Best Western Plus Hotel Fino Osaka Kitahama

Clean rooms. Amazing room set up. Friendly staff. English speaking staff members.

Love everything.

The location was excellent so close to Kitahama Station and the lovely park and river. It was easy to find and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Had umbrellas you could borrow!

Quite corporate but that's to be expected.

Stanza silenziosa e letto comodissimo

Laundry facilities should improve more. Not enough machines for guests.

I wasn't expecting much as I booked cheap basic accomodation. The room was as advertised, clean and comfortable. I had everything I could need. There was no funny business about trying to trick us into one room that you can get. The staff were most helpful and overlooked a foolish mistake I had made Location wise it's central enough that the local train line takes you straight to Kyoto and a station for the main lines on Osaka is just a 10 mins walk away. With that said there didn't seem to be much in terms of landmarks nearby but there's plenty of places to eat and drink and immerse yourself in Osaka.

There's nothing for me to write about disliking the hotel. Again if you're looking for cheap convenient and comfortable you won't be disappointed.

Location is best, if you have small baggage you can use exit 3(stairs), if you have heavy or big baggage, use exit 4(elevator) of Kitahama station, the hotel is just 1 block away. The room is big enought for 31" baggage!, bathroom is also big enough to change clothes without banging the wall. Actually I don't wanna tell enyone how good here is, just wanna keep for myself but it's not good for the hotel. Hehe. I will stay there again for sure.

Nothing

Si volviera a Osaka volveria a alojarme aqui.

Very comfortable stay for business trip too

Nothing

Very clean, great location, very close to the train station, great and kind staff, nice amenities , and what a fantastic price!

The smell of the hallway and room was unpleasant

A solid choice for an Osaka stay: cheap, functionnal, in a good, quiet neighborood, and walking distance from the metro and popular night spots. You can't go wrong staying here.

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, the room was very clean and the AC was very effective. Also, the location is very good, it is very easy to travel around Osaka and to other surrounding cities.

For a short stay it was perfect

Great location with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops around. Very convenient for getting around and finding everything you need. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. The cleaners did not empty the bins and only replaced towels when the dirty ones were left outside in a blue bag. Even with eco cleaning, we expected the bins to be emptied as a basic part of housekeeping. The laundry service was also very expensive — around double the price compared with other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

First of all, the room was extremely unclean. There were numerous dark, stubborn stains everywhere, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff, they claimed this was normal and that their rooms were supposed to look like this. I have stayed in countless hotels, and I have never encountered a room in such a dirty condition. Secondly, the service was disappointing. The staff had poor attitudes and showed little enthusiasm for their work. When I checked‑in, the bathroom was still covered in water stains and damp, clearly not properly cleaned. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

The staff here are really nice and helpful. The location is great, subway station is nearby The room is clean

The room has poor sound insulation,I could hear people in the room next to me laughing and talking until 12pm

clean rooms , not spacious but kind staff and the receptionists were all fluent in english

We had an emergency where we needed a pc but there werent any available for guests and the staff kindly rejected us using the frontdesk ones , but its very understandable and hardly a complaint

Friendly staff, good location.

But they don’t offer daily cleaning and make up of the room.

Everything: room, staff and breakfast

Great location, close to major transit and commercial centres.

price and location

complimentary coffee machine at the front desk did not work throughout our stay; when checking in, the receptionist told us that we had cancelled our reservation, which, some minutes of searching by him, was a mstake, but that already scared us a lot

Very clean, brand new and very good location, the staff speak English very good

Anything

Clean and nice room. I recommend for every person visiting Osaka for tourism or holiday

I like everything about them

Location, installations, staff always kind, smiling

That you have no ice maker and microwave available

La ubicación y las instalaciones

Desayuno un poco caro

Everything was great , just near gat no 3 , kitahama railway near every thing

Great location, subway just 1 min walk away

Perfect hotel

We didn't get a double bed... all the rest was perfect

Tantissimo

Nulla

The hotel is great located next to kombinis and a metro gate which is always super useful. The staff was super great, with so much hospitality that was the Best we had in japan in our 27 days trip. We due a problem needed to check-out a day before our last night and we had still 40 timer to wait on a dryer (due to our mistake we placed more money) when we told the staff that they spared no effort to try to get our clothes before, which they did!! So the experience and stay was amazing due to the great staff and hotel.

Nothing to note here. All was great

Yeri güzel, lobi geniş. Odamız fena değildi.

Super lokalizacja oraz obsługa!

WiFi praktycznie nie działało

Quarto amplo, confortavel, tudo novinho!

Very clean, modern, excellent service

Nice rooms, lovely staff, very clean.

Very clean and tidy. The rooms are a bit small for 2 adults and one child but very comfortable. I definitely will come again!

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. The rooms were great—very comfortable and definitely spacious enough by European standards. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options!

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect during our stay!

Bon emplacement et bonnes prestations

Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Large room, comfortable bed

They offer no water in the room ( because, I assume, of the vending machine they have in your floor. But i would appreciate water at least for the first day.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very well situated and was worth every penny.

Not much

Extremely close to a train station, really good cafe/bakery and family mart. The staff took our luggage to our room once it was ready and there was a free water station so you don't have to buy water. There are two laundry machines available and you can pay using an app rather than coins which shows you how long is left on the machine. We had a room with three huge windows looking out to the street but i'm not sure how much view any other room would've got so don't expect much view.

The staff were not flexible with an early check in even if your room is available, it would cost a significant amount even for an extra hour. No smart TV or casting available. No umbrellas for guests and breakfast was very expensive.

location was good, clean rooms

little cramped with less spacious rooms

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very clean throughout the hotel

Nothing.

Convenient location and rooms are good square footage considering other comparable locations.
