We were briefed during check-in that breakfast would be served until 10:00 AM. So, I went down for breakfast at around 8:50 AM, expecting the crowd to be less busy—and indeed, the breakfast area was already relatively quiet. Unfortunately, almost all of the food counters were already empty, and there was no one from the F&B team checking or replenishing the food. I eventually had to approach two staff members managing the guest list at the entrance, who had been talking to each other for almost 10 minutes, and ask why nobody was checking the food counters or informing the F&B team to replenish the food. The response I received was extremely frustrating: “Yes sir, banyak dah habis.” Seriously? Guests should not have to approach the staff and ask for food to be replenished. The F&B team should be actively monitoring the buffet counters and topping up the food whenever necessary, especially when breakfast is officially served until 10:00 AM. At around 9:10 AM and 9:15 AM, one large family and a group of girls also came down for breakfast. They appeared to be asking the staff why the food had not been replenished, which clearly showed that I was not the only guest who noticed or was affected by the situation. I honestly don’t mind if the food selection is average. But having almost everything finished at 8:50 AM, with no apparent effort to replenish the counters, is simply unacceptable. This was a very disappointing breakfast experience and definitely not worth what I paid for the stay. WORST!

The highlight of the stay was definitely the sea view. The sea is literally right in front of the room, just open the sliding door and you get a beautiful, wide-open view. Other than that, the experience was quite dissapointing.

Breakfast was very limited, especially for RM55 per adult. The only main dishes were nasi lemak, mee goreng and chicken curry, alongside toast, waffles and sunny-side-up eggs (no scrambled eggs or other egg options). The nasi lemak and mee goreng were too salty, the chicken curry had undercooked chicken, and the porridge and bread weren’t refilled once they ran out. For RM55 per person, I expected much better variety and quality. The café dine-in and room service were also closed during our stay because the resort was catering to a group of tourists. Understandable from the resort’s side, but it felt unfair to other guests, especially since there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so we had to wait and look for alternatives. The iron/ironing board can only be used for 30 minutes and need to be returned.

The breakfast menu is vast! Wish i could fit them all, but my stomach was about to burst.

Check in at 3pm but queing for 1 hour for register. The process took so much time.Wait again for another 1 and 1/2 hour to get our room ready. Already tired but have to wait with all my son cried want to jump to the pool. So stress with that

- Sliding door susah nak buka. - lampu luar mula mula boleh tutup, lepas buka balik tak boleh tutup. Asyik terbuka je - satu lampu dalam tandas berkelip, sakit mata - tolong check, lap dan keringkan bawah dulang tepi sinki tempat letak shampoo, conditioner, bath gel dan ubat gigi tu. Bila angkat bau seolah tak pernah cuci bawah dulang tu - air bertakung tempat mandi, bila mandi je air bertakung - gatal sikit, sebab ada serangga lalat kecik atas katil gigit macam nyamuk gigit - waktu kami bercuti ada majlis kahwin orang india, menyebabkan terganggu pemandangan kami - tandas di lobby berbau busuk - Internet kejap okay kejap tak okay - line internet kurang elok

Very nice place and convenience place for healing and relaxation. Will come again next time.

View pantai yang Cantik

Minta check in awal dia ckp tak boleh , its okay , saya faham , salah saya sampai awal . Check in pukul 3 , bilik tak ready, minta tunggu 20 minit . Lepas tu pegi tanya lagi , bilik xready lagi , suruh datang pukul 4 pulak . Pukul 4 dorang bagi bilik , tapi bukan bilik yang sepatutnya saya dapat . Its okay , saya terima , tapi bila masuk yang dapat tu , bilik kotor , berpasir , lantai ada air . Dekat coridor pun kotor juga .

The only thing I like about the stay was the breakfast.. Other than that, the hygiene level has been disappointing.

The bedsheet, blanket and headrest were all super dirty. We can clearly see the stains and marks. Just one night, I have been having rash skins all over my uncovered area of my body (legs, neck, etc.). Other than the hygiene issues, the 'KELUAR' light is literally on top of the door and it just make it impossible for us to fall asleep.

Staff yang mesra dan membantu. Hotel dekat dengan pantai. Access ke pantai 24jam dan boleh buat bbq di pantai.

Katil like a katil lama ada bed bugs. Pantai tiada kebersihan dan sangat banyak sand fly(agas). Hotel tidak aware ke pelanggan berkenaan sand fly. My son have go to clinic after get many bites from sand fly. Please hotel management for inform in person about your beach have sand fly.

Pool small. Breakfast is normal.

Affordable and location is convenient

Staff could have been a bit more proactive and work diligently. I saw dirty utensils left outside a room which was not cleared from the night before until the next evening. Things like this may attract insects and maybe even rats. Hygiene should be the top priority of any hotel.

Front beach

Beside campsite. At night so much noise, karaoke and all. My kids cant sleep well. Have fireworks / firecracker till late night eventhough no festive season. The beach not well maintain. Lots of trash. Its private beach. The management should keep the beach clean.

The room. Super cozy. My 5mo baby love it so much. She got so much energy when we put her on the bed. I guess the bed was super soft that able to make her very active. 2. Your ala carte food is so cheap tho! And the portion is for 2 people for 1 price WHATTTT love it! Nasi goreng kampung and fish & chip is damn good.

Prefer if you could change the mini bar to the mini fridge instead. It's easier for us mum who needed to store ice blocks for our breastmilk. 2. Your tomyam is no good haha sorry. It tasted so weird maybe because there is broccoli in tomyam. Cauliflower is fine but I never saw someone put broccoli in tomyam. But RM15 for SEAFOOD TOMYAM that have 7pcs of big prawn and some squid too. Wowww that's a good price. 3. Hoping for more variety of breakfast menu.

Located on the beach.

There is constant dripping of water from the roof, on the outside of the building, and into the carpark. The noise of this dripping can be heard from some rooms (especially while raining)
