MAYFAIR Lake Resort

The staff was very nice, friendly and hospitable. Especially Jaya was very helpful and easily approachable. She was very careful about our comfort.

Of course the room, ambience, greenery around, the breakfast and the staffing from the reception to housekeeping to waiters to security. All are humble and very respectful

There was no extra provision given considering a 13 year child accompanied. All the facilities were for two persons, child was ignored

The cleanliness was amazing. Hospitality at its best

More signage for the customers to get an idea. Meal prices across all 04 restaurant to be aligned.

Beautiful and exquisite resort, must visit if you are in the area. Compared to other 5 star hotels it is not too expensive either and the breakfast is amazing too so it is worth the money. I was given a complimentary upgrade and also given early check in. The staff, the ambience and the breakfast is more than worth it.

Have been a big Mayfair devotee but this experience has let me down. Seems mayfair now a days cares more about corporate and group clients, and individuals like me don't count..that's unfair mayfair

Check in time and check out time unusually high without any reason. We had a late check in at 5pm evening still had to wait for 30mins. Room was stinking. Somehow managed. Checkout was frustrating as again had to wait at the counter - the AC was not working (40c plus temp) , card machine not working- had to come to main reception. Have given feedback to the Manager Mr Sujeet. Even ghf food quality has gone down.

The serene and location from Naya Raipur suits my requirements

Nothing specific. However the checkin at Hotel could be made more efficient and quick. I was told IT booking system not working and had to wait in lobby for a bit longer than usual

MAYFAIR Lake Resort, Raipur is a beautiful property with an excellent location. The gardens, lounges, and common areas are very well designed and thoughtfully done. The campus is expansive, and the dining and wining options are well curated. The buffet spread includes a selection of local delicacies, which adds to the overall experience. Rooms and bathrooms are both very spacious.

Rooms could be done up to feel more lively. Housekeeping needs improvement—details like diluted liquid soap and incomplete preparation of rooms as per the number of guests affect the experience.

Property is spread on a very large area , and is very green. There are lots of greenery on the property which gives a feeling that we are in some kind of mini forest

The rooms initially allocated had a bad view but they changed our rooms on request

Rooms need upgrading and maintenance, bad smell coming from bathroom and bedroom in both rooms we booked, soundproofing needed as due to wedding and noisy corridoors couldn’t sleep till late

Rooms were not good and not the value for money, too. Service was very slow

They gave me room in their convention building, not in the resort area.

Totally disappointed because of terrible room service. Even the quality of food is questionable since 2 family were sick after having dinner. Would never stay again. The front desk assured that a manager will meet next day before checkout to take a note of the concerns and issues but no one showed up.
