The owner made sure that everything is well communicated and she was very humble and polite. The property was very clean and had more than what we expected, the place felt like home away from home.

The braai could have been cleaner. The hot water in the main bedroom's basin did not work. Neither of these issues had much of an impact on our stay and could probably be easily addressed for future guests.

Mooi, lichte en aangename ruimte. Strak ingericht, alles was aanwezig voor fijn verblijf. Keuken bijzonder goed uitgerust. Op het balkon was het prima vertoeven. Fijn dat zwembad en tennisbaan vlakbij waren.

Seguro y bonito apartamento. En un complejo cerrado con seguridad privada. Tienen pistas de tenis y el apartamento ofrece sus propias raquetas. Comunicación muy buena con los anfitriones.

Recomiendo llevar tapones para dormir porque los gansos te despiertan muy temprano en los tejados de las casas

The location is great, close to the beach and town. Security estate has a great boardwalk and good facilities like the pool. The flat has some beach things, tennis rackets beach towels… so everything you need for a holiday with kids is there.

The accommodation was easy to reach. The landlady was very kind, even though we only communicated by email. Key handover and access to the gated community were completely straightforward. I honestly cannot understand some of the negative reviews: everything was clean, there were both electric and gas heaters, and even in the South African winter (mid-August) we never felt cold. Of course, this is an apartment that is used by different guests on a regular basis. So it can happen that a plate might have a little chip, and yes – in Western Europe one probably wouldn’t install a simple electric stove anymore. But honestly: for a few days of holiday, it is more than sufficient. We felt very comfortable and appreciated the stylish interior, including a nice selection of books and board games. Our children loved the pool as well as the tennis court. The only point of criticism: It’s great that a Bosch washing machine is available, but since laundry is not allowed to be dried on the balcony according to the house rules, and there are no drying facilities around the house, one wonders – where else should it go? 😉 Best regards from Germany!

Super Kommunikation mit sehr freundlichen Besitzerin via WhatsApp. Alles vorhanden: Bügeleisen und Brett, Strandutensilien, Tenniszubehör, Spiele für Kinder, Föhn, Holz zum Grillen, Kerzen, Eiswürfel Kaffee, Zucker etc und vieles mehr. Man fühlt sich von ersten Sekunde wie zu Hause, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Danke von meinen Kindern für die Cookies. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment wärmstens.

It was self catering. The location was perfect. It is close too the beach and shops.

It's such a wonderful spot. Convenient location with an incredible bakery right across the road. Amenities in the complex were wonderful for swims after the beach, evening walks, and the playground was an added bonus. Nicki was good at responding. We had a couple of issues with the Internet and DSTV, but these were resolved very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Unit has 2 bathrooms, but both had showers. With a little one, it would've been perfect to have a bath in one. We bought a baby bath which worked.but a full bath would have been much easier. We also only had 1 bath towel each and 1 hand towel per bathroom. A spare set would've been nice as we stayed for 8 nights. Plett was really humid... an air-conditioner in the unit would be lovely. There is a small fan which helped, but we had to keep moving it from room to room so ceiling fans or another fan would be a nice extra.

We had a lovely stay! Home is clean, has a comfortable bed, and very close to shops and the beach. There was a beach umbrella and chairs provided which was a great touch!

I had booked for my mom and her church friends for a church event near by. They couldn’t stop complimenting the accommodation. The pictures do not do it justice. They are very pleased. The host Nicki was also a delight to communicate with.

This property was perfect for us after a few days on the road along the garden route to have some space (travelling as two adults, 2 children). A lovely little terrace for drinks/evening meals (we got take out from over the road to give us a break from dragging the kids around). Very safe and well located in Plett. Grateful for the extras such as beach bag, towels and parasol. Nikki was excellent at communicating with us.

The property felt like home. The host was thoughtful when it came to our needs. Everything we needed was there. We were informed about load shedding schedule. The inverter was a bonus. I could write an essay that's how happy we are about the place.

This stay was such good value for money! Walking distance to the beach and shops and we loved that there was a tennis court and pool in the complex. The apartment was small but had everything we needed - a braai, tennis rackets, beach towels and a mini inverter to keep the wifi going during loadshedding.

The gas was empty on the induction stove so we couldn’t make tea or coffee during loadshedding. And the charger outlets on the inverter didn’t work.
