Reviewed May 28, 2026The location is good for people to hop on buses or going to nearby train station, was happy to find a supermarket just a stone throwaway and also the underground bomb shelter is just under the shopping mall next to the supermarket.
It’s a bit difficult to handle large luggage up and down the staircase if your room is on 2nd or higher floor.

From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond - guiding us clearly on how to arrive and even upgrading our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. It has this stunning vintage, carefully restored charm, designed with exceptional taste. Every detail felt intentional, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the character of the place while still enjoying modern comfort. The location couldn’t be better -right in the heart of Haifa - and parking was easy and stress-free, which is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique, stylish, and welcoming stay. Thank you, Eyal, for such a wonderful experience!

כריות שינה ושמכה לא ממש מתאים לזוג, אני ובת שלי נלחמנו בלילה על שמכה))

We arrived and they didn’t know we had book 2 rooms for family of 4. On booking, told it would be 2 rooms with shared bathroom. Pics shown. First they stated we had one room. When they then realized it was 2 rooms they were on different floors. I was not too comfortable with teen daughters on different floor. Next, no towels as stated available but ultimately received from staff that had been there only one week and very kind. Next, bathrooms lacked toilet paper and were not clean. No one in my family felt comfortable showering for many reasons. Lastly, it was share with me there has been VERY high turnover of ‘management.’ It has potential but just not at the moment would I recommend staying.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025Perfekte Lage, sehr nettes Personal, man kommt schnell mit Leuten in Kontakt, gemütliche Terrasse. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Ich würde wieder dorthin gehen.
Etwas Autolärm, da direkt an der Strasse, dafür super zentrale Lage.

The person in the room nextdoor was shouting and talking very loudly for more than an hour (in the phone). There's no staff to turn to. As a woman, it doesn't feel safe. I paid for a room with toilets, there wasn't any.

מבחינת החללים המשותפים (מבואה, מטבח, שירותים, מקלחות) אין קשר בין התמונות למציאות. אמנם זה אותו מקום אבל במציאות הוא מוזנח. ריח לא נעים ושכבות אבק על הרהיטים בחלל הכניסה. שירותים מלוכלכים, מושב אסלה שבור, בשירותים ובמקלחות חלודה ועובש. במרחבי המזון משטחים דביקים ושומניים. לא נעים ודוחה. כמו כן לא אהבתי שאין סבון וקפה בסיסי.

Very bad stuff, seems like criminal, I didnt get an invoice for my payment, room had aaaauful smell of cigarets, I asked to change the room for something normal, they wanted to charge 200 shekels more for a normal room. Im considering to check that place with the local autorities.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025This is a fascinating, rambling old stone house with wooden floors and many pleasant quirks and features. My room was a wonderful surprise, for a room called "economy single" in a hostel - clean, cosy and pretty with great air conditioning and quite well soundproofed. The outside chillout area seems amazing. The location is extremely convenient for public transport, there are lots of restaurants around and a 24-hour convenience store across the road. Brilliant value for money.
Unlike my room, which was clean and air conditioned, the public spaces have no A/C and some of them were grubby. Also, I'm not sure if this was because of the night roadworks going on outside or just the infamous Haifa air, but I could smell unpleasant fumes from outside in the corridors at night (NB I'm very sensitive to smell so it may not have bothered most people).

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und befindet sich direkt im German Colony, paar Minuten vom Bahai Garden entfernt.
Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und für den Preis sollte man auch schon eine eigene Toilette/Badezimmer haben. Falls man ein Einzelzimmer buchen möchte, dann kann man für den Preis definitiv wo anders besser unterkommen. Die Gäste waren komisch, das Badezimmer war nicht sauber bzw. waren die Ausstatungen bereits verrostet.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025Готель добре розміщений - біля залізничного вокзалу Хашмона, звідки легко доїхати в Акко, Тель-Авів та Назарет. Недалеко до входу в сади Бахаї. Німецький будинок. Є кухня з електричною плиткою, хороший вайфай.
Недоброзичливий чоловік на рецепції, який рідко там сидить, а розмовляє так: "Почекай", "Сядь". Немає рушника, мила, шампуню. Є тераса з видом на порт, де лежить велика собака і гарчить на гостей. Терасою я ні разу не скористатися.
