Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Tiene buena ubicación, el servicio fue amable y la comida del restaurante fue excelente (mejor que en otros fiesta inn de la misma localidad); pero la habitación estaba un poco sucia y no cambiaron las sabanas, ya que estaban sucias como de alimentos y por desgracia para nosotros había uñas en una de las camas y nos dimos cuenta ya hasta la noche que era hora de dormir y el teléfono no funcionaba y no había personal en recepción para reportar el problema. Lo unico que lo hizo un poco a meno fue que solo pasamos una noche y los elevadores ya son viejitos y repente te saca un susto porque algo truena y se para (ojala lo arreglen antes de que suceda un accidente). Pero sin duda, lo único que si nos sorprendió gratamente fue la comida del lugar que estuvo excelente y sin queja. Otro punto descorcentante es que el estacionamiento te lo cobran y solo es del hotel y te obligan a pagar 10 pesos por dia o pagar cada hora y si tienes que salir a fuerza tienes que pasar por recepción para que te den un QR de salida.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025The staff were always attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the variety on food; everything was very fresh. The shopping center next to the hotel was nice. They had a cafe, Little Cesars, OXXO, ice cream shop, and a few other stores. One thing I wish they had was more space to put your clothes in. They only had a closet, but no dresser so most of our clothes had to stay in our luggage's. The shower was another issue we had. The water would come out and would leak all over the bathroom. Besides those 2 issues, everything else was great. It was perfect for the days we stayed and would definitely stay there again, it was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do outside the area.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025Es muy abusivo que si llegas temprano y tienen disponibilidad de habitaciones te quieran cobrar el costo de una noche, en TODOS los hoteles incluso grupo Fiesta Americana, si llegas temprano y tienen disponibilidad amablemente te aceptan y te dan habitación, pero en este hotel es pesimo su servicio, deben de pensar que uno va cansado del viaje, con ganas de disfrutar las instalaciones y la ciudad y lo primero es que te mencionen este abuso. La habitación la cama y almohadas super comodas, pero el baño estaba algo sucio.

You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.
