Not recommended for families. The hotel atmosphere was not family-friendly, and loud noises from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard due to poor soundproofing. The sofa was stained and dirty, and housekeeping said the stains could not be removed. I also booked a two-bedroom apartment but found there was no kitchen and only a very small refrigerator. I cancelled my stay on the same day despite having to pay a cancellation fee.

Feel like there is a mafia within the staff who control the rent rate and other staff.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2023We were denied accommodation. The first reason was that there were no places in the hotel, despite the fact that we had a reservation. After lengthy negotiations, it turned out that even if there were places, two women would not be accommodated in the hotel, as it is intended for men looking for a certain rest in the company of women for money. If you are a women, don’t book this hotel. The hotel did not warn us about this in advance, and did not cancel our reservation. As a result, at midnight we were left in a foreign country without a hotel, as all the hotels were booked due to Formula 1. The only thing that was good - the hotel manager found us a good hotel nearby, for the same price. Thanks to him
