Presidente InterContinental Guadalajara by IHG

Upon arrival they great you with friendly smile, front desk personnel very helpful making sure everything goes smoothly. Have stayed several times and never a disappointment, rooms very clean staff excellent. This is the place to stay for premium quality without paying to much.

convenient area for shopping and dining, walkable.

Very old building, smells bad

Great property bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in.

Great property. Secure, nicely kept

It was a great place to stay in general.

I did not like the Hotel is very old and the bed was very uncomfortable

Clean room

The ceiling of my room was dripping with water. They wont even fix the issue after I reported. Also the room smells moldy

Business friendly, good location.

Very good

Hotel is dated and need some renovations.

Me encantó me sentí muy bien.

This is a nice property but could be due for some renovation soon. But the strong points carry the day… location and amenities. Safe and walkable to many restaurants and local attractions. The hotel gym and pool are both very good. Upgrading the room gets you lounge access for a very good breakfast as well as happy hour snacks and drinks. Price is very reasonable for what you get. This is and has been my go-to when in Guadalajara.

Super bien todo como siempre

Excelente servicio del personal, los cuartos limpios y cómodos y el desayuno muy completo

Good

The pictures online dont it justice. Very beautiful place! i have 0 complaints

La ubicación bien, el personal super atentos, la comida deliciosa! Me falto tiempo para conocer la ciudad pero el Hotel 10/10

It’s was a great stay!

The water pressure was horrible at the 23rd floor

Property is poorly maintain and needs major remodeling

Great place and service. Would stay here again

Clean

The best experience I have ever received from a hotel, I highly recommend this place!

Nice

We loved everything about this hotel all employees were amazing and friendly, the food was delicious and it’s in a very convenient location. Thank you!

Most things were excellent. The only thing was that the shower water kept fluctuating from hot to cold. Otherwise great experience

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and I really appreciated our daily room service. The bar area has really good service as well. Their drinks are tasty (Sangria) and their Mexican pizza was delicious. Once again service from staff at the bar was great. We weren’t able to use the pool due to rain but we did go and check it out. Pool looks to be heated. There’s only a few chairs to sit at. Pool is also right next to the gym and gym walls are made out of glass with machinery facing the pool. everyone is stares at you while you swim.

Double beds are really small. We had to upgrade to a jr suite to add an extra bed for higher cost

Necesita más limpieza,con detalle

Nice clean good food

Breakfast was great, with menu changes every day. Hotel is beautiful and clean. We use Valet Parking all the time and it was fast and convenient. Close to center, dining restaurants and shopping.

Stayed there before and had no issues, however this time i had no hot water. I spoke to the hotel and they sent someone to look at the issue but the hot water was not fixed by the time i checked out. Horrible that i paid so much for a room but was unable to take a shower.

This is definitely not what I expect when I visit an Intercontinental. Extremely noisy, I could hear everything outside in the hallway and my neighbors having loud sex all night (both nights). Shower faucet was faulty, making it so that you can only take an extremely hot shower (like scalding, dangerous hot), or cold shower, no in-between. So I took cold showers. The staff were pleasant enough and most were trying to do a good job, 1 or 2 were just rude to not the least bit helpful. The hotel room was dirty, especially the bathroom, a deep-cleaning is badly needed. The walls had a bunch of dings, which made me concerned as I didn't spend much time in the room until I woke up my first day there, which was when I noticed a bunch of them. I took pictures of everything because I didn't want to be blamed for any of them. Would I stay here again? If they did a deep-cleaning, remodel, maybe. The location isn't bad but when you have some other amazing hotels in the city, it'd be hard to come back. I'm sure the hotel has seen greater days. But this weekend was not one of them. I didn't get a chance to see the pool, but to be honest, after seeing the bathroom in my room, it kind of killed that desire for me. Which is a shame, because it got really hot that day and I remembered I had the pool at the hotel, but then I remembered my bathroom and thought, "well, nevermind." Overall, you get what you pay for. Not the best, not the worst, but definitely relying on the name at this point.

Vip

Location and close to the places I wanted to go

Excellent facilities. Convenient location. Great service. Great value. Highly recommended. 5 Stars.

Excellent hotel with great service and convenient location

Great central hotel. We enjoyed our stay, clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Property is extremely outdated and with limited offers to restaurants and bars.

Overall experience was great, just a few items, i paid for the upgrade to enter executive room, this was only for 2 hours 6 -8 PM, options were very limited and not good. Second I got an upgraded room but the shower wasn't working well it took very long for hot water to come out. Besides that the staff was super nice and educated

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was courteous and hotel was clean and sleek. My husband and I went during Father’s Day weekend. The delicious breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day each morning. Hotel bar was fully stocked, has multiple TVs and lots of space to relax. Easy parking for our Rental. Centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Traffic is bad during the week so plan accordingly.

Everything was good, just i don't understand why the prices for one night increased to much

Rooms were so old and outdated. The bathroom was just horrible.

I always stay here when visiting Guadalajara. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Some of their rooms include a very good complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and drinks.

More like a 3.5. Lovely staff, a strip mall across the street, clean sheets, but the bathroom was a bit outdated. The location worked out for my needs but there aren't many good restaurant options nearby.

I always use this hotel. I like it.

Everything was clean and nice staff

100 recommend

Shower knob handle broken couldn’t get hot water two days until guy would come and adjust it. AC didn’t work in dinning area or Tequila Bar or some of various guest rooms in our group even reception was very warm.

So nice!

We always stay there very clean and nice

This was an amazing trip and the staff helped so much. David at the front desk made our trip and gave us such a nice room. He just went the extra mile thank you so much to all of you.

Area really quiet and rooms very comfortable and super clean

Good

Amazing place and the staff , would always stay here in future when in Guadalajara

Really Nice place, food options for breakfast buffet are fantastic, comfortable beds.

Clean and nice! Well located.

Está muy sucio, se ocupó mandar al personal de limpieza y mantenimiento dos veces

The room and location was ok.

Good location. Nice room. The shower head was broken and didn’t get fixed even though I asked twice. Breakfast selection is not average nothing stands out. But had a great time staying there. Rooms service is great

.

i am staying 20th floor. I had easy check in process, room is very spacious and clean. Negative bathroom shower handle is broke. i have asked reception to look at but it has not been fixed. Room service is excellent and food selection is great. Negative: breakfast could have bigger selection as well as i hate the fact that i have to line up to get simple foods like screamed eggs. there was no bacon either. Overall its a nice hotel, nice building, i would improve breakfast and property maintance.

Overall Good 😃

Very good location and the service is always perfect

The room condition is very good ^^

Clean

I liked the location.. but the hotel looks old.. great service!

What’s there for I night very spacious room and comfortable.

Nice and clean property. Located coveniently close to shopping and great reastaurants. Would stay again at this property.

N/A

They lasted 3 hours on delivering the room, they had a lot of people waiting for check in . They didn’t provide any vip benefit, I had to pay 526 mxn for the extra breakfast , even when I paid for it , but they told me they prefer IHG reservation .

Location

I liked how clean the property was, unfortunately the rooms seemed outdated for the price I payed. The staff were polite but something about the ambiance was not what I expected.

We trully enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the room service took a long time and the order was wrong. In general it was a greay experience

great stay

Excelent

In the room másterdon’t have drinks in whater for the price them need more service y more option in the restaurant

Excellent stay!
