Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The swimming pool is the best! 👍 Very suitable for children, not too deep suitable for all ages, adults can still swim together in one pool and children can play safely while having fun in both pools. 🥰💦
The swimming pool is really great and very suitable for children. I just ask that the hotel pay attention to the safety aspect—the rotten wooden deck needs to be repaired, while the mossy and slippery shower area can cause senior citizens and children to slip. I hope it can be fixed soon for everyone's safety. 🙏

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026因为家人生病流感,然后超过了免费取消的时限~打电话给客服询问可否改期入住~毫不犹豫的直接准许了~为客服的办事效率点赞~当天到酒店前台时服务人员态度也超好,很亲切热情~入住和退房都很快~不需要等待太久~还有冷气够冷~床好睡~不会痒~整洁方便是不错的~就是蚂蚁太多~
蚂蚁太多了~桌子上,墙壁上~床上~到处都是~还有那天去的时候是下雨天~鞋子上都是泥~还有很多蚊子🥲附近人烟稀少~要开车到几公里外才能找到吃的~房间的窗帘无法完全遮盖隐私~热水壶里都是咖啡渍(没洗过的感觉)

Reviewed May 29, 2026The location was easy to find, thanks to the billboard facing the roadside. Staffs were all friendly and trained. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Nice view by the lake, despite an ongoing construction.
The pillows shld be changed to make it more comfortable. Plus the TV channels transmission weren't not stable. Other than that all is good.

As for the breakfast, there were not much choices, it was not buffet, but 3 differents menu, nasi lemak, kuew teow n big breakfast (western) with fruits n cake... ok... As I am travelling for work, I like the spacious desk...

Only have 1 mirror at toilet. Should put 1 more mirror in the room. Got cigarettes smell when we first enter the room. Might be from previous guest. Hate it. Squeaky sound from the bed.

Everything. From the start towards the end. I booked 5 rooms and requested to have our rooms beside each other so that its easy for our children to move to their cousin’s room. I also came early and requested for rooms by the pool so it will be easy for the kids. I also requested for first floor room as we have small kids. I mentioned that our parents cant walk far, hence i requested rooms that were near to all the facilities. None of my requests were entertained, we waited 45 mins prior to check in time just to be told there were people booked the rooms by the pool one year ago. I thought its first come first serve basis? And the fact that we were given rooms thats not beside each other but the rooms besides us were vacant? So whats the point of putting us far from each other? And the breakfast were bad, they were just cheapskate for not giving us choices of breakfast. The pool were terrible, it was super dirty. What else? The pathway at night were super dark. Please do better for 3 star resort.
