The atomospeher was very nice. Ms. Sumitra and Mr. Kunal were always poilte and very helpful at the front desk. The food was very good as well.

The hospitality is excellent and they have an excellent set of consisting of:- Sumitra , kunal, Anupam, Mukesh, Soumen, Mrinmoy everyone have always gone out of their way for their service! Kuddos!

Staff took their own sweet time and even stopped doing what they were to assist others at the same time. Room was not set up prior to our arrival which was disappointing

He ensured every detail was seamless and handled all requests with genuine care. The reception staff - Parvathi, Aksa, Roshitha, Pawan Kumar, Irshad, and Raihan - were consistently courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Check-in and every interaction were smooth, friendly, and proactive. I was also thoroughly impressed by the laundry and restaurant staff. The laundry service was prompt and meticulous, and the restaurant team delivered excellent food with attentive, gracious touch. It’s rare to find such a consistently dedicated team. Great place hardly 15 mins from the airport, very suitable for short layovers or overnight airport connections. Much better than spending on the pricey and tiny transit hotel inside the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful and also facilitated our early check-in with minimal waiting. The hotel has a restaurant and there are good restaurants just two mins walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended.

i had stayed here earlier and the room , ac , cleanliness was all good.

second time staying here - first got a room which had strong cigarette smell. staff got me another room , but in this the ac was barely working in this summer heat. it was already late night and i had no interest to change my room again. so struggled thru the night with a barely working AC . so was not worth my money as i could not rest.

The housekeeping staff was very nice Anupam was very good and venketesh also took very good care

Ms. Bidya, Mr.Anupam, Mr Atanu were such a lovely set of staff. Really hardworking, pleasant, helpful. Even the food was delicious!

The hotel kindly waived the additional guest fee because of the change in property, which I really appreciated. The laundry service on the last day was also excellent – even though I handed in the clothes only on the day of departure, they ensured everything was washed and delivered before my check-out time.

I had booked a room at Shivas Galaxy, but upon arrival I was informed that I would be staying at Shivas Gateway instead. This change was only communicated to me at check-in, which was very disappointing. There is a clear price and location difference between the two properties, and Shivas Gateway is located further inside compared to Shivas Galaxy. I should have been informed about this change in advance, with a proper explanation and options, rather than being told only when I arrived. This lack of transparency affected my overall experience, and I hope the hotel and Booking.com will improve their communication with guests in such situations.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were polite, supportive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was well maintained throughout my stay, and the laundry service was very good and efficient. I would especially like to mention Naseem,she is very friendly, helpful, and sincere in her work. Her positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable.

I have stay at shivas atleast 3 week and the experience was so good. The Atmosphere was good quiet and nice. The room service also very neat and clean. They provide us with all the amenities. I like my stay here.

When asked for hand towels, really dirty towels were given first. They had to be returned to get new ones

ATHANU your staff from F and B is super amazing when it comes to guest services . He is very helpful in terms of giving options when it comes to buffet. Very polite and never denies for anything official.

It was a nice stay. Even tho I was only here for 8 hours, and gave my laundry very late, the staff Munmun Vikas was very helpful in assisting with the quick delivery and overall had a super professional and nice demeanor.

The fresh fruit was very good. I didn't have anything else for breakfast. It is free and the buffet is big. The hotel is very willing to get you taxis that are safe and comfortable for sightseeing.

It is difficult to communicate with the hotel in English outside of normal business hours.
