Clean, welcoming and lots of parking.

조용하고 편안하며 특히 대형견(28kg) 동반이 되는 호텔이라 너무 좋았습니다. 주변에 목장도 많아 산책할 장소도 있어서 갔는데 비가와서 잘 돌아다니지 못한게 아쉬웠네요. 직원분들도 친절하고 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다.

비가와서 그런지 목재 가구에서 약간 습하고 오래된 냄새가 났어요. 거울처럼 반짝이진 않아도 청결했고 좋았습니다.

진부역과 호텔간 셔틀버스운영이 좋았고 순수양떼목장과 산책할수있는 뒷산이 좋았어요 한여름인데 역시 시원했어요

호텔이라지만 내부 환경이 그리 쾌적하지는 않았어요

The nearby sheep farm was convenient. The free bus shuttle to the train station. The room was spacious and layout was nice. Price was reasonable.

More research could have been done on our end, but the location made site seeing a little challenging. Online information stated that a car could be rented and brought to the hotel, but this wasn’t available and we were generally confined to the hotel area. There was an enormous language barrier with hotel staff. They were unhelpful and rude. This made it very awkward to ask for help. They were unfamiliar with the local bus and train services, and provided some inaccurate information. The pool was not included with fees, which isn’t a thing in Canada. The breakfast was a little expensive considering that the food is cheap and leaves a lot to be desired. The curtains had darks brown stains which appears to be a common complaint in the hotel’s review comments. The floor is outdated with ugly brown carpet, also stained. There was dust in the room and gave the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

평창시내에서 다소 떨어져 오히려 맑은 공기를 만끽하며 자연풍경뷰도 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 피트니스센터는 무료로, 사우나는 회원가로 이용할 수 있었고 여행 중 체력관리와 피로를 푸는데 도움이 되었습니다. 주변 관광지나 동해안 강릉과도 인접하여 이동이 편합니다.

조식식사대가 주변 식당보다 높아서 주변 식당을 이용하게 됩니다. 식사대를 조금 더 할인해주시면 좋겠습니다. 여가를 즐긱 수 있는 오락시설에 가족이 함께 할 슁쓴ㄴ 아이템이 조금 부족합니다. 실내당구대나 탁구대가 추가되면 좋겠습니다.

즐길수 있는 시설과 다양한 음식을 먹을수 있는 식당들이 있어서 밖에 나가지 않아도 되서 편리했어요

펫룸을 사용했는데, 복층까지 깨끗이 청소해주셔서 좋았다.

몇년째 이용하면서 늘 느끼는 것은 주변에 산책로가 없다는 것이다. 투숙객에게 순수양떼목장 이용을 자유롭게 해주었으면 좋겠다.

아기데리고 머물기 좋았어요. 2층방이 럭셔리하고 넓어서 2가정도 편할듯. 빌라라서 조용하고 테라스 스파가능한 욕조도 좋았어요

싱크가 아주 작아서 요리는 힘들어요.

여름에 한번씩 들리는 곳 입니다. 버스킹 공연을 주말에 계속해서 시원한 저녁 바람과 노랫소리와 맥주한잔을 했는데 좋은 경험이었습니다. 오래된 숙소임에도 불구하고 그래도 침구 셋트는 청결 헸어요..

첫째날 침대 머리맡에서 꼬릿한 냄새가 조금 있었음. 둘째날은 냄새가 없었음.

아무리 비가왔어도 눅눅한 침구류와 이불에벌레가 있는지 다들 가려워했고 이틀째 여행후 숙소복귀 5시정도 그때도 청소가 완료되지않아 10여분이상기다림 친구들과 함께한 여행 방2개예약한방 모두 실망입니다

The clean fully equipped room, nice view, quite area. Easy to walk to the bus stop (around 12 min). If you are ok, that around no shops, no supermarket it's a fine place. On the hill.

Staff didn't give any information upon check in, neither about facilities of the hotel (pool, restaurants etc) nor about shuttle service or another infrastructure. I asked in advance (upon reservation) if they could provide any compliment for my birthday, even simple one but nothing at all. Pity. Staff should inform a little bit more, not only about check out time By the way, it's a very famous world hotel brand. I expected more

room was spacious and had ample space to place our luggage. laundry room has enough washing and drying machines as we did not have to wait to use them. this is our third time staying here and will definitely be coming back.

This hotel definitely beat my expectations. The rooms were very spacious, and the hotel offered more than I expected - a convenience store, several restaurants, arcade and karaoke rooms, and a surprisingly large bathhouse. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

It was very challenging to find shuttle service information. The listing on Booking said the shuttle times were on the official Ramada website, but I was unable to find them anywhere. It would be great if this information could be sent to travelers upon booking since shuttle service is needed not just for skiing but for those traveling by bus from Seoul.

크고 깔끔하고 편의시설 함께있어 좋았습니다

1.코인세탁기는 요즘방식으로 4000원에 세제와 유연제가 포함되는 자동화방식으로 바꾸면 좋을듯 합니다 하이원 메이힐 리조트가 그방식인데 훨씬 간편하고 세탁도 향기도 정전기방지도 깔끔히 잘 됩니다 2.빨래걸이 있으면 더 좋았을것 같아요 3.복층도 잘수있는 침대로 해주시면 더 좋아해요

Room was spacious and clean. bed was comfy. Decent facilities; restaurants and convenient store downstairs

Heater was too warm for my likin. Ended up opening the glass door to balcony to cool down the room. Also please be aware no toileteries was provided.

