Very close to the beach, two 7-11 stores right in front of the hotel, nice and cozy place

It's right next to the main street and there is a club/bar right in front that plays music so it was very loud at night. Don't recommend if you want to sleep in peace. It probably depends on which side your room is at, mine was very close to it, so I had problem sleeping

The property was clean, comfortable and functional; although it was basic provided everything we required.

Extraneous noise from outside the hotel such as people laughing and shouting, dogs barking, loud vehicles kept us awake until well into the early hours of the morning.

ทำเลสะดวกสบาย ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ อยู่ใกล้หาดทรายแก้วเพียง 150ม. ห้องพักสะอาด อาจมีเสียงรบกวนรอบข้างบ้าง เนื่องจากอยู่ใจกลางชุมชน ถ้าต้องการความสะดวกสบายคือตอบโจทย์ แต่ถ้าต้องการความสงบอาจจะไม่เหมาะนัก โดยรวมก็ถือว่าดี

Dobra lokalizacja, można codziennie zamówić sprzątanie, jest czysto. Otrzymujesz wodę, kawę oraz papier toaletowy codziennie.

Bardzo jasno w nocy, mleczna szyba od balkonu, której nie można zasłonić, na zewnątrz całą noc świecą latarnie, więc masz wrażenie, jakby całą noc świeciło się światło w pokoju, nie mogłam przez to spać. Trzeba pomyśleć o jakiejś rolecie zaciemniające. Łóżka twarde, nie uginające się materace, jakbyś spał niemal na deskach. Łóżka duże, przez co zajmują niemal całą powierzchnię pokoju. Najgorsze były poduszki duże i twarde jak klocki. Bardzo bolały nas szyje. Najgorszy nasz nocleg podczas pobytu miesiąc w Tajlandii. Nie rozumiem tych pozytywnych opinii. Dodatkowo nie ma całodobowej recepcji, nie można się poskarżyć, że na piętrze biega w nocy krzycząca młodzież paląca marihuanę. W dzień wymeldowania czekaliśmy na oddanie kaucji, pracownik poszedł najpierw sprawdzić, czy nic nie niszczyliśmy w pokoju. Nigdy coś takiego nas nie spotkało. Pod hotelem na schodach cały czas nie idzie przejść w wejściu, ponieważ siedzi pełno ludzi, którzy robią zakupy w 7/11, są dwa sklepy pod hotelem. Zdecydowanie odradzam spokojnym rodzinom.

Location next to everything and a short walk to the beach

Nah an 7eleven, Restaurants und Geschäften. Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt.

Wir mussten Treppen steigen. Harte Betten und Kissen. Der Fernseher ging nicht, wenn einer da ist sollte er auch funktionieren. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln. Sehr einfach ausgestattet. Vor der Balkon Tür vom sehr kleinen Balkon war kein Vorhang es war auch Nachts hell.

The room was clean and spacious. The place was conveniently located near the main beach, yet it was quiet at night. The owner and his daughter were very kind and helpful.

Das Baan Mulan ist perfekt, besonders wenn man allein reist. Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zu den tollen Stränden und es gibt in der Umgebung alles was man fuer eine tolle Reise braucht. Die Zimmer sind excellent ausgestattet und immer perfekt gereinigt. Auch das Internet funktioniert sehr gut.

Spazio funzionale della camera con frigo grande, bollitore, caffe' ecc. Ottima pulizia. Buona posizione, tutto comodo. Proprietario cordiale.

Oväsendet på kvällar och nätter från allt stoj på huvudgatan.

Удобное местоположение, тишина (несмотря на центральную улицу), рядом пляж, 2 магазина 7/11, вода в душе с хорошим напором, кондиционер работал исправно, в номере чайник и кофе, сушилка для белья на микробалконе. Байк парковал на парковке для въезжающих на пляж, она в 50 метрах от отеля. Идеальное соотношение цена/качество, при учёте, что Самет очень даже не дешёвый остров.

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, la propreté, une bonne douche. Les chambres de 4 sont au bout de l'hôtel loin de la rue donc très au calme. L'airco est silencieux et efficace. J'ai tellement aimé que je suis retourné une deuxième fois

L'emplacement, à 2 pas de la plage Sai Kaew et à côté du 7eleven, on peut tout faire à pieds (même aller au ferry). Les chambres sont très bien faites, avec 2 petites terrasses, une pour profiter et une plus petite pour faire sécher des affaires. Bon équipement: climatisation, chauffe-eau, réfrigérateur, bouilloire... Bouteilles d'eau gratuites tous les jours. Tout l'hôtel est bien tenu et très propre, la gérante était très sympa.

