Very poor breakfast with a very limited choice of items. I booked a room for 2 adults and a 10 year old child and wasn't provided with a bed for the child. All 3 of us had to share a double bed 150cm wide!

Overall, our stay was a good and fairly standard experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it was located directly in front of the elevator, which made it a bit noisy at times and was slightly inconvenient. The room lighting was also a little difficult to manage, as it was not always intuitive to find the right settings. That being said, everything was generally fine, and we had a good experience overall.

Zimmer sind zwar klein aber gemütlich, zudem sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Liegt direkt neben einer U Bahnstation.

Mikrowelle hat leider nicht richtig erwärmt, jedoch ist direkt gegenüber ein 7 Eleven wo man das Essen erwähnen konnte.

Замечательное отношение цены качества, близко к метро. Каждый день выдают расчески, зубные щетки и пасты и кучу всякого для ванны. Есть душевая и ванна.

Не хватало куда складывать вещи, есть одна полка для вещей и 6 плечиков.

Je mocht elke dag een gratis flesje water pakken, echt heel fijn. De badkamer was geweldig.

Je moet betalen voor de wasmachines. Housekeeping heeft aan mijn koffers gezeten, ze lagen open op de kamer en toen we terug kwamen waren ze dichtgeklapt, zo zijn er dingen die ik netjes wilde houden (souvenirs) gekreukeld. Wifi was traag.

Locație bună , magazine și restaurante in zona, personalul foarte drăguț, micul dejun bufet suedez cu mâncare pentru toate gusturile, camere spațioase, curate, am primit pijamale in fiecare zi, periuțe și paste de dinți zilnic, papuci, îți împrumută umbrele in zilele cu ploaie

北浜駅から近く、雨続きのなかでもほとんど濡れずに移動できました。スタッフの皆さんの挨拶が気持ちよく、傘や宅配の依頼なども事細かに対応していただけました。

朝ごはんの口コミが低かったのですが、改善されたかな?という期待を込めて朝食付きプランにしました。でも改善する予定はないようで、3日間ほぼ同じ。品数が少ないのならせめて質をと思うのですが、パンもパサパサ、バターではなく給食で出てくるようなマーガリン、ポテトのポタージュはダマになっていて、この価格で極めて残念なレベルでした。 また他のホテルでは当たり前のようにあるベッド上の読書灯、洗面所に脱いだパジャマや濡れたバスタオルとちょこっと掛けておけるフックもなく、不便に感じることが多々ありました。

The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and really went above and beyond with their customer service

I thought the breakfast options could’ve been better. There was no fresh fruit, the scrambled eggs were extremely runny and when I asked if I could get some cooked a little longer they weren’t able to accommodate.

接客も丁寧で1泊でしたがとても快適に過ごせました！チェックアウト日の朝方に体調を崩してしまいチェックアウト時間に出られそうにないことをスタッフの方に伝えるととても優しく対応してくださり、チェックアウトの時には「お身体は大丈夫ですか？」と声をかけてくださりました。とても気遣いが行き届いていた感じでした！本当にありがとうございました。

La habitación era amplia y de todos los hoteles en los que estuvimos, éste tenía el baño más amplio y cómodo para ducharse. Tiene varias estaciones de metro por los alrededores. Tienen la opción de hacer el check out más tarde (hasta las 2 p.m bajo coste), y a nosotros eso nos facilitó bastante el último día.

Jeg kunne virkelig godt lide personalet, altid søde og hilsende. Der blev gjort rent på værelset hver dag, hvilket også var rart, når man kom hjem træt og svedig. Der var gratis vand, som man kunne tage i receptionen, hvilket var dejligt når man skulle ud. Hotellet var roligt, god placering og nemt at kommer til alle steder fra placeringen. Der er barberblad, tandbørste, the/kaffe, hårbørste, håndklæder og hårtørrere på værelset, som var virkelig fint. Vil anbefale alle dette hotel.

Ich finde es schade, dass das Konzept des Frühstücks geändert wurde. Vor 2 Jahren war ich das erste Mal hier und da war es noch ein schön sorgfältig gestaltetes japanisches Frühstück. Jetzt ist es leider ein Buffet.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Koffer-Transfer wurde durch die Mitarbeiterin sogar ein näherer Service Point gefunden als Google Maps es getan hat.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The housekeeping took care of it everyday and clean bed-ware everyday was great. The laundry room was available most of the time. The location is very good for a couple of days of sightseeing stay.

The breakfast might have offered more and a variety of options but overall it was still very good.

Pequeno almoço fraco, e com pouca variedade. Falta o básico como fruta, por exemplo. Embora a limpeza estivesse ok à primeira vista, várias peças decorativas do quarto e grelha de AC tinham bastante pó acumulado.

El cuarto es más parecido a un cuarto de hotel europeo/americano, con mucho más espacio, tenía un gran baño con ducha y una buena bañera. Está bien ubicado y tiene una gran relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

Amplitud de las habitaciones

Camera abbastanza spaziosa per essere in Giappone, era molto silenziosa nonostante fosse al primo piano e con un sacco di oggetti comodi per il nostro soggiorno(compresi pigiami, spazzolini e dentifricio, spazzole, rasoi), staff cordiale, check in e check out facili e veloci, bagno molto bello, letto piccolo ma confortevole, cuscini comodi. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma sarebbero venuti ogni giorno a pulirci la camera, cosa non scontata, e anche non usufruendo del servizio di pulizia ci lasciavano ogni giorno fuori dalla porta un sacchetto con asciugamani puliti, ecc. Zona top: di fianco c’era la metro che portava in centro in 10 minuti, e proprio di fronte all’albergo c’era un 7 eleven molto comodo.

