It was an absolutely lovely accommodation. I Loved the decor, the staff, the breakfast, the detail, the nearby park!!

It was just a wonderful stay and we wish we could stay there for few more nights. We could easily walked to the waterfront, Bryggen, and station. Really a jewel.

Absolutely nothing!

Historisches Hotel mit Zimmern in mehreren Gebäuden. Das Einzelzimmer im Souterrain war ausreichend groß und perfekt sauber. Bequemes Bett und absolut ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet relativ klein, aber von bester Qualität und mit sehr aufmerksamen Service.

Keine Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort und das nächste Parkhaus ist ca. 10 Gehminuten und ca. 30 Höhenmeter entfern.

Nothing, but people should be aware that it doesn’t have a lift.

Vom Bahnhof aus ist das Hotel sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die beschriebene Steigung der Straße gab es wirklich. Kleines Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude, für eine Person gerade richtig. Zur Vesperzeit gab es Brownies und Kaffee ohne Zusatzkosten. Sehr lecker auch das hinreißende Frühstücksbuffet. Für Brownies und Müsli gibt es interessante Rezepte. Sehr freundliches Peronal. Ruhige Lage.

Posizione in un quartiere residenziale vicino al centro. Colazione Gentilezza del personale che ci ha consentito di lasciare i ns. bagagli e cambiarci prima del check-in.

Frokosten inneholdt det aller meste, men skulle gjerne hatt valget av speilegg og stekt bacon, til den prisen pr døgn. Personalet jobbet på og supplerte både mat og drikke, samt glass og tallerkner.

Vi fikk to enkeltsenger, men de var ikke separert, som ønsket ved bestillingen. På tide å oppgradere sengene til dagens generelle standard. Manglet knotter på dusj armatur på rom 21, samt at løs propp i vasken.

The moment I opened the bathroom, I felt a smell of sewage, so I told the receptionist. They came to the room and did cleaning the drain and toilet. But unfortunately, it didn't solve at all. Still, they worked hard for me. I am truly grateful for that. Breakfast was nice.

I want to complain to the owner of this hotel. When I requested a room change, the receptionist said it was fully booked that day but she would inform the owner the next day, so I endured one night hoping for an exchange. However, when I returned from sightseeing the next day, I was told that room change was not possible. She said that the replacement can only be done before the morning cleaning schedule. I didn't know about the hotel's schedule, and since I had already booked a fjord cruise, I had to leave early in the morning. I was very disappointed. When I returned to my room, I found two pipe cleaning solutions. This was also a huge shock. Are you asking guests who come back tired from sightseeing to clean up themselves? Although, you should have already known that it was completely meaningless. The cause of the smell is dirt and bacteria accumulated deep inside the pipe, and unless you hire a professional, you cannot fundamentally solve the problem. This is a major hygiene issue. Isn't it a responsibility for hotels to provide a safe and hygienic environment? The stench seemed to get even worse in the mornings and nights, especially when other rooms used the bathroom. After a delicious meal, brushing my teeth in a nauseating, sewage-smelling bathroom ruined everything. It felt as if I were inside a sewer pipe. I can't accept experiencing such discomfort despite paying a high fee.

Beautiful old building, which is very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary tea and brownies all day are a nice touch.

In een rustige, hoger gelegen wijk met elegante woningen staat Hotel Park Bergen. Het bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw en, aan de overzijde van de straat, een tweede huis dat is omgebouwd tot meerdere hotelkamers. Bij het inchecken bleek dat ik een fout had gemaakt door maar voor één persoon te boeken. Gelukkig werd dit snel door het personeel opgelost en werden we zonder bijkomende kosten omgeboekt naar een grotere kamer in het bijgebouw. Super natuurlijk. Het hotel ligt op circa 20 tot 25 minuten lopen van de haven. Voor de deur zijn ook deelfietsen beschikbaar. Dat kan handig zijn, maar in ons geval waren er geen fietsen beschikbaar op de momenten dat wij ze nodig hadden. Let ook op: de straten zijn echt behoorlijk steil. Het ontbijt is top. Er is van alles beschikbaar om je dag goed te starten. We kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen.

De kamer zelf is prima: eenvoudig, maar hij voldoet. Alleen een extra stopcontact bij het bed ontbreekt, bijvoorbeeld om je mobiel op te laden.

