Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, daar waren we erg tevreden over.

Helaas voldeed de eerste kamer niet aan onze verwachtingen: er hing een duidelijke sigarettengeur en de kamer was erg vochtig. We hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie en kregen zonder problemen een andere kamer. De tweede kamer was een verbetering, al was er nog steeds een lichte geur aanwezig. Over het algemeen gemengde gevoelens: top service, maar de kamers kunnen beter wat betreft hygiëne en geur.

Super clean rooms and great service at reception [thanks, Melu Liu!]. The hotel has a swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Although the process for ordering evening meals was rather eccentric, breakfast was delicious - wide selection of local and international dishes and really good coffee!

Nice hotel. Kind people, Very clean room, nice bed, noce shower and nice breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, hassle free. Some reviews suggest this hotel is showing its age, this isnt particularly true. I will stay again on my next trip. Great location.

Room service would be better if it was 24/7, but the concierge was able to send an order outside of the hotel so wasnt really an issue.

Staff dont speak English which is not very convenient for an international hotel. Facilities really need renovation - everything is a bit too old for an hotel with Sheraton reputation.

The personal don't speak english, the room smelled smoked very strong. Old instalations, bad relation price-quality. It's doesnt a hotel type Sheraton or Marriot Bonvoy

The rooms are nice and large and well made.

The bathroom had a very damp and musty smell and there was no circulation of air from the bathroom. They need better ventilation in the bathroom and also need to check for seepage. Staff also does not understand English and it is quite difficult to communicate with the staff. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Very good Hotel. I recommend. The staff is very friendly, Mr Allen was very nice. Great room, and breakfast. They have options for western food.

The Breakfast was very poor, But the staffs in the restaurant was trying to help me, they don't know the English. The food is suitable for Chinese, I can't find any continental food Except Bread omelet.

The deco is old and tired down a bit, but overall still ok. The location is good.

Everything is great! Hotel in the center of city. 100% Matching to the Sheraton high brand. Not very new. Personal is perfect, food is very nice, facilities and services are fine. If you want you can to open windows for fresh air- for us it’s very important, when you live in skyscraper. No smoking rooms - it’s also important. Very good swimming pool. Thank you so much!

Even non-smoking rooms were a bit smelling. Wi-Fi was terrible. Restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing because as a Muslim I ordered pasta with tomata sauce intentionally but I found meat inside tomato sauce... Hard to find real "vegan" meal. Too much traffic jam and construction noise.

The food was good .The view from hotel was nice.Its on busy street so accessibility was good to restaurant,food stall,gardens ,malls etc.Staff can speak little english .Food has lot of variety .

The Hotel is perfect but you must know that the open the heating at all. You must wear sweaters and Jackets at the breakfast. Even the room has only 15C - I was lucky that I get an oven! Shame for a Sheraton even the stuff wears winter dresses!!! Unbelievable.

Although this hotel has launched for a decade, furniture is old, service is always wonderful even I'm kinda picky. Executive lounge supervisor Mavis is warm hearted and offers help for clients all the way. She recognizes the membership of clients, asks the preference of room of staying, wonders if you need something in the room and etc. I arrived late one day, and she offered cookies while I was checking in. The hotel needs an upgrade, looks old. Carpets are dirty and furniture in general is old. I arrived late and tried to eat something, nobody answered at the room service number, contacting the front desk they called back 40 minutes later offering me a goose liver burger (originally I asked for a burger); no other options available, despite it was 8:00 pm. Western food options are really short, mostly local Chinese food. Lights in room are very dim, working was challenging for me. Poor experience in general.

LIKE: The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was delicious! The receptionists were all very courteous and helpful. DISLIKE: The rooms wreaked with cigarette smoke even though I had a non-smoking room. It’s absorbed into the carpets. The shower drain was clogged but was fixed by the time we returned to our room that night.

Very nice rooms. Usual 5 star china hotel with big beautiful room and bathroom. Seems new and good service. They dont really understand english but can use translating app or google translator. They do understand the word taxi, ok, no.

No estuvo mal. Nuestro hospedaje era lo que esperábamos y se nos dio excepto el servicio de cena en la noche donde se tardaron mucho en darnos un sándwich porque fueron a la tienda a comprar lo que les faltaba en vez de decirnos que ya no tenían para pedir otra cosa y no gastar el tiempo de nadie. Wifi era malo.
