Highly satisfied with the hospitality and service.would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to jammu.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 3/5 - Good property, but service needs a lot of work The property itself is quite modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are vibrant, spacious, and comfortable for a short stay. However, the hospitality and response time were quite disappointing. We called room service for water and extra towels, and it took over 30 minutes and a follow-up call to get them delivered. The check-in process was also remarkably slow, with only one person handling the front desk during peak hours. It’s a great hotel structurally, but the management needs to prep up their staff efficiency to match the brand name.

Best hotel in jammu best trip.

The experience was amazing. Escorted the guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming specially neeraj from front office and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options each morning. I especially appreciated the convenient location—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The ambiance was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere felt very safe and relaxing.