Un peu de bruit la nuit venant de la rue, mais des bouchons pour les oreilles basiques permettent de résoudre le problème.

Hele fijne locatie. Dichtbij het strand, bij restaurantjes en bij het strand. Schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel.

Het balkon was erg klein, waardoor je er niet op kon zitten. Bij ons stond de airco-unit erop, waardoor er nog net een wasrek naast kon, maar dan kon je amper zelf nog op het balkon staan.

Lage, Preis/Leistung top👍Zimmer normales geräumiges Standardzimmer, sauber, alles vorhanden. Jeden Tag room Service möglich, wenn man möchte. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden, sogar Föhn etc

Dass man ein jedes mal ein paar Treppen steigen muss ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache. Für uns war es kein Problem 😊

Bett war recht hart, nach Meldung wurde es jedoch aufgebessert. Im ersten Zimmer gab es keine Abdeckung der Balkontüre, daher früh sehr hell im Zimmer, konnte dann jedoch wechseln in ein anderes Zimmer. Auf der Strasse vor der Unterkunft sehr übler Gestank. Safety Box wäre super gewesen.

It was value for money. Its was a shame about the building work going on right outside. It was noisy having room at the front. Needed a bin in room. The bin for toilet should be for toilet waste only. No bedside table or lamp. Though u get what u pay for.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel mit einem zauberhaften Personal, sehr sauber und unweit vom Strand. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr leise Klimaanlage und zusätzlich einen Ventilator. Da sich das Hotel auf der Hauptstraße zum Hafen befindet, ist es etwas laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt werden. Kann ich absolut empfehlen.

Хорошее расположение отеля, непосредственно рядом с seven eleven, до центрального пляжа 50 метров. В отеле чисто, номер маленький, но если останавливаться на пару дней, то вполне хорошо. Отличное соответствие цена/ качество.

Кровать с жестким матрасом, хотя спать было удобно. Поскольку номер небольшой, то вентилятор и кондиционер дуют на постель.

Next to two 7-11 shops, 2 minutes walk to the beach, clean and comfy rooms with balconies, lots of bars nearby, overall great value for money.

The door lock in one of the room 27 was a bit difficult to lock (it worked but required many tries every time.)

Good sized room. Location was spot on as it was close to the beach plus restaurants and bars near by. 7 Eleven is opposite which was helpful. I stayed 3 nights and 2 times I slept in so missed house keeping which is my fault. However, when I left the room outside my door was 2 x botlles of water, toilet paper and coffee, creamer & sugar. Great service.

Not a dislike but a recommendation. The info on Booking needs updating as there is no on site ATM and the room actually had a kettle which was not listed.

GREAT location, 3 minute walk to the beachfront, near TONS of restaurants, easy walk from/to the Pier and cabs to the rest of the island. Surprisingly not too noisy despite it being close to the main road. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was super easy to extend my stay.

Nothing really, it was good

On the island, there are only three 7/11 shops, and you have two of them almost right next to your room! One is just across the street from the hotel, and the other is directly beneath you — you live above the shop. The location is perfect! You can walk barefoot to the beach, which takes only about 1 minute. The staff was friendly, and they cleaned the room daily, providing water and coffee bags after cleaning. We had a huge balcony where we enjoyed breakfast every day, which we got from 7/11. It was a great stay!

The internet was poor, so make sure to have your personal data plan with unlimited usage.

Very friendly owner that will go beyond to help you with tours and other inquiries. The rooms are slightly dated but they have everything you will need. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Great location near the best beach, the supermarket and wonderful fruit shops, nevertheless it was quiet. The air conditioning worked not too loud at night. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, the price was not high, we were satisfied and had a good time at the hotel.

The owner ist friendly and very helpful. The position is very good in the center of the Samed village and approx. 300-400m away from the main beach. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Right next to 7/11.

Thai style rooms with lots of windows, a big bathroom and a fridge which color matches room's paint job. There is a small balcony too. Excellent beach just 200m away!

We rented two rooms, both facing the main street. The Sunday (late) night nose bothered me, my friend said he didn't hear anything... There was no breakfast offered here but there are good breakfast places along the main street.
