In camera c'è acqua e adattatori per le prese sudafricane. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Parcheggio privato. Fantastica anche la colazione cucinata sul momento in una sala con vista sulla baia.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick über die Bucht! Das Zimmer hatte einen Wintergarten, den wir auch genutzt haben da es Abends schon kälter wurde. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und dazu gab es noch einen tollen Blick über die Bucht. Das Personal und der Hotelowner waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Zu aller erst:Das Personal war der Hammer. Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit, stets mit einem herzlichen Lachen auf dem Gesicht. Wir haben uns wirklich wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Parken: entweder im Innenhof (mit Tor verriegelt) oder am Haus dran, aber nicht an der Straße. Frühstück und Küche:Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend, verschiedene Arten von Ei werden frisch für einen zubereitet. Die Küche steht 24/7 für die Gäste zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Badezimmer:Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Leider ohne Tageslicht. Waschmaschine (!!!): Das eigenständige Waschen ist nicht mehr möglich, dieser Service wurde eingestellt, aber man kann sich seine Wäsche waschen lassen, preislich vollkommen in Ordnung: 48Zar/kg. Wir haben von diesem Service Gebrauch gemacht und auch hier war das Personal mega zuvorkommend. Lage: Perfekt auf dem Berg, sodass man über den Pool hinweg das Meer sehen kann. Zum Robberg waren es ca. 15min mit dem Auto.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La stanza grande e pulita, un bel patio esterno, presenza di coperte riscaldate molto confortevoli. La colazione cucinata al momento, prettamente salata (English breakfast) ottime le scrambled eggs.
Assenza di parcheggio chiuso e custodito per alcune camere (informazione non visibile chiaramente) quindi fare molta attenzione al momento della prenotazione (noi eravamo camera 5 con parcheggio in strada non custodito) C’è una cucina comune ma non servono cena e bisogna spostarsi in auto con La strada che di notte non è granché.

They are super friendly and kind, giving to me useful information about the area and indications to get into Robberg Natural Reserve area. The property owner lives there and every morning during breakfast, he goes to the kitchen area, well accompanied by his little dog, to talk to every guest and ask how is your staying so far, if you need everything, etc. Im so grateful to the people of this place to make me feel like home and looking forward to come back.

Das Frühstück hätte schneller zubereitet werden können. Für ein Omelett ca., 25 min. ist zu lange erst recht wenn nur 4 Gäste da sind. Aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das Hotel ist super.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Wir wurden vom Besitzer schon erwartet, nachdem wir bereits vor und während der Anreise in Kontakt waren, da unsere Ankunftszeit sich verzögerte wegen einer Umleitung auf der N2. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem großen Wintergarten mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und den Robberg. Ebenso der Frühstücksraum bietet einen tollen View. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Zentrum und an der Uferfront, aber auch zu Fuß kann man einfach in die Stadt gelangen.

Отель находится на возвышенности, видно весь город и океан!!! Завтрак был замечательный. А персонал очень заботливый и внимательный. Мне жаль только, что я не смогла продлить свое проживание еще на один день - отель был полностью забронирован. Спасибо, что позволили мне поработать в вашем ресторане ❤️ это очень мило!

We kregen van Booking.com een extra dat we vroeg konden inchecken nou dat kon dus niet, want toen we er kwamen werd er dood leuk gezegd dat de kamer niet klaar was. En met het ontbijt kwamen we binnen en we kregen het gevoel alsof we veel te vroeg waren terwijl dat niet was.

Mancava la lavanderia che nei servizi scritti in descrizione era presente l’asciugatrice. Quando è stato fatto presente la risposta è stata che il servizio c’è ma non per chi si ferma una sola notte, perché il servizio richiedeva l’intera giornata.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Die Lage auf einem Hügel gelegen, mit Auto alles erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz pro Zimmer vorm Haus.
Zimmer sehr kalt und trist eingerichtet. Man kann inzwischen die Wäsche NICHTMEHR selbst waschen. Das Personal wäscht, holt normalerweise mittags die Wäsche und bringt sie mach einigen Stunden wieder. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren, war das natürlich nicht möglich. Netterweise wurde uns trotz später Anreise angeboten die Wäsche noch zu waschen und zu trocknen. Dabei ging leider irgendetwas schief, sodass wir am nächsten Morgen nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit trotzdem mit komplett nasser Wäsche abreisen mussten. Die liebe Frau, die sich darum gekümmert hat, war aber immerzu freundlich und ihr hat es sehr leid getan. In dem Punkt eventuell die Informationen auf Booking anpassen, damit sich keiner darauf verlässt, seine Wäsche waschen zu können.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Wintergarten und Blick auf den Ozean. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Heizung im Bett. Ein Pool ist auch da. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab einen schönen Frühstücksraum, auch mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und freundlich und hat auch bei Fragen gute Tipps gegeben. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Het zwembad is heerlijk met genoeg ligbedjes. De kamer is erg ruim, met een overdekte veranda waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Fijne douche en overigens heel erg schoon. De wasservice is ons ook top bevallen. Het ontbijt is prima, het uitzicht bij het ontbijt super! Helaas sliepen wij hier maar twee nachten. Er is privé parkeergelegenheid!

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Sehr schöne Berglage - toller Blick auf Plettenberg und sehr zentral zur Hauptrasse und Lookout-Beach gelegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles ist sauber und neuwertig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Bett ist für 2 Personen auch sehr schmal und für Leute über 180cm zu kurz. In der Beschreibung bei booking.com wurde angegeben, dass man einen Balkon oder Terrasse hat - das ist aber nicht so!!

Breakfast - 7.15-8.30, this was far too early for us. All other guesthouses we have stayed in have been until 9.30 or 10. Negative instructions e.g Please vacate room at 10.30 for cleaning. On breakfast menu - choose one choice, if extra ingredient wanted you will be charged. Check out is at 10 but if you leave later you will be charged an extra day.

No indication of intercom is working. Press button, no ring or message Bathroom door won’t close (stuck at bottom) Very poor WiFi in breakfast/kitchen area Combined hair & body wash for shower is cheap and not suitable for four star accommodation.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Twee nachten verbleven in de BnB met kinderen in de familiekamer. Lekker ontbijt en prima zwembad. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was prachtig. Wij hebben gebruikt gemaakt van de laundryservice en dit beviel ons goed. Verder is het lopen naar de Mainstreet en supermarkt maar 5 minuten.

Would have given 10 out of 10 if I hadn’t had to pay for a loaf of gluten free bread buy my own lactose free milk and decaf coffee. Would have expected this to be provided for the guests when pre notice given that my wife is gluten and lactose intolerant. Maybe worth looking to include this service in the future

Leider war im Pool wärend unseres Aufenthaltes die Reinigung des Pools aktiv, aber wir konnten aufgrund des Wetters den Pool sowieso nicht nutzen. Aber dies hat den schönen Aufenthalt keinesfalls geschmälert.

De gebreken: toiletrol (werd wel op eigen initiatief vervangen), slecht aflopende douche, safe die niet werkte en niet werd vervangen, onhandig gedoe met briefjes bij het ontbijt.
