Els futons suplementaris eren com una funda nòrdica, no ben bé un futón. Era com dormir al terra directament. Les aigües termals i saunes són de pagament, i això no ho deia quan vaig fer la reserva.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026예약시 조식이 포함된 줄 알았는데 누락이 되어 있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 취소 후 새로 하려고 해도 그게 쉽지 않아서 그 부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 당초에는 더 많이 사용하려고 계획했지만...그런 불편함으로 인해 빨리 체크 아웃 하게 되었고, 시내 나와서 식사 및 관광하게 되었습니다. 근무자 한 분 한 분이 자신이 호텔 사장이라는 마인드로 찾아온 사람들이 지출을 많이 할 수 있는 방법으로 할 수 있으면 더 좋았을 텐데...라는 마음이 들었습니다. 전화로 독촉을 했을 때 마지막으로 처리해 주신 남자 직원은 친절하게 잘 해 주었습니다.
사용한 카드 청구가 매입 처리가 늦어져서 너무 힘들었습니다. 현지 주소를 갖고 있었는데 할인이 숙소용으로만 해 주어서...조금 아쉬웠음. 신분증이 숙소에 있어서...그렇다면 일단 한사람은 숙소용으로 할인해 주고, 한사람은 현지인으로 해 주고 사용후 신분증 갖다 주면 좋겠다고 안내해 주면 좋았을텐데...내가 영업사원이었다면 그렇게 하지 않을 것 같았읍니다. 온천은 너무 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026It's quiet and the view was pretty good. Room was as expected. With a larger group, hanging things might have been a little tricky. With a car, the location is fairly nice, with cafes and places to eat nearby, although it is of course small-town Korea
The games facilities were closed outside of the weekend for some reason, which was disappointing. Without a car you would be quite stuck going anywhere but Juwangsan. The sauna was good but it felt a bit off having to pay so much.

The quality of food at the lobby restaurant was suboptimal; I admire the extreme creativity of using an apple as a pizza topping, but the taste was a bit disappointing. The pizza could've tasted better with Asiago or Parmesan. It's also very weird for a hotel to indicate that newly requested towels would cost 50 cents each. Just charge more for the room and avoid setting a weird narrative; I didn't personally need any additional towels because the hotel provided plenty to begin with, but it's quite funny and awkward for a hotel to disclose this kind of extra charge policy.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Rooms are clean and have a great view over the nearest forest. Towels and toiletries are provided. The only thing is that drinking water is not supplied, but maybe tap water is safe, we don’t know, didn’t ask. And no tea/coffee provided as in many hotels. Hot springs are in the same building and also convenience store is there, it’s very useful We were there in October, there were minimum number of people, it was like a ghost hotel:) To get to juwangsan national park you can catch a free bus nearby. To get to the hotel we used a taxi from Bunam (buses do exist, but like 3 times a day). To get out we used a bus to Cheongsong, timetable is kakaomaps was accurate.
Breakfast is expensive (70000 Korean won paid for 2 people), although it’s various and have a good quality food. Also for hot springs usage you need to pay on top, but it’s relatively inexpensive (32000 for 2 people). Hotel stuff is welcoming, although there is a bit of communication problem if you’re an English speaker.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025소노벨 청송 자주 가는 숙소입니다. 이전 회사에서 휴양소 신청이 되서 자주 갔는데, 지금 회사는 휴양소 추첨 방식이라 당첨이 쉽지 않네요. 솔샘온천과 주왕산은 언제 가도 기대 이상입니다.
가끔 이부자리에 머리카락이 있습니다. 요점 신경써주셨으면 합니다.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025주왕산 등산 후 묵기에 최고의 숙소라고 생각해요 주왕산 밑에서 맛없는 산채비빔밥에 실망했는데 1층 파티오에서 먹은 저녁식사덕에 행복했어요 게다가 온천 패키지에 들어있는 식음료 20%할인쿠폰덕에 저렴하게 먹어서 더 기분 좋았구요 온천도 너무너무 좋더라구요 객실도 널찍하고 깨끗해서 꿀잠 잤습니다 행복한 스테이였어요 다음에 또 가고싶어요

Reviewed Dec 26, 2024주왕산 여행하기에는 최고의 위치였어요 주변에 식당 시설이 별로 없어서 좀 심심했지만 리조트 식사가 괜찮아서 편했습니다. 안동 여행을 함께 했는데 안동에는 볼거리도 많고 시장에 식당에 넘쳐나더라구요 청송+안동 여행하시면 딱일곳이라 생각됩니다. 조금 아쉬운 점은 지하주차장이 있었다면...과 완속 충전기 기계가 너무 부족하고 오랫동안 빼지 않고 얌체주차 하시는 분들 더 과금되었으면 좋겠어요

Reviewed Oct 9, 2024숙소 자체는 청결하고 정리도 잘 된 느낌입니다. 다만 전체적인 서비스 수준은 다소 떨어지는 듯 합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원들의 말투, 표정 지하 게임존의 사장님 응대 태도는 대명계열의 호텔(리조트)와는 다소 격이 좀 떨어지지 않나 싶습니다. 조식 부페 음식의 수준도 리조트 직영이 아닌듯 하고 음식 맛도 쏘쏘 합니다. 소노벨이라는 이름을 보고 예약해서 갔으나 객실을 제외한 전반적인 부대시설은 조금은 실망스러웠습니다.