Great location near university. Easy walk to parks and centrum.

We were a group of six. Had five different rooms on our trips. Rooms were small but consistent with Europe in size. Some baths were pretty small.

This is a beautiful historic hotel with lots of interesting artwork and furniture. The breakfast was amazing and there was coffee and tea on tap with brownies and croissants complementary at any time.

Lokatie, kamer & ontbijt

De douchekop is levensgevaarlijk valt eruit als je het niet verwacht.

Hotel Park is located in a wonderful old building and retains a lot of its historic character. The place is spotless and staff were lovely. Breakfast is sufficient, but the breakfast area is far too small to accommodate all guests. The location is very central (but located on a quiet side street), and the view from my room was charming.

Noise insulation was non-existent, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. If you are sensitive to noise, you are likely to find this challenging.

Walkable to most places in Bergen .

No lift. Three steep flights of stairs to our room with large heavy bags . Even walking up to room without bags made me out of breath. We were in the roof space and it was very hot , no air conditioning! . Breakfast was ok.

Check in went great. We arrived by plane early in the day - and bonus, our rooms were ready. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delightful and delicious.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always took the time to answer my questions and assist me whenever I needed help. The location was also very good.

The TV only had a few Norwegian channels and there were no channels in other languages. Also, on two mornings, there were no cakes or croissants available at breakfast. However, the staff apologized for this.

Hotel all’interno di un piccolo e ben curato edificio storico in una zona tranquilla e residenziale a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera molto luminosa con balconcino e bellissima vista sulle colline di Bergen. Note dolenti: la colazione con poca scelta sia di dolce che di salato e non ben presentata. In tutti gli hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato in Norvegia la colazione è sempre stata un punto di forza, non qui. Ma aspetto ancora più negativo è che abbiamo trovato un paio di calze sporche che spuntavano da sotto il letto, il che lascia intendere che la camera era stata pulita in maniera frettolosa e non adeguata. Peccato! Inoltre, non c’è ascensore!

Het ligt net buiten het centrum in de studentenwijk op loopafstand van de haven en het oude centrum. Ontbijt is goed, ramen kunnen open.

In het weekend dat wij er waren waren er veel studentenfeesten en ‘s nachts veel mensen op straat.

Nice selection at breakfast, the staff was attentive, the lobby common area was pleasant place to relax.

Having to specify when the room should be clean -- better to have a rule such as every second day.

Persönliche schöne Atmosphäre

Habitación cómoda, aunque no muy grande. Decoración de las zonas comunes muy conseguida: estilo romántico no sobrecargado. Personal muy amable.

El hotel no dispone de ascensor.

Hôtel charmant avec décoration soignée et cosy. Chambre agréable et comfortable, vue agréable. Bien situé. Très bon et varié petit déjeuner. Personnel très gentil

Nous n’avions pas vu que l’hôtel est sur une colline, et que les transport ne nous y déposent pas. L’arrivée par les transports a été un peu rude car les rues à monter sont un peu raides. Mais c’est le seul point d’attention à avoir concernant l’hôtel (et pas d’ascenseur pour les personnes ayant du mal avec les escaliers). Dans notre chambre il n’y avait pas beaucoup de place pour poser nos afffaires et valises. Nous en avons aperçues d’autres qui semblaient avoir plus de place à cet effet. Mais nous y avons apprécié notre passage de 2 nuits

Hyggelig, oppmerksom og omtenksom betjening, koselig, kvalitetsbevisst innredning. Nøt god kaffe på rommets balkong i morgensolen (!) og kunne ikke hatt det bedre.

Meget hyggeligt og skønt hotel

From the outside, the place looks amazing.

I had a hideously tiny room, with a hideously tiny bathroom with a broken toilet seat. In my room, I could barely open the window and let some much needed air in, which was awful, as the air quality in the room had exactly the feeling of a hotel room which had not seen a lot of fresh air in decades. The breakfast was exactly what I expected after I have spent one night in this room. If it were rated as a "hostel", with perhaps half the price I payed, it would have been OK maybe, because if it is a hostel and cheap, then you don't get a bad rating for it. But it's a hotel with the highest price I payed on my whole bloody trip. So no. This is not OK. I very rarely leave reviews, mostly I leave reviews if I really liked a place, if the place was awesome and exceeded my expectations. But here it needed to be said. Lower the price substantially, and then it is OK. And try to fix the window and toilet seat maybe?

