The Westin Wenzhou

Its was a very dry kind of an area to stay. Nothing close by

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was convenient, and the room had a great view. Breakfast was good with many options, and overall the experience was excellent.

The WiFi connection could be more stable at times, and communication in English was sometimes a little difficult. Other than that, everything was very good.

Well situated and clean with friendly helpful people

Food selection same daily

Best hotel

Todo

Nada

Great location, very comfortable beds and lovely views. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

The gym is a little small and the spa services were terrible . I had a massage that I had to walk out of as the masseuse’s phone kept pinging and she was on it constantly and just using one hand whilst scrolling her phone with the other . Also no music or atmosphere whatsoever . I asked for a refund but it operates independently from the hotel so they were unable to .

Good

Good

bad food in the room service

Great hotel with excellent clean rooms with a view. Nice array for breakfast. Area is central and quite nice but was quiet in December.

Nothing.

Encantador todo!

The hotel is very clean and the cleaning lady is very professional.excellent location!

Uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils

Niets was echt prima !

Rooms

Poor English of reception staff. Could not find my booking through booking.com

Very good service

Beds were very comfortable, rooms were super clean, the view from the room was breathtaking!

Room could use Arabian showers on the toilets.. More english speaking personnel would be great. Maybe a Halal section...

Location Room Bathroom Staff Breakfast

Nothing

Not happy! For 200$ bad service, room very basic, very disapointed Issue with lavatory, no mirror in the dressing, bed not so comfy Will not come back

Room and facilities were great

Check in took a very long time acme there was only 2 people in front of me... Top floor bar not very pleasant

all ok

Great hotel chain, spacious room & clean. Staff were helpful and appreciative.

We were placed at high floor, corner room with great view, however it was below a restaurant / club that played music so loud at night and we asked for another room the next day.

All is wall

Location, room upgrade, hotel facility

The check in is in the 35th floor which is a bit inconvenient because then need to take additional elevator to the 46th floor. Staff speaks poor English

The location is perfect, not only central but also the heart of the city, very convenient. The view is fantastic. The service is great, people are kind and lovely.

The room decoration is a bit out of fashion, you can see the traces of time. Also, I don’t like the smell of the room, even they had already done some extra air deodorization.

The location was good

Very dark and poorly lit common areas. Poor breakfast spread with terrible tasting food. Most of the staff could not speak or understand English.

Positive overall, hotel amenities and room are new and clean.

I wished I would try different restaurants with different cuisines instead they offer a dinner buffet which I did not like very much.

Well located clean and large rooms

Restauration

The reception stuff, specilly Mr. Rayson.

Room 5212 - loudly night bar behind the wall. No smorking rooms smells like smoking.

Well thought out and nicely decorated rooms.

Lift system is slow and irritating.

great location and service

Service was quite bad. Imposible to locate anyone. I was in the lobby lounge for 1 hour trying to find someone to resolve an issue I had. The club Lounge was filled with drunk government offials which made it impossible to work in.

This hotel is beautiful!

I travel to China 3 or 4 times each year for business. The Whenzhou Westin Hotel is new with outstanding features and amenities. The room is spacious and ultra modern. Roll up window shades, and a overhead rain-forest shower. Quiet and super clean, this hotel offers outstanding service from check-in to dinning. English is spoken in all areas. You will enjoy your stay here, and the staff will take very good care of you. It is the number one hotel in Whernzhou at a very reasonable cost per night. Well done Westin.