Eravamo in una camera fumatori (prenotata perché costava meno), e nel corridoio (ma anche in camera appena arrivati) c’era un fortissimo odore di fumo, ma c’era da aspettarselo. Nella camera tuttavia era disponibile uno spray deodorante per ambienti molto funzionale.

A localização extremamente próxima do metro facilitou todo o nosso trabalho na cidade e na mudança para Kyoto pela Keihan Main Line.

O quarto em que estavamos tinha o espaço um pouco limitado para manusear malas de porão grandes e não tinha grande espaço para arrumação das roupas.

Que es deixi reservar una habitació amb un llit de matrimoni per dormir-hi tres. Molt incomode. No s'hi cap. No posen llits supletoris. Personal antipàtic per trobar una sol.lució quan la culpa no es nostra ja que amb unes fotos no es pot entendre que no hi haurà prou lloc.

Hotel byl velmi čistý, pokoje dostatečně velké, uklizené a voňavé. Kosmetické přípravky v koupelně byly perfektní. Hotel je situován v bezprostřední blízkosti metra a obchodů s potravinami i s možností posezení u obchodu a konzumace zakoupeného jídla a nápojů.

Chtělo by to zlepšit snídaně. Nebyl problém se dostatečně najíst, ale chyběla možnost lehčích jídel. Každý den bylo to samé, povětšinou smažené. Ovoce chybělo úplně. Je to veliká škoda, neboť hotel je jinak perfektní.

The staff was excellent, always with smiles and happy greetings. Very professional, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were excellent clean and the ensuite was very well laid out. Very good location.

Possibilità di scegliere camere per fumatori, abbastanza arieggiata ma purtroppo non si possono aprire le finestre (come spesso accade in Giappone) quindi l'aspiratore fa quello che può. Camera grande per gli standard e bottigliette d'acqua sempre disponibili per gli ospiti. Di fronte, una farmacia e un Lawson sempre aperto che permette di comprare colazioni e cene dell'ultimo momento. La fermata più vicina è a 5 minuti, quella diretta per la stazione a 10 di strada pianeggiante.

Aerazione del piano fumatori migliorabile.

Appena arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato. La camera era bella spaziosa, con una doccia grande rispetto agli standard qua. Apprezzabile anche la possibilità di prendere le bottigliette d’acqua gratuite in reception

La colazione non è niente di che

Zimmer gross und komfortabel, obwohl schon bssl in die Jahre gekommen. Sauber.

Frühstück - sowie Raum als auch Sortiment- sicher nicht auf 4-sterne Niveau. Deswegen nur 8 Sterne vergeben.

De payer davantage pour mon enfant de 11 ans, alors que c était dans ma réservation. Le personnel peu aimable lors du check in. Le déjeuner peu adapté pour des Européens.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I really enjoyed the free water handed out every day to stay hydrated. Rooms were spacious enough and the bathroom was the highlight for this. There was a small mix up with our room regarding smoking / non-smoking. We had to sleep in a smoking room for 1 night which was really unpleasant (the smell) but the next day the hotel upgraded us to a superior room as a way to apologise which was really appreciated.

The breakfast was rather limited and, in my opinion, not worth the uplift on the price. The breakfast is 'western Japanese' and we decided not to eat it on day 2 and 3 of our stay. I recommend saving your money and using it to buy some local cuisine on your way into the city. The location was also fine, but you need to get the metro to the popular areas of Osaka.

Il soggiorno è andato molto bene. Lo staff molto gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Hanno anche offerto un set camera per nostra figlia. La colazione buona.

A acomodação com tamanho bom para os padrões japoneses, tudo limpo, chuveiro gostoso e cama confortável.

Achei as toalhas pequenas e a localização um pouco afastada do comércio e dos pontos turísticos da cidade. O bom era ter o metrô bem próximo e boas cafeterias para um lanche ou um bom café da manhã.

近くにカフェや古い建物などがあり、散歩するのにとても楽しかった。 自分で持っていけるお水のペットボトルサービスもありがたかった。

The location of the hotel is good.... a short walk from two of the main metro lines with a couple of convenience stores nearby. The room was clean but very small - although we had expected this in Japan it was tiny for 3 adults

The room had nowhere to store cases / clothing leaving us almost having to clamber over things just to get into bed. Also beds pushed up against walls restricting access and meaning one person could only get in from the bottom end. The breakfast was shockingly bad - same everyday (9 days), often cold slop (i.e. eggs), poor choice of bread (non-existent apart from a few rolls which only appeared in 4s and 5s meaning they had to be asked for) and on one occasion were still frozen in the middle. Looked like leftover food from one of the nearby restaurants previous evening. Restaurant staff were often surly and appeared disinterested.

Ubicación, limpieza buena y habitaciones que superan las expectativas.

En el desayuno la chica nos dijo que debíamos de llegar juntos a la misma hora a desayunar, entiendo que cada uno desayuna cuando quiere y le apetece bajar.

Very good location. Less than 2 minutes walk from the metro and only a few stops to the central shopping/food area. Yet it was peaceful at night and easy to sleep in the comfortable room. Staff were really polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
