The hotel’s location is excellent. From the airport, it’s easy to get there by tram followed by a short walk. For first-time visitors, the location is very convenient. The train station is also within a 10-minute walk, which is especially convenient for travelers with luggage. Most of the attractions are within walking distance as well, making it very easy to get around. Breakfast is provided in partnership with a nearby restaurant. There are a few set-menu options, and the overall value for money is quite good. There are also two supermarkets near the hotel, which is very convenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own food or simply enjoy browsing supermarkets. However, the room is quite small. Some corners of the bathroom were not as clean as they could have been, and I even found a piece of tissue paper under the bed. The overall cleanliness could be improved. The soundproofing is also not very good.

L'hôtel est très bien situé près de la gare, accessible à pied. Emplacement à environ 15 mn à pied du centre historique. Commerces à proximité. Chambre spacieuse, propre et calme. Cuisine commune pratique. Bien qu'il y ait un système automatique pour le check in, check out, nous avons toujours vu du personnel sur place.

Bad hat nach Klo gestunken Zimmer war neben dem Lift und total hellhörig Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt obwohl sie am Boden lagen

Der Self check in war praktisch und einfach und das Hotel war gepflegt und sauber

Der Föhn war ein Witz. Und sobald man es bemerkt ist es zu spät weil nach dem Duschen mit nassen Haaren zur Rezeption zu laufen u um einen Föhn zu betteln der besser funktioniert.das wäre mir sehr umständlich vorgekommen

Die Lage ist super. Es befindet sich eine Tiefgarage nebenan nicht weit von der CityBox entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir sind gerne dort.

Das Frühstück im daneben gelegenen Café lohnt sich für den Preis allerdings nicht.

Posizione della struttura perfetta, praticamente super centrale e vicinissima Bryggen ed al Il Mercato del Pesce (Fisketorget): Un punto di ritrovo centrale sul porto dove gustare pesce fresco, salmone e specialità locali.

Har bodd her tre ganger. Fint å kunne ha med hund og vi hadde familierom. God senger, rent og pent. Ligger sentralt og Hoggorm restaurant som lå ved siden av hadde god mat. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Las zonas comunes están equipadas para poder preparar tu propia comida. El hotel está al lado de la estación y a tan solo un paseo de 10-15min del puerto. Está en una zona tranquila

Quizá la habitación era demasiado pequeña. El ajuste de temperatura de la habitación parece que lo controlas tú, pero realmente tuve que escribir para que me subieran la temperatura. Cuando fuimos a hacer el checkin, la habitación no estaba lista (y queríamos dejar el equipaje en consigna para volver luego), pues la chica que estaba en el despacho tardo tanto en atender que tras un rato largo esperando nos fuimos con todo el equipaje a comer y volvimos luego. No es un hotel para gente que necesite staff que les pueda ayudar, porque va todo automatizado - aunque igual es todo bastante intuitivo.

Alles lief vollautomatisch ohne Personal. Ziemlich modern, ich mag das. Sehr sauber, modern, zweckmäßig. Gute Lage. Das Zimmer wirkte größer als auf dem Bild und sah generell auch ganz anders aus. Das Wasser war schön heiß.

Nur ein Handtuch - ein eigenes Handtuch fürs Gesicht wäre schön gewesen.

Great hotel with an excellent location! We really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in, as well as the convenient self-service check-in and check-out. The common area was a lovely addition, with the option to make coffee and tea whenever we wanted. Everything was easy, comfortable and well organised. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Sehr zentrale Lage. (Wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof). Brüggen ca. 10 -15 Min. Hurtigrutenterminal auch ca. 15 Min. Nettes Partner-Bistro (Oki Doki) für Frühstück und abends mit kleinen Gerichten und nem guten Drink.

This hotel is right in the centre and it’s about 5-10 min walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The bathroom was a bit smelly when we got in.

Micul dejun a fost ok, 3 variante din care să alegi. Amplasare bună, aproape de gară, dar si de centru. Foarte curat, paturile foarte confortabile.

