Wonderful Staff ! A word of appreciation for Ms. Prerna Tamang who was with us every step of the way! Birthday cake for my son was much appreciated. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Peaceful ambience, not so intrusive staff unlike other places where they overdo it.

Ein Business-Hotel, mit allem was man braucht. Nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir kamen nachts um 3:30 Uhr an, daher waren wir froh, hier einen 24 Stunden Check-in zu haben. Auch der Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel (ca.12€) klappte zu dieser Nachtzeit hervorragend. Das Zimmer war riesig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Die sanitären Anlagen waren tip top. Wir flogen am nächsten Abend weiter und konnten ohne Schwierigkeiten einen Late-Check-out bekommen. Der Mittagslunch im Hotel war super lecker (Buffet). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei allem sehr hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung für ein Stopover.

Overall external appearance

The rooms are dated and not like a modern hotel. The bathroom is worn out and not comparable to a hotel style bathroom

Excellent service by dedicated staff. The breakfast was beyond international standards. Three of us brothers and sister were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, together, The service and food was befitting the occasion.

The two steps in black in the middle of the lobby. I had a fall after check out and hurt my teeth, Fortunately nothing serious happened. Please paint the edges of the step in yellow and put hand rails like at other places in consideration of the elderly before my next visit

Personnel du premier jour d arrivée n a pas pris en compte les détails de chaque chambre… il a fallu démontrer que les réservations étaient pour l une a 3 personnes et la seconde à 4 personnes. Chaque chambre ne peut accueillir 2 personnes et nécessiter d ajouter un lit supplémentaire pour la 3 eme personne. Quant à la 4eme personne elle a du dormir avec nous. La réservation sur booking n est pas suffisamment détaillée. De plus la prestation de 15 % de réduction sur boissons et repas n avait pas été pris en compte. De plus, le personnel insistait pour savoir si le check out devait se faire après la première nuit ou la seconde nuit : cela dénote un manque de professionnalisme et de respect vis à vis de la clientèle. Je ne crois pas que c est l attitude attendue d hotel 5 étoiles ! Le logement est isolé de la réception et également isolé du restaurant : peu pratique !

Pathetic food service, especially buffet breakfast

The kids enjoyed the pool which had 3 different water slides at different heights and the water drizzle from the mushroom-side swim play area was fun. The food was good, and the a-la carte menu had good options to choose from, and other amenities were great as well. There were multiple indoor and outdoor sport activities we could do , and rent bicycle to cycle around the property. One of the days had a free pottery session too. Overall we had a great time.

All staff were so kinds. It was our kid’s birthday, they have prepared birthday cake. Here is quiet and calm place. Swimming pool is wonderful for kids. We could eat foods around swimming pool. And all foods are good as well.

Breakfast is good. Multiple options of vegetarian and non-vegetarian were available. The bakes are good, however, passable for the other items (not a 5-star, of course).

Paid for 3 adults; however, not enough beds were provided. Just a double bed was provided. We were asked to pay extra for the bed (which doesn't make sense when we have to pay an inflated rate for 3 adults). In simple word we didn't get what we paid for.

Spacious and beautiful property with lots of open space. Staff are very helpful and kind.

There is no EXAHUST in the bathroom and mattress are too much soft, which is not at all recommended.

Spa booking was not available and coordination between their departments was not good.

Loved the experience this time as well, have been a frequent visitor here and overall good experience as always, just really admire the way the quality being maintained is top notch, right from the way checkin was done , rooms , cleanliness, food, service provided by all the staff has been top notch

We stayed at Clarks Exotica on our final night in India so that we'd be close to the airport. We were exhausted from our trip so didn't take advantage of any of the cool amenities, but the rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing.

Staff were very warm and even celebrated our daughter's birthday in advance in a simple yet loving way. Food was comforting and stay was relaxing. Thanks to Ms. Sahana and team.

The location was Nature's Paradise. Worth for a break from the daily routines. Staff were courteous. Great Ambience Calm and quiet. You have all recreational facilities for enjoyment. Well maintained.

A buggy for Senior citizens could have been placed as otherwise they need to walk or go in a wheel chair on the rough Ground.

Like the gesture, approach & effort of the customer relations assistant Manager Ms.SAHANA & team was excellent . They went an extra mile to make our wedding anniversary memorable by arranging small cake cutting event Customer relationship manager Ms. SAHANA behaviour was very pleasant & gave us homely feeling... Wish all the very best to the staff & management

Excellent staff, very friendly and co-ordial. They gave me a guest relationship number, who made sure all our needs were met. They even arranged a nice birthday cake for us. The staff at the pool and games area (Club house), was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making the stay memorable.

A couple of things. 1) Lunch/Dinner is very expensive- for the spread provided - spread was less. 2) The in-house dining person on the phone, refused to give us glasses if we did not purchase drinks from them - that was a little odd, but was corrected immediately.

Breakfast had a variety of options. I was confused with the eggs to order counter and thought it would be chargeable. Eventually my confusion was settled by one of the staff member. I was surprised that they didn't charge a single penny for my baby's food and welcomed us with more suggestions

If there would have been a disclaimer near the counter during the breakfast hours my confusion wouldn't have arised at the first place and I would have enjoyed the wide array of breakfast more whole heartedly. Rest everything I found top notch. One thing that I noticed was that the size of the trash can was too small in the washroom and families with toddlers might face a difficult situation while discarding the used diapers. As the size was too small hence there was no space left for discarding other wastes post discarding 2 baby diapers

Booked Clarks Exotica 2 bedroom suite for a one night stay. Stay was ok with good ambience. Food was good with lot of options. Location is quite nature friendly.

The hospitality of the customer relationship service manager Ms. Sahana was superb. She was very courteous and had made elaborate arrangements for my wife's birthday celebration, which was very memorable. We were extremely delighted.

Excellent service by the staff. I required a hard bed which was arranged quickly. The room was specious with all facilities. Great location with open air settings and not far from the airport.

Very specious room with all necessary amenities. Polite and courteous staff with excellent service. Close to airport. The resort has other facilities like swimming pool etc. We liked it so much that we booked it for two more nights. Good restaurant with very good food. Value for money.

Old property, bathroom toilet slow water flow . Restaurant is ok ok . Need good maintenance . Spa and restaurant are very limited time opening.
