутся. Ужасно неудобно - я готова была бы со всем этим мириться если бы не заоблачная цена отеля , мы очень много путешествовали и по миру, и по Италии , и по сардинии. И могу сказать что за такие деньги мы еще ни разу не получали настолько несоответствующего отеля. Были очень расстроены и разочарованы что взяли аж 2 ночи, просто выброшенные деньги . К слову потому при путешествии по сардинии мы останавливались в отеле который кто-то в ТРИ раза меньше , и все было сильно лучше . Ставлю 6 а не 3 только потому что персонал правда старался и был дружелюбным

Bra frukost och nära stranden och den lilla byn. Gångavstånd till restauranger och butiker. Fantastisk personal, sköna sängar och gratis parkering. Väldigt vacker miljö och kristallklart vatten på stranden. Vi var här i 10 dagar och skulle säga att det var lite för länge. Man utforskar staden och restaurangerna fort då det är ganska litet.

Inga jättestora grejer men det som drar ner betyget är att wifi- uppkopplingen är väldigt dålig och strömmen gick flera gånger om dagen de första dagarna av vår vistelse. Det mest lyhörda hotellet jag bott på. Man hörde allt från intilliggande rum och korridoren. Det som drar ned betyget mest är att poolen är STÄNGD 12.30 - 14.30 varje dag, mycket oklart och väldigt konstigt. Det finns även endast 3 parasoll vid poolområdet som snabbt blev upptagna. Vill man vara säker på parasoll ingår det med solstolar på stranden, men som måste förbokas och kostar 50€/dag. Kan vara bra att veta om man reser med barn. Avloppet i duschen hade väldigt långsam avrinning och översvämmade badrummet när man duschade.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, warm, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our holiday even more special. The hotel itself was absolutely immaculate. Every area was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible stay. The location and surroundings were simply stunning – one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We felt completely relaxed throughout our stay and made memories that we’ll cherish forever. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so unforgettable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia, and we can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel steps from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice pool to relax by. Good breakfast with many choices. Hotel is decorated in a beach vibe with aqua blue prevalent in much of the decor giving a very pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of free parking. What really stood out was how spotless the rooms, the pool and the rest of the hotel was. The beach is close by but it is 50 Euro to reserve a spot with two lounge chairs and an umbrella. The hotel contacted us ahead of our arrival to let us know we could reserve with them to ensure we would have a spot. This was greatly appreciated as we really loved our day at the beach. Highly recommended!

It was not an issue for us, but just be aware if you want to walk to the town you must go up a very steep hill.

The location is perfect and the staff was super helpful. They helped to plan my days and beaches nearby to visit during windy days. When I said I was going to checkout around 2am, the owner prepared a ready to go breakfast bag for me and my family. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all levels. Highly recommended. The beach is absolutely lovely!

Breakfast finishes at 9h30 and I wish I had 30 more minutes.

Great location, couple of minutes walk to beach and 5 mins to town centre and restaurants. Room is lovely size with large bathroom and upgraded to a to a room with balcony. All Staff at reception were extremely friendly and happy, always there to help. Restaurant/ bar staff also very helpful and friendly.