飯店有接駁車接送雪場、車站，內部設施還有餐廳、超商可採購，客房內也簡易料理的電磁爐檯子、微波爐、流理台但需自備鍋具。

樓中樓的設施比較沒用到，就降子，飯店其它都不錯。

Comfortable, clean and large rooms. Convenience store and restaurants in the basement which make it easy to have dinner and breakfast on your own terms.

Большой номер, чисто, красивые виды, есть мини-кухня. Каждый день пользовались трансфером от отеля, а прокат лыжного оборудования и скипассы в отеле дешевле на 30% чем на горнолыжном курорте. Завтраки отличные!

В сауну не пускают в купальниках. Пришлось туда не ходить.

Very nice area of South Korea, great skiing and the hotel is only 10 min drive from the skilift. The hotel has a really good ski rental shop, would recommend.

Its quite outdated and needs renovation. All restaurants in the hotel are quite old. Rooms are a bit beaten.

전반적으로 깨끗해서 좋았고, 산 속에 있지만 여행객들의 피로를 해소할 만한 프로그램과 분위기가 좋았습니다.

1. 호텔이 여러 구역으로 나뉘었지만, 방향 지시 및 안내문 찾기가 쉽지 않았고 2. 프론트 여직원의 태도가 매우 거칠었으며, 고객의 요청 사항에 대하여 사전 준비가 안 되어 있었고 3. 지하 식당가는 임차인들의 식당이라서 그런지, 음식에 대한 준비가 호텔의 수준을 떨어뜨리고 있으며, 호텔과 전혀 다른 분위기라서 어색했습니다.

Beautiful property with plenty to do.

The property is a bit out of the way.

For the most part it was comfortable, had a shuttle bus to nearby ski resorts and a ski rental, restaurants and convenience store downstairs. The cleaning staff are lovely too.

Some of the room decor (desk, chair, carpet) showing signs of wear. Sauna and pool facilities were additional to your room expense. Not able to adjust temperature in room.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel manager gave me my money back only 90 min after check-in. That was very courteous and professional, thank you.

The main reason why I cancelled the Ramada was that the room was hot, stuffy and small. A tiny fridge, big enough for maybe three cans of coke. The place was such a disappointment because it does not compare to the comfort of Ramada hotels you may know from the US or other western countries. Everything seemed very bleak and sterile, almost hostile. I wanted three days of luxurious comfort but their media system does not even have a single English-speaking TV channel. It does not feel like a hotel, more like a conference center.

Not much to be honest.

Check in experience was not good. Hotel staff advised early check in needed to be charged by hourly rate which is totally profit over guest experience. Most hotels around the world allow without charge if the room is available at check in. They would rather you to wait and will not waive off the charges. Front office manager appeared to be arrogant and unfriendly. I have travelled around the world for many years, this one definitely falls under the worst category. Rooms and facilities are very old. Carpet looks dirty and the hotel really needs an overhaul. Restaurants on site not even open for lunch on a Saturday and there’s no restaurant within walking distance. I was there for a relaxing holiday but turned out to be more stressful. Definitely not recommending this hotel.

청결도와 겨울철 따듯하게 .

Очень доброжелательный персонал, убирались в номере идеально. Удобный трансфер до горнолыжных курортов и железнодорожной станции. Завтрак дороговат, но хороший, также есть несколько кафе в отеле и магазин CU.

+ cleaning they cleaned the room daily and they changed the sheets frequently (they change the color of the pillow covers sometimes to let you know they changed it) + comfortable beds. + Sauna facility(or you might call it the Korean Onsen) was fantastic... we used it at least 5 out of the 8 nights we stayed. at also tried the scrubbing which was equiv. to 30USD per person. need to pay that in cash directly to the scrubber. + it has a nice BBQ place inside it but I really recommend going to the BBQ place you find driving up the hill to the hotel, it's a hidden gem (search for "Keungol" on your google maps).

- staff is challenged with speaking English, they try their best. - we couldn't manage to book the Christmas week so we settled for the week before. book early! - two years ago their system balanced the cold and hot settings so set the temperature at a sweet spot but now they changed the system, so during winter the setting for the indoor heating system is too high and you will need to crack the sliding balcony glass window for balancing it out. we had to change our room as the rail of the first room wasn't smooth enough and the rail was dusty which my wife didn't appreciate (with a dead insect which needed cleaning) - due to the heating my wife experianced dry skin and dry nose.

I liked the room and that it was a large hotel. There were restaurants in the basement and a cute coffee shop which was the only cafe/ restaurant open during the day.

I felt the staff weren’t very warm and friendly. We had a late checkout and they were persistent about charging us per hour and called the room 3 times about it. Which we had accepted the first time. The shuttle to the ski resorts are only 3 times a day which limits accessibility. The shopkeeper at the 7/11 was very rude. Also there needs to be a coin machine in the laundry room as it was difficult to get change. We enjoyed the restaurants downstairs however it was pricy.

The location and the room cleanliness was great to start with.

Housekeeping speed, we went out morning, returned the room not kept yet. We have to separately call and wait to help throw waste

The staff was very helpful and the location was not that far. There was service bus and our experience was the best 👌.

It will be best if there was buffet breakfast that's not to stip. But overall was good experience with my family.