Un pic prea minimalist, practic nu există dulap, doar niște umerașe. Nu e frigider (doar la bucătăria comună), nu e nici TV. Nu sunt nici măcar pahare in cameră. Dar e ok pentru sejur scurt.

Centralt och något lägre pris än de andra hotellen. Gillar iden med att inte slösa pengar på lullull.

Rummet var verkligen litet och med snedtak, snudd på klaustrofobiskt. Uppmärksammade inte detta vid bokning.

Unser Zimmer war klein unterm Dach mit Schrägen. Insgesamt OK.

Online-Checkin hat nicht geklappt. Alles sehr unpersönlich. Personal hilfsbereit aber unfreundlich. Frühstück im Partnerrestaurant grottenschlecht. Dafür viel zu teuer!

Die zentrale Lage.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Kein Kleiderschrank, nur vier Kleiderbügel. Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Nur wenige Handtücher vorhanden, die aber am Empfang nachgeholt werden können.

good quiet location; easy to get to bus stop; check in was seamless with machine but human help was nearby when unsure what to do; like the access to the luggage room and being provided by a card to access it. Wikki promptly attended to a light blinking in our room. Just like the 'no fuss' set up of the room and facilities.

Location is very good - close to both city centre and Central Station. Although the place has a kitchen room equipped with all necessary appliances it would be nice if the hotel would provide breakfast. There is a convenience shop right across the street from the hotel.

Kuchnia słabo wyposażona. W trakcie pobytu trwał jakiś remont pomieszczeń ogólnodostępnych. Zapewniono pomieszczenie zastępcze, ale niewystarczające.

Very easy to check-in/check-out in the machines. There were kitchen facilities and vending machines, free coffee. The bathroom was large and well equipped (hard in Nordic countries) and it had a dryer. The bed was comfy. Room has good soundproof.

After checkin in you're supposed to use your key card to go through a second door, and there's no instructions for this, another guest pointed me in the right direction. The kitchen facilities were often unclean. Room temperature was hard to manage, even turning on the heat, it wouldn't go higher than 20 degrees.

Nothing really. It gets a bit noisy in the late evening early morning, people out till 2.30am.....good on them, did that when I was younger....didn't keep me from sleeping. Oh to be that young and energetic again ! ❤️

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten sprechen sehr für das Citybox. Die Zimmer im 5. Stock sind sehr klein und das Doppelbett kann nur von einer Seite bestiegen werden, was sehr lästig ist.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city. The room was clean.

The room was extremely small for 2 people and quite cold, as well. The breakfast, which was served at the café "Oki Doki" next to the hotel, was very poor and of bad quality (e.g. stale vegetables, almost burnt bread) and the bar wasn't clean at all. Also, except for filter coffee, there wasn't any other coffee available even for a fee.

Alojamiento muy bien situado. Tiene una cocina común que funciona muy bien si vas con niños. Hay café gratis. La habitación muy acogedora èl baño con el suelo radiante genial!. Una muy buena elección.

Por poner alguna pega, estaban reformando la cocina y la que había era provisional. Aún así estuvo muy bien.

Cheap stay at Bergen with supermarket across the street

More like a hostel, not a hotel. There’s a communal kitchen at group floor but nothing but a kettle and a fridge (no fridge in the room)

The self check in didn’t work. I rang the doorbell for help many times, no one answered. I then entered and I realized that the staff person was at the computer, but he didn’t come when I rang.

De locatie was redelijk OK. Slechts 15minuten lopen van de haven en kabelbaan. Wat heel fijn was, was om een eigen badkamer te hebben. En alles was erg efficiënt ( de check in) . Alles was inderdaad heel schoon.

La ubicación es estupenda, cerca del centro y de la estación de tren y autobús. Las instalaciones son todas nuevas, el check-in y check-out es bastante cómodo a través de una máquina, y además si hay cualquier problema hay personal para echarte una mano. Cerca hay restaurantes y cafeterías estupendas, lo recomiendo totalmente.