I was on the top floor! 62 steps. Not great with a hip awaiting replacement! My double bed had a single duvet - I was staying as a single person

Burde fått beskjed på forhånd når du blir plassert i annen bygning enn hovedbygg. Hotellet har da ikke samme verdi, da de selger seg inn som historisk hotell osv. Var heller ikke bra rengjort.

Lage, freundliches Personal

Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, Betten/Matraze leider nicht sehr komfortabel. Vielleicht besser zwei Einzelbetten statt einem französischen: Doppelbett nehmen.

Great views from the 3rd floor. Lovely breakfast. Very calm place to stay and the reception/breakfast area were lovely. The chocolate brownie was a lovely touch!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, fijne bedden en een lekker ontbijt

Plasseringen var bra, kort gåavstand til sentrum.

Baderommet var veldig trangt og det var utfordrende å dusje i det lille badet. Hadde forventet litt glutenfrie varianter i frokosten.

Delicious breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Loved the skylight window. The bed was soooooo comfortable! There were always clean towels on the hall table. The staff were really kind.

The plug in fan was broken. The bathroom sink was clogged and took about 15 minutes to drain. It was a really challenging climb to the top floor and down with luggage and no help. But that was my bad for booking without asking first.

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top, man erreicht das Zentrum von Bergen in nur 10 Minuten. Das Hotel ist zwar alt und nicht modern ausgestattet, aber sehr gemütlich und schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und bot eine große Auswahl. Besonders toll war der kostenlose Kaffee mit frischen Brownies den ganzen Tag über, und auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Auf den Zimmern gibt es leider keine Kleiderschränke, sodass man kaum Platz hat, seine Kleidung ordentlich zu verstauen. Bis auf einige Kleiderhaken und eine freie Stange gibt es keine Verstaumöglichkeiten, weshalb man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt (z. B. 10 Tage) mehr oder weniger aus dem Koffer leben muss.

Accoglienza estremamente gentile e cordiale da parte della proprietaria. Camera doppia all'ultimo piano molto ampia con vista sulla citta', scrivania, angolo con divano e boiler per the e caffe'. Letto e cuscini comodi. Camera e lenzuola pulite. Colazione generosa e varia. Possibilità di prendere un caffè e un the con dolci gratuitamente nel corso dell'intera giornata. Hotel storico arredato con gusto e con libri.. Personale in generale gentile e disponibile. Zona tranquilla non lontana dal centro con edifici storici. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi. Preziosa la vicinanza a due parchi e all'università.

Alltid like hyggelig på dette lille, hjemmekoselige hotellet. God beliggenhet, rolig, hyggelig frokostrom og gode senger.

Ingen ting. Badet er ikke spesielt fancy, men greit nok.

L'emplacement pas loin de la gare et du tramway vers l'aéroport, avec un parc reposant à l'arrière..La chambre où on se sent bien toute de suite. Le petit déjeuner complet. Le calme.

Mooi sfeervol hotel, de historie is goed zichtbaar. Heerlijk ontbijt.

De eerste, leuke, kamer was veel te warm en niet te koelen door een klein raampje. Voor de tweede nacht kregen we een andere kamer bovenin het hotel. Prima met groot te openen raam.

Hôtel très agréable, cosy. Café, thé et gâteau fait maison disponibles toute la journée. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, wenn auch Auswahl überschaubar. Lage zentral. Es gibt den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Brownies zur freien Entnahme.

Zimmer war nicht im Hauptgebäude sondern im Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Hat leider nicht wie auf den Bildern ausgesehen und war sehr klein und abgewohnt. Aber vor allem waren die Wände und die Tür so dünn, sodass man jedes Wort, das im Nachbarzimmer oder am Gang gesprochen wurde gehört hat. Zum Frühstück musste man über die Straße im Regen gehen. Für einen geringeren Preis ok, aber für EUR 190 Preis/Leistung enttäuschend.

Pokoik maleńki, ale bardzo klimatyczny z pięknym widokiem na Bergen. Śniadania super jak dla mnie. Ogromna dbałość o klienta.

Brak windy może sprawiać trudność, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało.
