The best place I’ve been to in a long time their breakfast was delicious well displayed. Upon arrival my bags were collected from the car and taken to my room without me asking and totally unexpected

Our room overlooked the ocean. It was so beautifully decorated and well-equipped with many thoughtful extras. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Ein wunderschönes Guesthouse direkt am Meer, traumhafte Lage. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dunes was set up perfect for traveling the west coast . All utilities was available to ensure a comfortable stay .

The attention to detail at this guest house is fantastic. The proximity of our room to the beach and the access from our room to the beach was great. Beverages can be enjoyed with a koeksister at the guest lounge. The view of the sea from where breakfast is served is beautiful. Will definitely visit again.

The close proximity and access to the beach. Lovely ocean views especially from the Mist room and dining/bar area.

The honesty bar was limited in the selection of drinks and that i couldn’t get cocktails. Breakfast could’ve better.

This was my second stay at this location and it was absolutely worth it. The property, location, food and staff cannot be commended enough.

Kwandoand Lindie were amazing. Rooms have attention to detail and creature comforts.soaps, shampoos etc top range. Don't have to use your own. Right on the beach. Stunning sunsets. Breakfasts beautifully presented. Perfect stay.

Prachtig verblijf in charmant dorpje met kamer met uitzicht op het strand. Mooi ruime kamer. Verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Dorpje met leuke restaurantjes en bars.

Ze sturen ons een bericht voor de beauty-salon en dan was er 15 minuten later geen plaats meer tijdens ons verblijf. Dus best eerst checken of er plaats is voor je bericht stuurt en ook de zin creëert bij jouw gasten.

Het ontbijt was lekker en het uitzicht op het strand, tijdens het ontbijt, was heel fijn.

I absolutely fell in love with Paternoster. The accommodation was beautiful, with rooms that opened to breathtaking morning views and unforgettable sunsets. The food was fresh and delicious, and the aesthetics of the property created a perfect balance of comfort and charm including the massage I received which was deeply relaxing, adding to the sense of peace. Most importantly,the STAFF. I mean from reception to housekeeping, warm, attentive, and kind. This combination of scenery, service, and atmosphere made my stay truly special. I will be back!

Absolutely nothing.

I liked everything about the guest house, from the location, views, great breakfast and easy access to the beach from the Boulders room. The room was so much bigger, comfortable and beautiful.

The property was very nice! Located right on the beach and the walking distance to waterfront (5 min or less). Room was spacious and clean and common areas were well thought out and nice! Breakfast was very good and had snacks out throughout the day/night!

The breakfast room overlooks the sea and a beautiful beach that is just a walk away! Our room, Boulders was at the back but we still had a sea view from the bedroom and it came with a lounge and a well kitted bathroom.

Die direkte Lage am Strand. Nettes Personal, es wurde vorab ein Tisch im Restaurant für den ersten Abend reserviert, sehr aufmerksam. Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Kein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse des Zimmers ab Mittag, daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Die Teppiche in den Zimmern sollten entfernt bzw. ausgetauscht werden, der Fußboden wäre auch ohne schön.

The entire stay was a dream. Check in was welcoming, showed us our room and the facilities. The room was very clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend you stay in the Mist room as it is more private than the lower level as people also staying in PDBG can walk past your room from the beach. Amazing breakfast every morning and every day was different. To our surprise there was cake and coffee everyday put out a help yourself we really enjoyed that extra treat. The staff were respectful, very sweet and helpful. I cannot fault anything!

Beautiful, peaceful guesthouse with stunning sea views. My room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing - truly something special. I would also recommend the spa treatments! Another highlight was the easy access to a lovely beach for walks and (cold!) swims.

Superbly located .... I fell in love with the world's quaintest village , and the world's most beautiful hotel manageress , all within 24 hours of arrival !!🤣

The location was idyllic. The breakfast was superb with exceptional attention to detail.

The guesthouse had a slightly impersonal feel with relatively little input/information from the host, although the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Good breakfast, different each day. Large relaxing area upstairs, with coffee and tea, afternoon tea - with a wonderful relaxing view of the beach and ocean.

Das Guesthouse has a wunderschöne Lage und die Leute sind unglaublich freundlich und Kompetent. Wir haben uns so gut gefühlt. Zimmer "Salt" mit Terrasse direkt in den Dünen. Jederzeit wieder.

Paternoster Dunes Boutique Guesthouse offers a wonderfully warm welcome, with Lindie and her team greeting guests with genuine smiles and heartfelt hospitality. Perfectly situated right on the beach, the guesthouse enjoys a stunning seaside setting and is just a short walk from the Paternoster Waterfront. Breakfast is an absolute highlight and comes highly recommended. This is a place I would happily return to.

The location was unbelievable. The staff was friendly and helpful . The massages were brilliant .

The breakfast was not up to standard. No choice was given...everyone got the same for the morning. Although tasty but very little for the bigger person. No cold meats section( except 3 slices of salami the one morning)Coffee was not very tasty for the coffee connoisseur. Invest in a expensive barista machine! It's really felt like a budget cutting exercise. Not good enough gor your rating and your rates. Your rooms needs decent lounge chairs or a lounge chair. With such a view!!!! We travel all over the world. Last year for example we did a 21 day road trip through Ireland. We stopped in Westport in a hotel with a mere 3 star rating. But the excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms made that hotel a highlight......

such a comfortable place oozing with owners personal touches not to mention a delicious breakfast. we were able to use the umbrella and beach chairs.

Overlooks beach & stunning sunsets !

The breakfast was exceptional and the afternoon cakes a bonus. We really liked the fact that the general dining area remained available throughout the night, the bar being a "honesty bar" is convenient as you can help yourself and write up what you had, so there is no fuss or waiting for someone to assist you. The cake of the afternoon remains available through the evening which was a delicious treat after dinner especially for my son.

Mooi en sfeervol guesthouse met super service. Wij sliepen in room Salt, een kamer met uitzicht over de zee. Lekker op bedje liggen met glaasje wijn tijdens de sunset. In de ruimte boven, waar ook het heerlijke ontbijt wordt geserveerd, kun je eigen drankjes pakken/maken in de bar en noteren op een vel per dag. Van glaasje wijn, bier, fris tot gin tonic. Zelfs limoentje ligt klaar om te snijden. Verder kunt jezelf ook laten verwennen met een lekkere massage. Die was echt top👍🏻 Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij Dunes.

Unfortunately we had a room on the outside of the property which had very steep stairs which didn’t suit my husband as he has a disability.

The best possible position one could dream about! The design of the guests house makes you feel relaxed. All the details added to the property creat harmony and peace!!! I got everything I needed! 5 o’clock tea and breakfasts are amazing!!! Definitely come back!

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und Zugang zum Strand. Sehr feines abwechslungsreiche Frühstück mit fantastischem Ausblick aufs Meer.
